brand spank'n fresh out of college new teachers
they come in hot, rar'n to go, with high ideals and ideas.
running around like Energizer bunnies, buzzing and suggesting.
They are ready to teach us old dogs new tricks.

They do not know their clientel yet.
They have not met their helicopter mothers.
They do not realize six-year-olds have viewed porn on TV.
Sometimes even in real life.
We old hounds do not tell them that today's children stay up all night
Playing video game in their rooms, bing, bling, sling, tring, ding.
This is why they sleep during the school day.
They are not motivated to do boring stuff like math.
Or reading.
They are going to be influencers or KC football quarterbacks.
Making millions and zillions. They do not need math or science.
They question why we are "wasting their time".
These brand spank'n fresh out of college new teachers are flocking.
Forming an exudous out of the teaching profession - leaving by the planeload.
Screaming and shrieking "I never want to teach again!"
