In the depths of my soul, a question blooms like a flower of light in the night

In the depths of my soul, a question blooms like a flower of light in the night,
I wonder whether to release the reins and reveal what grows in my silence.
I pretend not to feel this calling, like a secret tide touching my shores,
But for a long time, it has danced through my veins like a forgotten siren song.
I am not afraid, not truly, it wouldn't be the first time I've leapt into the unknown,
Into the arms of a dream that was never mine, but now, now it's different.
I want to dive into these feelings like an ocean of falling stars,
Even if I know it will be a silent fall, an echo that will not reach your heart.
If you asked me, I would deny, I would smile and change the subject like a skilled magician,
Laughing lightly, even if inside I'm breaking into thousands of particles of hidden longing.
Sometimes I can't stop, and the truth is that she deserves every unspoken word,
Every silent pain, every fragment of tenderness hidden in my silent heart.
It's not about me, anyone would melt in a gaze if they saw her as I do,
Not just the surface, but the fire that eternally burns beneath, the grace she carries effortlessly.
What surprises me most is how I still hold myself back, like a sculptor of silence,
Each gesture, each look, but not the storm that grows like a volcano in my chest.
Somewhere between the desire to touch her and protecting the silence that surrounds us like a veil,
I lose myself within, and she doesn't know how close I am to breaking the eternal silence.
