EU China Ties

—A Discourse Beyond Empires

You come to Beijing in polished shoes,
Wearing history like a crown of thorns,
António and Ursula—names carved from conquest,
Eyes soaked in the smoke of fading empires.

For fifty years, you called us rivals—
Now you call it friendship.
But friendship built on suspicion
Is nothing but diplomacy’s ghost.

We are not like you—
You measure greatness by how far your flag flies,
We measure it by how deeply we understand ourselves.
You conquer others.
We conquer the self.

Why do you enter our halls
With the tone of spoiled kings,
Telling us to condemn
When your own hands drip with silence?

You mourn Ukraine in white silk,
Yet you clothe genocide in Gaza
With golden indifference.
Do you not hear your hypocrisy
Howling through your noble speeches?

You demand that we kneel
To your morality—
While your bombs speak your true tongue.

You speak of business,
Yet you enter our gates with prejudice.
Can trade survive when trust has died?
Can partnership grow
When one partner still believes he owns the map?

Europe, you are not Rome—
Though you dream as if you were.
The days of dictating to China
From across seas and centuries
Are dust now,
Scattered in the wind of rising civilizations.

You say modern philosophy was born in your soil—
Then where is your wisdom?

A world awakens,
And you still sleep in glory long expired.

Jailed for the will to be jailed
Kids shouldn’t play with fire
But they do, and of course they fail
In full conscious of mad desire
What now, will you write a sequel
To Servantes’s Don Quixote
Lots of tyres around every mill
A borsch with pampushka you’ve got
There’ll be Ursula of Brussels
The lady you wish to know better
There’ll be most malign old fossils
You must kill them, then go to get her
Or maybe you’ll call it a day
And give it all up, my brave kid
You’ve said what you needed to say
No one wanted, but you did
Like a moth to the flame you flew
To explain the obvious – why?
Suicidal truth suits a rare few
For the rest the price is too high.

Steadied by anthropological roots,
the strong influence gained in Kishamish,
flitting in and out of light and darkness
while harvesting the fields of literature
she delved into the depths of cultural
diversity, the political strength
of peaceful and ecological themes,
dialogue, balanced ideologies,
oriental spiritualism. She
blended science, fiction and fantasy
and harped on environmental issues,
feminism, sexual identity.
Her faithful pen a constant companion
in a long journey of exploration.
Hers, a brimful life with No time to Spare .

The Left Hand of Darkness tells the story of a lone human emissary from Terra sent to facilitate Winter's inclusion in a growing intergalactic civilization.

However, in doing so he must come to view in the differences of those of the completely dissimilar culture that he encounters; to embracing the aspects of psychology, society, and human emotion on an alien.

The planet Winter or Gethen inhabitants are hermaphrodite, a manwoman, to be respected and judged only as a human being made up of two major religions opposites in belief and ritual. One is mystical and inspired while the other is rational and philosophical. The novel centers on cultural proficiency not only recognize, but also embraces the worldview that each culture brings.

which gender my love
desire, sire or bare our child
while as a woman

The main conflict in this novel is man vs. society. Genly Ai must adapt to the unfamiliar society on Winter. The people of Winter are very different from the people of Earth. They have no gender and no sexual desire except for once a month. Gender roles are not a part of their society; the rules are very different from Earth rules.

music I listen
you are the earth, moon, and stars
mirror I see in

Lesson learned, he must make sacrifices to achieve his goals.
The book can be read as a love story or anthropological adventure.

The Left Hand of Darkness written by Ursula K. Le Guin, published in 1969

Quote from the book:

Light is the left hand of darkness
And darkness the right hand of light.
Two are one, life and death, lying
Together like lovers in kemmer
Like hands joined together,

On tundra that is intent to destroy and defy,
the winds and the ice will attempt to deny
any who are willing to stray across boundaries.
Those who are willing to scale up a mountain,
or leap over the crevice of an alien divide.

She has walked us through valleys without windows or doors where we
learn to escape what we once knew before,
teetering on the ledge of an unexplored world.

She reflects on a land where the mind speaks in tongues,
where gender is one, not clearly defined.
So how does she convince a rational world
to balance its logic on this delusional scale,
while blurring the borders so frozen in time?

Her pen sculpts in waves that can touch the horizon,
with nothing to offer but ice and illusion.
She tells us of friendship, of soul mates
who'll stray across lines,
twining two spirits as if they were one.

Do we believe in the end, where conclusions are sought,
on a kinship so true, there is no simple "who"?
Where lies the truth? Is the left then, the right?
Are there those who will doubt? Are there those who believe? Is it he, is it she?
To cut, paste, define what is love, what is not?
Is dark so dark, or light so light?
Or are the two just as one, as lovers might be?

336 The Seduction of Ursula

336.

The Seduction of Ursula

Oh Ariel, do you think you can hide from me…

By changing your body’s sexuality?

What a shame? What a timidity?

However, I like the way you transformed your body

Your bulging biceps & chocolate abs attract me

Lol! My raging enmity turned into salivating bestiality!

Hihihi! An octopus being seduced by a fish? So funny!

It’s the greatest abnormality under the sea!

A very big insult to my superiority!

But anyway, come to my tentacles you hot twink so sexy

Hihihi! Feel the loving embrace of your ex-mortal enemy

Aha! Ex-enemy!... Yes! ‘Coz I’m now an admirer of thee!

Oh I forget…I’m still a clumsy bulky lady

Unable to match the strong muscles of thee

Hihihi! So now watch me as I change too my entity…

Hahaha! Here I am, lo! Now a male like thee!

My tentacles’ muscles are no longer flimsy!

I can hug you now so tightly!

Witness oh Triton, as I with your fruity

Hahaha! Gotcha! Oh Ariel, your warm flesh is tasty

Struggle more! It tickles me! Oh so yummy!

Away Flounder! Don’t disturb! We’re in’ busy!

Away Sebastian! We’re doing our business privately!

Hahaha! That’s it, Flotsam & Jetsam! Banish the animosity!

Now come, oh hottie Ariel…let’s go into serene secrecy…

To my private room in this corner of the sea

Where it’s only you and me!

Ah!...This is the Seduction of Ursula! Heavenly gay joviality

A kiss of vascularity on your muscularity

Oh Ariel! You’ve just broken my virginity!

Civilian Casualty

Civilian casualty
All wars are bad, but wars can be stopped
if there is will seek peace, which there is not
the civilians in Ukraine must suffer more.
How many non-combatants are killed in this
Russian versus NATO and the USA we don’t know
but the number of dead seems relatively small
when so much has been bombed to destruction.
It appears to me that weekly, more
Palestinians are killed by the so-called IDF than
Ukrainian civilians.
But this toll is met with silence since Israel has
been sanctified by Brussels by no other than
Ursula von der Leyen in her horrible speech
absolving Israel of any guilt.
But what else are they expect from this corporate
Fascism the EU has become.

Where Peace Bleeds Slowly

I arrived in Moscow on a morning veiled in silence,
the sky holding its breath over the Kremlin.
Putin’s eyes met Zelenskyy’s—
not as enemies, but men who had buried too many sons.
The vodka was cold, but the room burned with memory.
I said nothing at first—
sometimes, silence is the loudest wisdom.
Then I spoke:
“Peace is not the absence of war, but the end of vengeance.”
And for once, they listened.

We signed no treaties.
We touched no scrolls.
We shared the blood of truth in our throats.
And the wind outside wept like a mother
waiting for her child to come home from history.

Then I flew to Tel Aviv,
where fear walked in human skin.
Netanyahu sat beneath gold and ghosts.
He asked me, “Will they forgive me?”
I replied, “Only the dead forgive without condition.
But the living—they demand justice with breath and bone.”
His hands trembled.
His voice cracked under the weight of Gaza’s rubble.
And still, I saw a man—
not a monster,
just a soul drowning in the empire’s wine.

I called Trump. I called Ursula. I summoned António.
The room was a battlefield of ideologies.
But truth, like a sword, sliced through the noise:
“No one wins in war. Not truly. Not eternally.”

Five hours later—
The two-state solution,
Rebuilding Palestine,
A decade of reparations,
An erased indictment in exchange for a public confession.

Then I boarded a plane for Sudan.
Congo. Libya.
Where peace still bleeds slowly
into the soil of forgotten kingdoms.
I carry no title.
No crown.
Just a pen sharper than any bayonet
and a heart that cannot stop mourning.

Call me what you will—
Diplomat, heretic, dreamer,
But know this:

When the last bomb drops,
When the last child cries,
It will not be generals who write the future—
It will be poets.

The Circus - a Tautogram

Amazing acrobats astound awe-stricken audiences. Amy always asks about acts already arranged.

Bouncing bears balance beach balls. Bobby Bear bicycled behind Betsy Bear.

Crazy clowns crash carelessly. Carousels circle clockwise.

Daring demonstrations dazzle dazed dreamers. Dopey donkeys dance diligently.

Elegant elephants elate everyone, eating everything enjoyable. Eight elephants execute exciting entertainment.

Forty-five feisty flamethrowers fiercely fight fires.

Great Gambino gulps gigantic gems gingerly, giving gasping gazers giggles. Genuine gigantic gorillas gaze goofily.

Hefty horses heave hefty hounds, howling harmoniously. Heavyweights hurl hug hippos. “Hasn’t hurt him,” Hugo Heavy huffed.

Iris indicated it’s impolite if I’m interested in inquiring into immersion into icing.

Joshua juggled joyfully. Jeremiah just jumped jackasses.

Kissing kangaroos kiss kids kindly. Karate kicking kids keep kicking.

Lions lounge lavishly leaving lookers laughing loudly. Lollipop licking llamas licked Lional Lion lovingly.

Many men make mountainous merriment. Mules march, munching Mayberries.

Nineteen nutty nags named Nancy nudge naysayers near nets.

Orange orangutans obey old-timers, opening obese objects.

Portly Peter Penguin parades past pretty Penny Penguin. Penny paused, politely preening. People purchase peanuts.

Quilting-bee queens quickly quiet quails. Quarantined quibbling quackers quickly quiet.

Rabbits run rampant. Robert requests refreshments.

Silly seals steamroll stalled stallions, snorting soundly. Six stallions stomp successively, surrounding such silly seal.

Tumblers take to the trapeze. Three tall tents tower, taller than two tightropes, two trapezes, three tumblers.

Ursula untied ugly umbrellas.

Vexed Venetians volleyed violently.

Wondrous wide-eyed watchers wooed weighted-down wagons.

X-rays x-hausted Xena

Youngsters yelled, yanks yelped.

Zany Zelda’s zebras zigzagged.
