I lay periwinkle petals
and
scintillating seashells
upon the
quenched quartz
under
glistening glow
of moonlight
for a love that
will never die
cemented through
space and time
twilight tranquillity
found within
each other's arms
as the conduits of sentience
scream above resting ivy
tangled in
twisted thistle
stitched on hollow skin

You'd inspire a fanciful thread for a poem,
You are analogous to each discrete totem,
And, precisely, like every preceding being,
You are quirky; no other soul is apt to tying,
You become entangled in the customary,
And, an emphasis entails the precursory.

Controversy In a Nursery
According to Trump plans it was precursory,
About what we have heard is a controversy;
There been;
Not let in;
Concerned immigration facilities with a nursery.
Senator from Oregon Jeff Merkley was horrified
when not let in.

Percusory To A Nursery
What we had heard regarding controversy,
About Trump we found to be precursory;
Him being pain;
Drive us insane;
Level of intelligence is found in a nursery.

Ephemeral Versus Subliminal
When it happened must have been precursory
To fact there once was a major controversy
Between each thought that remains subliminal
Ending up being short-lived and ephemeral.
So to some facts you started being resigned
Not only is it restricted but a narrow mind
As to way we perceive and see all things
And with them all of the discomfort it brings.
If you have been both breathing and ventilating
Face turns red and many things are humiliating
Bernie has been know to talk you to death
But Hillary's great speeches take away your breath.

Tidal flats reveal their light grey heads
They replacing green-grey sea in dots and dashes on the horizon,
They toy cheekily with the extracted tide, enjoying their dry sun bathing
An island of ginger sand, void of seabirds, spoils the sea-mud horizon
The tide stands poised, ready for its return journey
Precursory quibbles, sent to shore, make birds at float bob
An easily missed, brief localised splash tells of a tern diving
Orphaned seaweed florets appear to move while submerged in the shallow water
Boats confused and beached on the mud, leaning towards their angle of choice
Paddlers explore the shoreline and water up to the ankle
Crystal white flickers from the water as the sun is reflected from the rippling sea
The tide returns stealthily and punctually, floating stranded boats and refreshing the sunburnt mud
