They survived their nets
After weeks of trials
They overcame and left
Left to form an alliance
Destroy, enjoy,save their skins
Just so could find revival
All bunched in one room
Separate reptiles, different owners
Causing confusion, taking advantage of the lost ones
There are the judges
Telling stories they never knew
After the wind,they order the moon never to move
Then the observers
Always observing
As the room moves to the left,they simply nod their heads
"Never concern me"
Then are the readers
Always reading, never responding
In their quiet corners,they gist
Never respond to meetings but always laughing
Then the religious priests
Always conversing "Jesus loves you" "Assalamualaikum"
"We nor mixed pa una idleness"
But always giving them peace
Should I say the victims
Always guilty
Guilty of the crimes levelled against them
Never innocent, never at peace
All in one room
Fighting defeat
Mosquitoes from different nets
Always aching
Aching for survival
All in one net
Some call it the sappier of happiness or should I say Whatsapp?
Sapping every single being
Every reptile with the same sting
Every mosquito whether thick or thin
Different nets
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
All in one room

When will it end?
When shall you keep your heads low?
And return back to your nets!

Well, me and them rats polished off them chicken legs and I headed fer the door.
The sheriff handed me my 44s sayin, "Son, I don't wanna see you here no more!
Now git outta Santa Fe and don't go stealin' no man's horse or his saddle!"
With that we shook hands, I grabbed my hat and made a hasty skedaddle!
I hopped the midnight freight headin' fer El Paso whar that preacher man was at.
I was gonna git religion and straighten up and that's all thar was to that!
He was preachin' hell and brimstone at a revival meetin' at the edge of town.
With my hat I brushed the dust from my britches, strolled in and set down.
He was up thar a-wavin' his arms like he was fendin' off a swarm of bees!
When they sung "Jes As I Am" I ran to the altar and fell upon my knees!
I give my soul to the Lord and vowed right thar to become a preacher man,
To save the souls of thieves, soiled doves and gamblers to carry out His plan!
I ain't gonna git rich a-preachin - collections is sparse, but what the hell!
(Er 'scuse me Lord! I've gotta control my cussin' as Ya can tell!")
I got me a hoss legal like and a Bible and started out on my mission.
I was hell bent (scuse me agin Lord) to bring about the devil's disposition!
(He preached in saloons with his 44s and Bible spread out on the bar.
He did his level best to save their wicked souls from sin and hellfar.
For fifty years he preached and saved souls throughout the rowdy west.
When he reached the Pearly Gates, He said, "Son, ya did yer very best!")

So that I can love by Your compassion only You can impart
Against worldly friendship of pleasurable start.
Thank You for being my way toward Your Word
Away from foolishness and falsity’s sword
So that I can learn through Your truthful record
Against unwise decisions of ignorant board.
Thank You for being my way toward Your heaven
Away from condemnation and hell-fire’s oven
So that I can enjoy Your salvation haven
Against detrimental idolatry of self-righteous leaven.
Thank You for being my way toward Your bliss
Away from discontentment and jealousy’s hiss
So that I can delight in Your fellowship I must not miss
Against miserable backsliding of deceitful kiss.

It's hard to live in
A world where
People, en masse
Accept this mandated schedule...
An indoctrinated philosophy
From birth until death
Abiding by beliefs
Of ancient times!
Tell me, where's the upheaval
The unrest for revival
A rebirth of progressive thinking.
I cry inside, biting my lips
So no one can hear my
Inner torment.
We are all unique souls
With our own respective
Blueprints, yet we
Squish and bury our
Distinctive gifts between our
Breast bones, challenging
The beating heart with
So much passion-
To walk the beaten path...
A path already made clear by
Our ancestors boiling
Under the hot sun
Sweating and bleeding
And tortured to death
Fighting for our freedom.
I cry inside, biting my lips
So no one can hear
My inner torment.
We walk this Earth
In open air yet making
No indentation on
Our own stretch where
Our ancestors played their part-
Existing only in the hell of
Powerful mad men
Puffed-up in relay teams
Passing the golden baton through
Nepotism, avarice, and
Mendacity... a self-serving elite
Us, the en masse,
Complicit in their every
Wicked whim, we
Wallow in this
Faux complacency
Of acceptance
As if it's all good
By ticking the
Ballot box.
I cry inside, biting my lips
So no one can hear
My tortured soul.

God is able to make us stand upon faith’s fortification
While forgiving us against transgression-reaction
Toward experiencing His compassion’s great function
Along revival according to divine mission-participation.
God is able to make us stand upon faith’s establishment
While strengthening us in our ministry-involvement
Toward helping us do our best for heavenly investment
Along stewardship according to Biblical accomplishment.

There’s nothing calm about Spring’s arrival.
The specter gusts regrets and survival,
Strip limbs for whips — a sore obedience.
A path cut through, a cold subservience.
The robin’s heavy breast with cheep revival.*
A rose depressed in past Spring’s archival.
Absence of warmth, enrages audience.
A sip of dandelion wine — desire
spurs wholesome cheat, complete with snowy seeds.
Remembrance of unwrinkled hands - youth’s lore,
A marshmallow on spit, and rosy fire.
Enhance the peace and love of daisy beads.
Unwind the twister’s coil, unleash Spring’s core.
