Surreal cartwheel sublime PANTomime time

No channel skipping ..no flannel...it was so gripping…hearts melt…Pant's ripping svelte pelt and belt..stripping and whipping..the fab never drab Rishab lab..was it real..felt like I was tripping… no pipping..surreal cartwheel flipping..

Some verse about the Panto Pant curse…does traverse…like a hearse….won’t reimburse..adverse bowlers terse..things getting worse…reputations nurse…Rishab flash panache smash and grab..rehearse that ramp reverse..in his own homegrown perverse.. with only himself will converse..no fretting..go getting…record setting universe..

Now has outshone and outdone..shoves show pony Dhoni.. as the Indian man alright talisman with the gloves everybody loves with the most tons..holy moly..more three figures scores on England tours than the folklore of before..Sunny and Kohli..

Records splattered shattered..gallivanting Pant parade..cascade and cavalcade …flattered .. Rishab paddled..bowlers addled and raddled..skedaddled

Ignore any naysayer…prime sublime Pantomimes…haymaker…cocktail shaker…p**s taker…tik tok peacocker..run for fun maker…cool cat with the bat..almost indecent crimes..the Indian’s best test player and slayer of recent times..

HEAVY DOWNPOUR

HEAVY DOWNPOUR

With heavy downpour and gloom so gray,
There walked a man on a rainy day.
With furrowed brows and an angry glare,
His umbrella high, battling water's snare.

Through puddles deep and floods so grand,
He trudged along the waterlogged land.
A gust of wind meandar & played it part,
But he held it tight, "You shan't have that!"

His face contorted, anger reached its peak,
As raindrops splashed upon his cheek.
With every step, a squishy sound,
As he stomped through puddles that he found.

He raised his umbrella with a mighty whack,
But Mother Nature just laughed back.
Though the water rose at showers spree,
This man pressed on with a stubborn plea.

Peeps pipping from windows couldn't help but grin,
At this angry man, finding joyful anger within.
Under the deluge, he refused to be swayed,
In the flood, he ignored their laughter parade.

The lesson for all is, even in storms decree,
We must be resolute, bold and free.
And come rain, come shine, we'll always prevail,
Even when walking through a watery veil.²4

Premium MemberThe Percolator

It came out of the box all shiny and new
washed it in soapy water so I could brew
Hot pipping coffee so robust and full
the old fashion steel pot ever cool

The water simmers and boils hot
watching it explode up into the glass top
The liquid is clear than splashes to amber
the smell of hot coffee a favorite remembered

When the coffee shows rich and dark
fresh brew coffee for the day starts
Rich in flavor smells so good
drink cup after cup like I knew I would

No fancy machine of plastic anymore
my stovetop percolator my coffee I pour
Made mostly of steel with a button of glass
this percolator was made to last

Premium MemberSong of the Meadow Lark

She turns her jewel eyes to the sun
pipping a throated song of far remote
turning this a way and that a way
God puts the breeze upon her wing
then turns the blades emerald green
 abstracted by her melatin swing,
 the meadow turns to sheen;

She whistle dreams a happy sway
 sending oms to yesterday
Upon her wrist a young girls touch
 of sweet Channel, he loved so much;

She turns her jewel eyes his way
then flutes a song of beauty
turning this a way and that a way,

as memory serves no squall a hark
of beauty joins, "The Meadow Lark"

Premium MemberPigeon Brained Outsmarted Again

One day many years ago
I was in town and hungry
and almost salivating from my lips
So I thought uhmmmm
think I'll have some fish and chips
Such a delectable tantalizing meal
couldn't be bettered
So I had them open
and went outside
Pipping hot ooh
they they looked nice
I was happy as a cat
in a room full of mice.

Well, it wasn't long before
I saw 85 pigeons maybe more
Watling towards me
Well I'm a kind hearted soul
so I thought I'd give them a chip or two
for their tea.

Suddenly
one flew and flapped it's wings before my face
I dropped my chips all over the place
I'd been a sucker for the mob
and I was still hungry
with no chips to fill my gob!.
Then they casually wobbled away
I's been outsmarted yet again
by a creature with a tiny brain.

Then they flew to a building across the way
waiting for another sucker to be their prey
Then I looked down at my shoe
they left me a thank you
a pile of poo
ooohhhh!!!!!!!!.

If I could have caught them
it would have been pigeon stew
just make sure
it doesn't happen to you.

Don't mess with the mob.
