Hymnal Macabre

Identical hands hold death in dismay,
Moulding own fear, beauty hath no pretence,
Harrowed be my soul perverted in affray,
Violent is thy voice of mortal recompense.
Twisted torrents penetrate my sleepless dream,
Mirrored illusions, no moment alone,
Sound of this, my nightmare, ever in scream,
Hymnal macabre, carved down to the bone.
Imagine my demise in mindless undress,
Conjured by rabid realms of wordless bloom,
Dare me, daggers down, I doth not confess,
Speak to me no more of trespassing gloom.
My stilling breast hath no relume, no relate,
My struggle complete, quiet lungs elate.
