Yesterday’s Discards Going Fast

As soon as this pandemic is over
I am going to wander
The isles of an antique store
And buy something I didn’t know
I was looking for
It was closed for a while
So that those searching for
Something from their past
Would be safe from the today at hand
And,
the owners both knew there would
Be a grand demand for the discarded things
Of the past
Come get them while they last
Yesterdays discards will be
Going fast
