Too Afraid To Be Afraid
time tearing itself apart
shooting into space
Gray scale terror
stormy seas swallowing up bits
choppy waves
I watch in fascination
Too afraid to be afraid
Taking steps that lead no where
debris all around
I know there are sea monsters
the cold air bites into my light shift
steampunk nightmare
time is a stormy sea
I have not been this frightened
Since the Titanic
