How romantic, the fall, so far above the pleading waves.
The heights, the depth, to look the deep in eye and weep.
Air space between the lovers’ arc and shallow graves.
The tangible singsong of wedding bells and tragic leap.

Imagine it, the harp-like spray, the call of gulls, the fangs
that scared it up - the fade of white, of pearls and lace.
The cleft, the crags, the foaming ebb and flow, the overhangs,
the rage and misery one cursèd night, of love’s erase.

Romantic and tragic body of sea, a bride set free.
for she’d not live eternity of blood, thus spills her own.
He has no heart, but tears. Before his fate - a honeybee.
The heaviness of weight, the sea frothing with moans.

The scene has wings that fly and dive and sweetly catch
the widower’s debris. Invisible, the flight of ghostly light.
From precipice, how many tears do claw and scratch…
Hell laughs, but jealous witch wished bride to be first bite.

I am a basset hound and I love to play
I can run and jump all day
I really love magic and tricks
I also love chocolate bics
Yummy! They are so good
I would eat a packet a day if I could
My name is Lady and here is a story all about me
I'm a funny looking dog you see:

Lady was home alone
All she had was her green plastic bone
Her owners had gone out for the day
And Lady really wanted to play
Miserable, she lay on the ground with her long floppy ears
With watery eyes, it seemed as though she was about to burst into tears
Suddenly she perked up when she heard a squeaking sound coming from the house
Lady became excited, she hoped it was a mouse
She barked out loud and ran towards the sound
Lady was such a clever basset hound
With her long nose, she sniffed out the little mouse in his hiding place
The whole morning turned into a playful ‘dog and mouse’ chase!
The mouse was too fast for her and escaped through a small crack in the wall
He was terrified of this funny looking dog who stood two feet tall
Exhausted, Lady flopped down in her basket to rest
She had tried her very, very best
She closed her eyes and had a long nap
And dreamt that she managed to squeeze through the scary dog flap
When Lady woke up, her throat felt dry
She needed a gallon of water to drink and she alone knew why!
The sun was shining and it was hot
She found her bowl and gulped down the lot
Lady looked at the new dog flap
She lifted up one of her paws and gave it a sharp tap
She took a chance and pushed herself through the gap
Relief flooded through her, she had made it out of the flap
Out in the sun
It was time for more fun
Lady headed to the beach
It wasn’t far, within her reach
Calm blue sea with the tiniest of waves
Grottos and amazing caves
Lady’s paw marks were all over the sand
She loved to play by the sea and on land
Cool air blew around her as she splashed around in the sea
What a great feeling it was to be free!
The aroma of food was all around
She was always hungry, this hilarious hound
An ice-cream van was parked nearby
Lady drooled and just stood by
A young couple spotted the little dog sitting down on her own
Her sad brown eyes caught their attention, they each bought her a cone
Lady wished that she could shout
She clenched both cones in her mouth
She licked off the chocolate ice-cream and wolfed down the rest

Premium Member Wonders of a Coral Reef

a massive coral reef just off the shore
of a tiny island in the South Pacific
a tropical reef filled with sea life galore
breathtaking and stunningly majestic
like an enormous rainforest on the sea floor

rare kaleidoscope of colorful sea creatures
a fishdom of seldom seen underwater life
even a crevice hiding a notorious moray eel
a reef so magnificent, an oceanic cathedral
a community of sea life in a grand display

exotic swimmers in an oceanic aquarium
gracing the reef with healthy marine life
offering much for visitors to that domain
begs it be respected and kept pristine
this grandiose basilica of the blue sea

surface floaters unable to dive appear
like bobbing corks on a fishing pole line
static observers, yet witnesses to divine creation
while skilled divers invade the watery nation
the abode of sea inhabitants extraordinaire

a face goggle view has its rewards
though surface viewers covet those of
the divers who can fathom the deep
viewing the ocean floor’s beauty mark
a kingdom of oceanic life of divine art

surface views are provided with small
portions of the reef freshly harvested
but a rare experience is squandered
because of the inability to dive deep
a lack borne with shame and regret

those who dive deep gain profoundly
by interacting with the life of that watery den
while those fear of depths are deprived
as others dive and find rich treasures
that the surface viewer never discovers

being a surface viewer can be humiliating
causing awareness of one’s shortcomings
taking what others gained at great effort
with risks that only success could unfold
gracing the lesser with hard-earned gold

The Mountain in the Sea

I have been waiting patiently for thee
to take me across the mountain in the sea
the mountain is getting high
 it almost reaches the pinnacle in the sky
you must get here before the vision dies

I have been waiting for you to come to
take care of the little uncertainties
I have everything that you need but I need
that magic touch to carve out the content
and label every item on the page in this critical age.

I have been waiting for you to come
to do the math and categorize each item
according to regions, country and department

The automotive and the airline industry
are in separate category but all machines light
and heavy duty equipment and tools
fall in one category beneath the heavens

I am waiting for you to come before the day is done
to add the finishing touch to popular categories
before the mad rush
electronics , service and security are different
and you hardly mentioned them
 but you need an helping hand to load them in the van

agriculture and foods will make the biggest
news; so pay attention to them before
you book your tickets to heaven

Items such as  remittance, banking
 and other forms of money transfer
has it work cut out for them so be alert

There are some category that you cannot touch
or we the people will throw you under the bus.
clothing and textile and pharmaceutical items
comes in abundance so take it easy on them

Not everyone love sweet and sour pork
but sea foods are popular
and lots of people use it for supper
The beverages and the wines are getting scare
So make an offer and the angels will deliver.

Meet me at the sea shore at ten am
 and we will crunch these numbers
in the heavens to prevent a catastrophe.
We have to move the mountain in the sea
before the clock struck three.

Truth: the Forgotten Corpse In War

Before any thunder and lightning from man is dealt
Before any storm reaching passed the sea to ring the knell
Truth’s dead soul pierces through clouds like moonlight to be felt

A forgotten corpse wasting away in a forest’s well
Guarded by armies of trees that storms have defaced
A forgotten corpse for all consuming birds to smell

Truth’s memorial will outlive kingdoms which will waste
A sea that consumes kingdoms built from sand like Saudi
Which any child on the beach’s large body will taste

Bullets ripping skin apart on Adam’s body
Truth pouring out like red blood shedding tears
Raining on the field’s grass to be seen by somebody

Monarchs dressed in soft and costly clothes blind from beers
Blinded by amber to the truth being death’s firstborn
Screaming and wailing but no monarch even hears

In heaven where not any lightning or thunder is born
Before any thunder and lightning from man is dealt
The angel Armozel accepts Truth his son with no bourn
Truth’s dead soul pierces through clouds like moonlight to be felt

Premium Member The Great Separation -Matthew 13: 47-52

Jesus kept it simple parable speaking
knowing the people needed to understand
for their eternal future was at stake
getting this wrong sent them to doomland

The heavenly net is cast upon the waters
drawing in all fish of every kind
picking out the good ones to keep
throwing away all that look blind

A picture here of the world's end
angels separating the good from the bad
then the awful truth of hell is real
into the furnace of fire its so very sad

Weeping loudly, teeth gnashing so real
this is plight for gospel rejection
why Oh why did they not believe?
so foolish was their sad selection

But the righteous receive the kingdom
heaven will be their rich deep treasure
for they have believed in their heart
Jesus is God richly in full measure

(“Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net that was thrown into the sea and gathered fish of every kind. When it was full, men drew it ashore and sat down and sorted the good into containers but threw away the bad. So it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come out and separate the evil from the righteous and throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place, there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
“Have you understood all these things?” They said to him, “Yes.” And he said to them, “Therefore every scribe who has been trained for the kingdom of heaven is like a master of a house, who brings out of his treasure what is new and what is old.”)

Gramps had a Sunday rite,
It was quiet, perhaps trite.
In his chalice a Bloody Mary,
As solemn as a seminary.

Took the goblet and a crank,
To his great Big Ben clock.
Slowly wound as he drank,
When done, he’d close the lock.

A hundred years of perfect time,
With a soft, not muffled chime.
On the hour, brass bells peal,
Then a strike, the hour to reveal.

From its grand and lofty tower,
Only time did the clock devour.
Telling time is how it played,
For only this, was it made.

The pendulum’s eternal swing,
Akin to ocean, time was king.
Like endless waves of the sea,
That hit the beach, to rise and spree.

The old clock stopped
	when Gramps died,
The crank too hard,
	still Granny tried.
The case too tall
	for her new abode,
Became gift to grandson,
	down the road.

The clock from Gramps, to enshrine,
One day to pass it down the line.
‘Til then to crank it every week,
Its old wood to groan and creak.

The grand old clock no mere shell,
A soft ticking, then sudden knell.
Like ocean waves, gave quiet peace,
Its pulleys and cables never cease.

The sounds of eternal tick,
Westminster chant be its lick.
All derived from weekly crank,
For this and love, Gramps we thank.

Premium Member Spontaneity

Even as a child, how I used to enjoy
A simple stroll through the woods
When innocent instincts ruled my heart
And ran after every call from the wild or bush,
Mesmerized by the warbling of the cuckoo and the thrush.

It was a time when every rainbow and every peacock feather
Ignited endless curiosity in me
And colored my imagination wild.

How with my friends, I ran to the beautiful seaside
Watching the wild waves’ fury and cooled by the kiss of spray
Feeling the sea foam and the sand under our bare feet

With what delirious joy we watched at night
A hundred fireflies dancing around
Wondering if they were stars, fallen from heaven.
Like the sweeping breeze, we ran over grassy slopes,
Looking for the bleating lamb
Singing in chorus, ‘Mary had a little lamb’

They were all spontaneous acts like breathing,
With no interest in gaining anything or impressing anybody
But just the simple signs of being alive,
And a way of burning the exuberant energy that overwhelmed us.

I was never called a poet or an artist then—
Not worried about rehearsing or perfecting my art.
I was just an observer, inhaling all the beauty
With a fluid spontaneity, characteristic of childhood

Early morning awakening:
So many things, so much packing.

Sip morning tea with some odd snacks,
We feel hungry just as we pack.

We make ready for our leaving,
Check-out easy with car boot things.

We're off by ten now on the road,
Our eyes extend our visual load.

Today we speed to a fond target,
Catch seafood feeds: Sydney Fish Market.

Fresh seafood waits in fine array,
Here through these gates feast hungry ways.

So much delight in puzzling mix,
A feast of sights in hungry fix.

Select our meat of seafood fares,
Take our fond treats of precious wares.

Eat with gusto the fresh food gist,
Style our tempo with our hit list.

Add hot mocha for a warm drink,
Coffee fiesta here on the brink.

Catch the sea view down by the edge,
Seagulls in cue sense-surround ledge.

Food fare in shoppes that call to you,
We stare and stop to glimpse odd cues.

There is a feel beyond mere sight,
An ancient will lingers flair bright.

Buy food to eat on the home drive,
In a swift beat, a car of five.

Goodbye Sydney as we head out,
Canberra we track roundabout.

Three hours plus drive to Hamlet Place,
And we arrive as smiles greet space.

A happy trip for memory,
Where taste did grip pure chemistry.

Our routine chores come up to fit,
A simple lore of succinct wit!

Amber bright white yellow beams of light shines;
And it's morning just dawn;

Waves of the sea horizontal;
As the sky meets water;
Wind kisses it breeze;
Somberly clouds look down;

As the beacon sounds;
As the skies, ground, sea, meets;
Brilliant light beams shines strong and bright;
Show the wayward ships the way;

Towering height and distance, from focal plane;
Light stands on promontory;
Horizon lines natural elevation inventory;
Rocky spikes that juts out into the seas;
Lighthouse a safeguard to those on waters need  to see;
Ship on waters sail;
