He was Bad, Bad, El Nino Brown,
Baddest cat in the whole damn town.
Badder than Super Fly,
Women with the wink of an eye.
Well Nino, he was fightin',
Some dude that tried to snatch his wife.
So Nino, fast as lightnin',
Stabbed him with his switchblade knife.
But, poor Nino, didn't notice,
That the cat he cut, wasn't Dead.
So, as sneaky, as POTUS,
Put a bullet in Nino's head!
He was Bad, Bad, El Nino Brown,
Baddest cat in the whole damn town.
Badder than Super Fly,
Women with the wink of an eye.
I said, badder than Super Fly,
Women with a wink of an eye.

I want to get lost with you
in a valley of singing sunflowers,
where I wish they bloom
as your luminous laughter in immortal hues.
My butterfly heart wants to flutter
chasing you across cashmere cascades,
as this aching to melt into each other
courses free as mercury in me.
I want you to tease me with bittersweet nothings,
while your silken voice allures me to peace.
Will you keep this flicker of love alive
inside of my heart till the day we die,
yet this passion pouring sweetness
remains like day one until we rise again to meet.
I want to paint our soulful saga
with heavenly grace upon gleaming gates of eternity.
You, me, and ensemble of our eternal love.
I want to miss heart beats with you -
always and forever,
you are the reason of my life and existence.

Which social travail must we suffer
Food banks and rampant inflation
Hunger and energy poverty
go hand in hand
We have our Hitler beasts again
Putin in the Ukraine
and discordant Politicians
Chameleon Boris
and unscripted budget Liz Truss
and a PM who cant come clean on his GP
The world is knotted
El Nino with blurry eyes
Plays havoc
A repeat Summer Scorcher
Greenhouse accidents
Mother Nature cooking Earth on a spit
We live in a conjugated World
where Hunger chases its own tail
and inflation eats our living standards

Cletus O'Toole spent some time in Reno
Where he lost his shirt playin' at keno
This caused a great deal of strife
With his long-sufferin' wife
She raged on like a squally El Nino

Under her magic, honeyed words poured forth
filling his fervent verse with rhyme and wit
for suitors to woo and doxies commit
to carnal indulgence and thus henceforth
as topmost poetaster of the north
his purse was filled with gold and silver bit.
But at autumn's end, away he would split
to rest in warm climes until May the fourth.
Then an El Nino year, when she stayed south
his verse thickened, treacle in climate's scold
his sharp pen, now dull, only rent the page
full of awkward phrases, crude and uncouth
his once bright parlance now tattered and old
as her light shifted to another stage.

Mountain Rain Robbers
David J Walker
Before passing over
This part of the plains
The cumulonimbus fleet
Take a long drink
from the gulf of
Baja California
From El Nino and La Nina ‘s
Playground
Bearing Gifts of rain
The passing clouds gather
But are often robbed in the
Sierra’s along the way
Eyewitnesses all say
The same description
A distraction lost
In the beauty of the Mountains
Thoughtlessly robbing the Rain clouds
Rerouted into shimmering rivers
Taking away the pure waters
That were headed our way

Aye
Okay
Here we go
My first and last initials are D.O
Paying haters little mind, and smacking 'em away like a mosquito
With the force of el Nino
Skills of Morpheus and Neo
Knowledge of C3PO
Been in and out of a few casinos
I've bought tools and supplies from the home depot
And liked tracks off the album sixobreezo
As well as a lot of music by man of no ego
My amigo knows how to roll up the good stuff, bigger than a burrito
And torpedo
Another homie makes me laugh, when he talks about cappuccinos
Or my other friend when he's got a bag of cheetohs
Meanwhile, worldwide cars and items occasionally got a repo
Realize there won't always be an opportunity for a T.O.
Better get on that, and quickly address the B.O.
Not yet have I had a P.O.
Or worn a tuxedo
I was good at sports and shooting ball even freethrows
A long time ago, my oldest sister had a Kia Rio

The sun is out with its full force
And the hot wind carrying dust
Beats us with grains of sand
Grains of sand and no mercy
They have predicted an El-nino rains
Good child my learned theologian claims
Heavy torrents claims the meteorogian
Taking cue they are clearing the drainage
Be it sunny or rainy.. wind or torrents
I remain calm with an inner peace
Its called knowing that it shall be well
It shall be well with my soul.. shalom

Well and in the season of El Nino the grey ones came I felt the earth shake violently and winds off a hurricane he whispered an ancient gypsy curse and drove her insane they made the headlines underneath the one about the new world order next to my name before I watched the world go up in flames well was it a premonition ten years ago... de ja vou Out Of A Dream I wish I could of done something to stop it but now it's too late for anyone to do anything about it's now I know what it's like to be a prisoner just like a caged bird with no room to spread its wings and so I have cried a million tears like a river for you and me 'cuz of them I cussed, hissed, kicked and screamed but I still couldn't do anything about it...I hang my head in shame as the human race drops a notch on the food chain I know this nightmare from somewhere Out Of A Dream... ten years ago in the season of El Nino I watched the world go up in flames!

When God declared man the master
of creation
I don't think he said
Go and kill everything that breathes
All I see is carcases of elephants
And rhinos
And a.million tusks being burnt to
ashes
Hunters with arrows for buffalo
meat
Poachers with rifles shooting
ranchers
For ivory
For export to Vietnam
And farmers chopping trees
For charcoal
And expansive cropping
Dried up streams
And empty skies
No strong roots to stop erosion
anymore
No wild berries for birds anymore
Where did all the green go?
Who stole our animals from the
zoo?
How many trees did you plant this
year?
I see El Nino storms,
Is that Mother Earth dropping a
tear?
Is she grieving
At the cruel hand of man's
exploitation?

In Niagara Falls was born Carol LoTempio.
Her new name “April Stevens” was the one we would know.
She has a sweet and sultry voice that sounds keen.
April first sang at the age of fifteen.
With the recording “I’m In Love Again", her career had begun.
This Cole Porter song was a hit in 1951.
April’s next record “Teach Me Tiger” had a bit of a rough go.
Many stations refused to play it on the radio.
In 1963, she joined her brother Nino Tempo.
“Deep Purple” became a hit everybody would know.
That was a song that went all the way to number one.
“Whispering” proved that their careers were not done.
They hit the charts one more time with “All Strung Out”.
That was another hit song without any doubt.
This brother and sister act gained great popularity.
Nino and April still perform today. They are a must see.
I thank both wikipedia.org online encyclopedia and Nino Tempo's official website for information I obtained to write this poem.

With an agitated glance behind...
Your mind began revealing...
Quite and exaggerated illusions...
Mercilessly stressing the horrible inability of acceptance...
Far beyond the hushed ever-green forest...
I long, I yearn for the hour...
The I will be able to stand at your side yet again...
Because Music has no Melody nor Harmony....
If you do not desire it to be...
Please just look at me...
And tell me...
What do you see..?

A nino is someone who cares,
One who's love never wears.
A man of wise yet soft words,
who is now a guardian angel flying high above the whitest dove birds.
No matter the distance or time,
I knew you would always be there to help me up that climb.
So lucky was I to have spent this time with you,
those memories created will help me through.
As I pray this night for you, and your life with the lord,
I think about all those who loved you and adored.
Truly you are but one of a kind,
one who the lord will sure enough find.
Always will you be my nino and my friend,
never did I think I would soon have to see this end.
Accepting this will be the hardest part,
But I know soon again I will see your heart.
Playing golf was the last memory I do have with you,
And the last words were saying I love you too.
Rest in peace with the angels tonight,
And soon enough we will all be guided to your light.
