The brook is dry. The last time it let hear
Its waterfall was seven years ago.
When young, a thin stream of water was here,
Not very big, but nowadays no flow.

Without the vestige of a construction
Of a bathing place during the war,
Difficult to make such a deduction.
Thus drought cannot be ignored anymore.

Farming does not listen to our hunger
But the strong voices of cupidity.
Soils, wind, and temperatures no longer
Set cultures but profitability.

Not a lot of things have to be explained,
But Mother Nature will never be tamed.

Cusabo Rompus

The Specked one is in question!

She saw such collaborations as againstments
Thought that were verse of her own personal
Interest. Students of the industry; who saw
profitability, and found no way out, if they were
Wrong. They cursed those they knew and spat
On new. comers, finding it easy to disguise there
actions with the intrigue of togetherness.
When the fox and the grouse combined there
efforts against the hawk, the eagle spoke.
When the ram and the sheep collaborated against
the wilddogs; the eagle spoke.
When the bear and the hawk hunted together
the eagle spoke!
Why then be either of these things when we
Must learn to interprete what the eagle speaks?
And might the almighty hands of togetherness
Be spoiled by the eagle.
From the nest, when the wings are spread
Until the flight see's the eagle's needs
Meet, must a world of againstment
The grouse told the fox, the rabbit
Is as gamey as I am, and not to consider
him as alternative, and the the eagle make
Meal of both fox and grouse.
What whispers the goose?
Then what wishpers the goose;
said the grouse that speaks to
the fox as for, and wishes her eggs
to hatch?

I Cant Breathe

I Can’t Breathe

I can’t breathe
The weight of a thousand elephants is bestowed upon me
Narrative tracing back to history

Black and blue
The pride of the pit
I’m swallowed into it

The big elephant done left the room
Division and ignorance
The blind truth of our existence

Your knee to my neck
My face to concrete
I can’t breath
Others look on
Minding their own business

Hung upon a tree
Blood to foliage ,
Drenching the earth

I can’t breathe
Out of breath
Laid to rest
On the street
At the hands of police
A spectacle for the best of appetites

The pattern repeats
Black bodies on display
Like fresh supermarket meats
Caricatured and forced into a mold
A joke beyond belief

Gassed and hosed down
And chased by wolves

Branded and seized like livestock by animalistic human beings

Dignity exchanged for merchandise and profitability

Bound to chains everywhere their feet may lead

The spirit never dies even when commodified

And silenced by the whip and lashed

The American Dollar

I vow ALL allegiance to the Monetary Currency of ALL Nations,
Expendable Generations of Fathers, Sons, Mothers and Daughters,
Mother Earth Raped Hourly,
To the Limited Numbers of CRUDE BARRELS,
On Every Street Corner Crooked Politicians,
Profitability EVERLASTINGLY,
The Verdict of Justice Purchasable,
Moreover the Idea of Peace, Laughable,
The Dreams of Hope Categorically Extinct,
God FOREVER Questioned, Occasionally Observed,
Additionally, Every Man Religiously Persecuted,
Illegal Immigrants are our TIMELESS FOUNDATION.
