The Morning Thought
He is not there and He is there
I feel Him beyond perception
His love, His warmth, His truth
Last night craving for sleep
He gave me solace
When all doors are shut
He shows me the light
His power keeps me moving
He is the last resort
He is my best friend
He resides in realization
Not in scriptures, not in shrines
The deepest disbeliever
Cannot disinherit Him
He is me and He is you
And all the rest
He is not a reflection
He is not an image
He is unseen but manifest
Author of sunshine and bloom
The cosmic creator
An ode of eternity
Bestows joy and hope
Free from reciprocity
The absolute guardian
Does not mind
Disbelief in Him
And always stays with me
