Jesus of Nazareth

Recognizing Greatness
Jesus is there in the stillness and
Noisiness of life
He is the power of our existence
In Him, we move and
In Him, we have our existence
Jesus of Nazareth’s Greatness is from generation to generation

Jesus cares
Jesus prepares the Way in our lives
Because He is the Way

The Lord is Good and Loving and
He stays the course with His children
He hears our prayers and answers them.
Recognizing Greatness
Jesus is there in the stillness and
Noisiness of life

"Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews."
By: Miracle man
3-27-2020

Up Golgotha’s hill Jesus carried a cross,
to take upon himself all of mankind’s dross.
Thereby to be hung between two convicted thieves,
each Easter we hear the story His death leaves.

But this isn't where Jesus' story would stop,
the soldiers affixed a sign to the cross’ top.
Saying "Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews,"
He willingly was paying all mankind's dues.

Among themselves, His garments, then we're parted,
and each Easter, Christians celebrate, brokenhearted.
Lots were cast by soldiers, for his seamless robe,
now this occasion is remembered around the globe.

Jesus of Nazareth, the King of the Jews

This is the King of the Jews,
The inscription proclaimed to all
Who passed by the cross on Golgotha’s hill.
Pilate could not have known that day
That the words he had inscribed there
Were the TRUTH to mankind revealed.

Premium MemberMan From Nazareth

Andrew ran to Simon, Philip called his friend,
“Come and see the Holy One whose kingdom will not end.”

Brothers, James and John, sons of Zebedee,
overhauling fishing nets by the sea of Galilee.

See the man from Nazareth walk by the sea,
calling men to follow Him in a place called Galilee.

See how He beckons, calling you and me -
calling us to follow Him to a place in eternity.

Go and tell your neighbor the Savior has come.
point him now to Jesus before his day is done.

Tell how He saved you, made your life brand new.
point him now to Jesus before this day is through.

See the man from Nazareth walk by the sea,
calling men to follow Him in a place called Galilee.

See how He beckons, calling you and me -
calling us to follow Him to a place in eternity.

Premium MemberThe Man From Nazareth

Useless legs were made strong and walked,
Deaf ears heard and the speechless talked.
Sightless eyes were filled with light,
And all marveled at these wondrous sights.

With just a word, the demons fled,
A friend who died, raised from the dead.
Lepers were healed with a loving touch,
Sinners forgiven, though they had sinned much.

At a wedding, He turned water into wine.
With tax collectors and "sinners" he dined.
His actions made the Pharisees mad,
Their hardened hearts made Him sad.

He was just a carpenter, the people thought,
Until they heard the way He taught.
As He walked among them as a man,
They were blinded to His heavenly plan.

Who was this man from Nazareth?
Who promised life instead of death?
Though with human feet this earth He trod,
He was Jesus, the Son of God.
