The quest
to inner peace and balance
begins within...
S e p a r a t e
from negative intrusive thoughts.
Be gentle
with yourself.
Withdraw
from all external stimuli.
Block out
the background noise
and focus on the sound
of your breath.
Count
the chakras surging
from your tippy toes
to the top
of your scalp.
Release endorphins
out of every pore.
Breathe
out of your system
destructive feelings
of anger,
of fear,
of anxiety;
all toxic waste.
Search
deep inside
for your individual happiness.
Lose yourself
in tranquility.
Be in harmony
with your surroundings.
Be one
with nature.
Relax, just relax.

a liberating scream,
