Russia our ally

From Russia with love

Russia is a strange and great country, not quite in Europe
and not quite Eastern, they react to mayhem but seldom
intimate it; for those who are history less they won
The brutal war of 1940 and 1945 by breaking the back
of the German army and making it possible by Britain
and the USA to take the credit.
Norway has up to know had a warm relationship with
this giant, in the form of a barter system, we gave them
fish and they sent us cars for everyman.
It was not the USA that made car ownership possible, but
Russia flooding the market with cheap cars as foreign
cars were hard to come by.
The cars where called Moscowitch and were fundamental
no heating system and a tortuous suspension, but
for the first time, every man could be
a proud car owner.
For those who remember, it was a dreadful car but
nevertheless, a car.
Lately, to our regret the relationship has suffered, this
Is mainly by American political pressure, and partly
by the Norwegian oil industry that has made her
a wealthy country.
This newfound arrogance is miss-placed and silly
we must treat Russia as the friend she is and not
forget we own her a depth of gratitude.

My Dream Contest

If I told you what my dream really was,
You might think I had a serious buzz,
If I told you what was my fantasy,
Some might think it could never be,

If I told you that late at night,
I dream of saving teens that live to fight,
Addiction, affliction, poverty and abuse,
Where they are set up to eventually lose,

If I told you how I want to open an afterschool club,
With a music studio, a gym and lots of love,
If I told you it would be absolutely free,
All the expenses would be on me,
If I told you there would be an art room too,
For all my future Picassos and Michael Angelo’s who

Never had anyone invest in them,
Our future generation of hidden gems,
If I told you it would be the hottest attraction,
Saturday nights would get a major reaction,
Drama plays, music gigs, art gallery’s made by our teens,
Authentic talent would become more appealing than becoming a street fiend,

Since schools are taking all these programs away,
Teaching to the test is the way schools now sway,
Many get lost in the tension,
No inspiration causes more suspension,
Children are more than just a score,
There artistic ability’s need to be matured,

Everyone is unique and
My dream is to make a place,
Where at night kids won’t go out and waste
Their youth hanging out on the streets,
A place where they could make some beats,
A place to have fun and learn how to socialize,
Instead of growing up around hate, pain and lies,

My dream is to open it in the toughest spot,
Allow their work to make this building hot!
Just maybe some would chose to come in and create,
Rather than stand in the cold and just sedate,
My dream is to make other teens dreams come true,
Give them a positive escape, and more options to pursue,

When I get the money,
I will find away,
To transform the way our troubled teens
see the world today.

Premium Member Cross the Bridge

Still your life within and root it deep
At the foot of the suspension bridge
Hanging high on the river talking to air.
The river would be utterly surprised
Maybe it would flow underground or dry
Because it doesn’t know what stillness is.
The bridge would get a seismic shock
Maybe it would collapse or grow wings
Because it doesn’t know what root is.
The wind would be thoroughly bewildered
Maybe it would spin upward or blow wild
Because it doesn’t know what stopping is.

As they always do by the essence imbibed
The river would flow with unending hope
The bridge would hang with secured help
The wind would waft with perpetual verve.

It’s time you extract your life from time inert
And make it surge as long as destiny wants
When time comes to meet the only one waiting
On the other side of the river let it cross the bridge.

Imagination

Maybe all imagination,
Takes us to a fifth dimension.
    Where our dreams feed aspiration,

   Or some thoughtful facsination,
   Gaining knowledge for invention.
   Maybe all imagination,

   Concludes with an explanation,
   Memories seek some attention,
   Where our dreams feed aspiration

   Free will or hallucination,
   Animation in suspension,
   Maybe all imagination

   Wasting time procrastination,
   Consciousness without pretension.
   Where our dreams feed aspiration,

   Changing thoughts in meditation.
Hair brained schemes saved for retention
   Maybe all imagination,
   Is preordained, with creation

Shoppes in old style
Branded goods parade;
Another sales day

Three short lines
Phrases greet;
Unfinished fragment

Suspension
Disruption;
Exfoliation

Find what you find
In dire straits;
Bankrupt ideas

Listen clearly
Quarrels disrupt;
Change agent comes

Word for word:
Slow-moving plot;
Sitcom cancelled

Pulse and impulse
Straying reason;
Emotional raid

Go beyond feeling
Seize deeper thinking;
Sleep works best

Progress made
Prospect found;
Pleasure dilutes

Be aware
Real cares hound;
Neighbourhood pound

Crying infant
Too hot or too cold;
Perturbed parents

Griff The Man

Unbelievable: since last we meet, something spectacular has transpired.
Ladies and gentlemen we have a new Worlds Heavyweight Champion!
In unbelievable fashion: with no vendettas, just pure Sports Wrestling.
But the outcome will have even the the most purest wrestling pundits thinking it's an angle.

Due to prior interference by Manager "Bruiser Anais Soleil, on behalf of " Preimer"Primous Parsell ( then Worlds Champion). In a proletary bout with Salvio Saga, the manager blatantly grabbed Savio's leg to trip him. The Champion was disqualified and out came the officials from the back. With no General manager there of the Promoters and Head Referee's ran the show with full authority to make matches.Gilbert Friess (head Referee) order the Worlds Champion to defend against his Stable Mate in a 45 minute bout. If the match
was contested due to any interference the title would change hands and a new bout with a ten minute time limit and no DQ would start instantly against an un-named opponent.

To ensure fairness the name of the opponent would be written on a sheet of paper and placed in a briefcase at ringside.During the commercial break five names had been entered. They only mentioned that the Worlds tag team Champions ( other Stablemates) were two of the five names in the hat. They drew the name with only the Head Refferree knowing what went in the pot.

The match went on with a Competitive Clause issued were the combatants were ordered to compete at a competitive level or would face suspension and fines. A classic match happened, ( worthy of match of the year)! At 35:00 with referees back turned a fellow crawled from under the ring and when the champ was thrown into the ropes he tripped him and pulled him out of the ring and crawled back under the ring! When the outside combatant came back in the ring he was meet by a kneelift. On the canvas he layed and when the champion approached he reached up and caught the champion a victory roll to become champion.
Well when they found out who was under the ring: the match pending was ordered to happen. The Stablemate of both men and the pending contenders the Tag Team Champions had interfered against the wished of his current manager, forcing a No DQ 10 Minute bout against an unknown competitor!

Premium Member A Dinner Party At Miss Marple's

It was the peak of summer
In St. Mary Mead.
Miss Marple and friend
Had many to feed.

They hired a Butler
To meet their need.
"We must have wine at the party!"
They both agreed.

But like any sleuth,
Miss Marple's eyes
And ears were sharpened.
They became mini spies.

Seemingly scatty
In her old lady guise.
Would hints be dropped?
Or would the guests be wise?

Four mere days prior
An innocent dropped dead.
For out of the blue,
A bullet whizzed through their head!

This was not the topic
Conversed. But instead,
The guests talked trivia.
Pets, careers, kids, bed!

But Marple is not one
Who is easily deceived.
She was more with it
Than people believed.

Dotting I's, crossing T's
She at once perceived.
She shrugged, smiled sweetly
Content and relieved.

"Why should this man be
Brought to my attention?
Why hire him?"
She held the suspension...

All felt the heat
Of the rising tension.
"All is now clear. Though
It was not your intention."

Her eyes swept the room
And stopped, meeting his.
Could it really be him?
What's the meaning of this?

All were astonished.
Dumbfounded. Speechless.
Suspicion fell on the Butler!
Was it him? No or Yes?

Premium Member Rice Ain'T Nice and the Nfl Smells

Don't know 'bout you, but I'm in a stew
that Rice ain't nice and the NFL smells.
Seems a shame, just 2 games
suspension for sending fiancé to unconscious dimension
but 5 games in the pink for some "illegal" ink
and a season on the rope for smokin a little dope.
Too bad, violence gainst women so sad
but these are men in a violent pen
NFL pretzel logical?
Whatever the reason, dirty laundry in preseason
washed clean yawl, if Ray take us to the Super Bawl.
Tennis anyone?

Premium Member Sleepless In Whereis Part 1

I’m stealing through a twilit realm, the ancient pale of Whereis,
passing chambers of an Heiress
(though no need to feel embarrassed)
through a magic mystic mirror hanging curtainless.

A glimpse near naked alleyways (denuded by the moon) ex-
poses Ghosts in gauzy tunics
carving symbols, round and runic,
in distended dingy dungeons of uncertainness.

Down misty streets of cobblestone – ancestral avenues –
patchwork paths consume my shoes
(chasing foggy curlicues
twisting, twirling by in twos,
floating anywhere they choose),
leaving footprints that confuse
vagrant wispy retinues
of the threaded wooden sticks that stalk a Puppet wandering.

Condensed in drops of fantasy, distilled in evening dew,
shifting Shadows I pursue
(wearing faces I once knew,
slipping slowly from my view)
turn their backs to bid adieu
leaving stars to tempt me through
Awful Tower residues
mocking treasures time outgrew
in the birth of old from new
framing pageants in review
midst the visions of the painted past I can’t help pondering.

Contorted candelabra claw the skyline’s walled suspension
caught in twilight’s intervention
– still unlit (in stark dissension),
therefore seething with a tension
in the quiet apprehension
of the Watchman’s inattention
to the night-time’s bold pretension
to her power, not to mention,
to her hyperspace extension
(far beyond my comprehension
of the sundown’s bleak dimension) –
on exhausted beaten boulevards of foolish fretfulness.

Oblivion depletes me, voiding haste and hurried hassles,
me, a simple abject vassal,
trailing moonlit floating castles,
– fickle feet, but fingers facile
grasping straws and pendant tassels –
as I stumble through the rubble of forgetfulness.

I think I must be dreaming as I seem to see these things,
neath a sky alive with wings
(hear the Nightingale, she sings),
midst the whispered murmurings
soughed by Phantoms clad as Kings
pacing palaces in rings,
while their hapless footfall clings
to the sagging sinking sands of midnight’s splintered splattered ruins.

Entangled in the swirling leaves that spin in dizzy flurries,
(while the wind beside me scurries
as an ermined hermit hurries)
lurk my sleepy woes and worries
(glowing faint’ but growing blurry)
which, when plundered by the demon dusk, I’d left behind me strewn.

Chaffer's Lucevan

from the logline of the movie
World of Aleins, by Orratto.....
They stand in verse of me: allied by their ego's: repretations and their want
for a new world. A world that they wish me not to be apart of.
Their scientist invent, their armies game, their politications make ways to exclude me. They make their enemy my friend that I might devoure him with my own wants and ambitions, that he is destroyed, because they wish to trust me more than he. When they lack finace they take from my sources, then I must find creative ways to take back what they've taken. when technolies become old, they find us, and try to eliminate us, to make-up from what they feel we took away from them. When my science is fact, they beleivethe fiction of my propaganda. But when our world became threatened by The Aleins within, we along with other leaders, united to achieve onething, removal of these aliens to their own world, and then we had to find ways to accomadate these new creatures created by the union of Aleins and Humans. All done in lieu of the government. all done with the full understanding that the invasion would come from these new people.it took our world nine years to even discover the Aleins, then when they uncovered the plot, the plans of these people. They sought the poor, and coupled with them, all with the backing of the Alein homeworld, they gave them gold and platinum, and when they found mates, one's who were willing and able to have babies, they were paid in gold, and platinum. bringing new wealth to people.t they bought companies making people richer, when they looked into these new ways they saw nothing that would cause suspension, only that they targeted the certain types of people. One day in Febuary at a hospital in New Guinia, a baby was born, with two anntanas behind it ears, that's when they discovered certain traits of dna, that weren't human, and not of this world. These began the Euroafromerica commitions of human welfare, which discovered the exsistance of Aleins on earth. Weathy men got together to create hero's, they used their technologies to make supermen, one's who could fly, and had superstranghts, these are the formations of the "Power Friends" the saviors of the Universe!
