Count Karloff and Lady Jane Kirtsy
Brownies he said, pointing to his nose.
He wanted them sweet, and dainty and fair.
He could smell Lady Jane down to her toes.
Her fragrance adorable to the top of her hair.
He was the undead, but she had no fear.
Others said Count Karloff with a shudder and shake.
She kind of liked having this handsome guy near.
He loved her house, her, and things she could bake.
They had a relationship unknown by others.
The neighbors hid in fright when they saw their proximity.
It would have been discouraged by both of their mothers.
They were open about it, flashing no anonymity.
Brownies he said, following his nose to her kitchen.
They had a fun laugh, told a story, sometimes more than two.
Lady Jane Kirtsy was happy, there was simply no ’n.
Every Halloween the same happiness, enjoyed by these two.
