FAITH IN GOD WHO STAYS IN OUR MIDST
God stays in our midst with His omniscient eyes
Indeed, beholding our hearts of truth as well as lies
Even checking us in our doubts along our ifs and whys
For our faith’s anchor upon righteousness-ties.
God stays in our midst with His radiant light
Indeed, illumining our minds by His Scriptures’ delight
Even rebuking us against unbelief toward skepticism-flight
For our faith’s trust in Him in our daily plight.
God stays in our midst with His vibrant truth ever
Indeed, upholding our salvation by His divine forever
Even assuring us eternal security no one can sever
For our faith’s stand that He will forsake us never.
God stays in our midst with His steadfast mercy
Indeed, securing our souls by His love’s fervency
Even protecting us against afflicting insufficiency
For our faith’s commitment to abide in His excellency.
God stays in our midst with His sovereign leadership
Indeed, ruling over our lives by His offered relationship
Even comforting us around His warm fellowship
For our faith’s joy to worship Him along His granted stewardship.
God stays in our midst with His jubilant compassion
Indeed, directing our victory-steps through His supervision
Even guarding us against attacking sin-oppression
For our faith’s safety while overcoming perversion.
God stays in our midst with His lawful glow
Indeed, teaching our choices for blessings’ flow
Even cheering us to win over distress-arrow
For our faith’s hope in conquering attacking sorrow.
