Heart of Stone

You came like thunder in the spring,
A storm I swore was everything.
I let you in, I broke my walls,
Believed your lies, ignored the falls.
You carved your name across my sky,
Then left me there without goodbye.

But every wound you gave, I wore—
And now I feel them nevermore.

I’ve turned to fire, I’ve turned to flame,
You’ll never break me down again.
You took my soul, you took control,
But never touched the core I own.
I rise, unshaken, cold and bold—
You won’t melt this heart of stone.

I cried in rooms you’ll never see,
Bled truth while you played make-believe.
I begged for light in endless nights,
While you danced blind beneath the heights.
But love can sharpen into steel,
And now I’m done with how you feel.

Your voice is just a fading tone—
A ghost that chills, but can’t dethrone.

I’ve turned to fire, I’ve turned to flame,
You’ll never break me down again.
You took my soul, you took control,
But never touched the core I own.
I rise, unshaken, cold and bold—
You won’t melt this heart of stone.

You thought I’d shatter—
But silence made me strong.
You thought I’d suffer—
But you were dead wrong.
I may have loved you,
But now I stand alone—
Queen of ashes, heart of stone.

I’ve turned to fire, I’ve turned to flame,
You’ll never see me break again.
You drained my tears, but not my throne,
I wear the scars, I’ve claimed my own.
No more your fool, no more your home—
You can't break this heart of stone.

No, you won’t melt…
This heart of stone.
