Thinkable unthinkable knee, are you still composing poetry?

Your most recent interest in observational truth in laptop monitor
Gave you an ultimatum today.
He , as she, in he, as she again, grabbed you in all kinds of tree ,
remnant there before serenity
What is poetry, in the end?
Thinkable pedagogy, is , for the most bizarre reason, telling you
That this is comparable prepositions, with positionality
And the fruit of loom, or something relatable, there.

I felt a bang , and got a downsizing pounding sound,
Between, Jerusalem, Nazareth and prepaid Jesus to pay
More and more for a daycare say.
For a sip from the cup of the finest exported loose leaf tea
Are you a mere sip there, or you started to travel there, onsite
Creating all kinds of copyright issues, as the illegibility
Never declared you anywhere, in norms, in mother’s winter coat
Exactly how much was fatherly charm there, and how much there was a mere setting warmth
As people learn to happen in alibi as there is no straightforward way to find a definition or vision
Your cat was unthinkably your budget failure key, as they mew and sigh
But they were there, truly, with your most delicate caring try.

I think it is a joking endowment
As it will be a mere lump some .
Your rides and ride share with the knight rider storyteller
Only comparable to Little Red Riding hood
Changing the destined persona too, irreversible and altogether

I do not blame , judge , or juxtapose, there, I never pity too
But Bangla, and exactly 21 years long stay on this territory, with often heavy Bangla
I think I dreamt you last night, where you , as a soul and Clover, in a body
Did happen as the most charismatic duo! With a Zulkarnine monitor truth in!
Licking on the other side for hours and hours in longer duration
Will lead nowhere , exactly nowhere , other than, this, mortal life
Is a conscious choice between claim, proclaim and proclamation

I am a reluctant reader there, trying to look through, even beyond allegory and alighieri
You do not hold them accountable for your compositional hype for a dirge
That does not act linearly with your issue room, tissue room, and culture vulture too!

All you can say should stay there, for ever.
Do not send help reaching out there, never there
Simply a one liner truth for falling short from a papyrus poem, anyway
As this must be helping to internalize, more than anything than that.

Your Equity Release Plan

>For the umpteenth time I have received in the mail. The post one not email a letter from a company informing me of my equity release plan. They enclosed a prepaid envelope. Seems a shame to waste it. This is my reply plus I enclosed a list of my books and an introduction to The mad Author lol.

My equity release plan Tuesday 15 March 2016

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your circular letter, I received it just today.
The date that heads this reply which I trust you will read, I say.

I wish I was homeowner, as you're right, I'm seventy-two.
Alas I'm not, as I am not as rich as blinking you.

You see I worked for a charity, caring for animal welfare, every day.
Although they supplied me with a shelter, I existed on low pay.

But it was a job, I chose, when I left the RAVC.
I really did feel for all the animals, I saw treated so cruelly.

I do not own my own home, it does not belong to me.
So I'm really now sad and upset, I am not getting any equity.

But if you bought one of my books, okay, make that two or three.
I only need to sell 999,997 more, to qualify for your equity.

I'm known as The mad Author, not my real name. You see.
You already know my Christian name, as you addressed your letter correct to me.

I'm using your prepaid envelope, which I thank you for.
But guess this reply, will soon occupy your wastebasket on the floor.

That really is a pity,I'll no doubt not hear from you anymore.
Unless you buy one of my books, then could be a fan for evermore.

And if you advertise me for free. I really will have to thank thee.
And I guess you're kind of busy, so this is all now you'll get from me.

And that ladies and gentlemen is how I replied to the unsolicited mail that popped through my letterbox. I often do this, as find it is a very cheap way of spreading poetry about the countryside. And who knows, one of these days, someone might read it whose brain goes, click, this man is good, we must publish him. Hurry up Dragon this cloud is getting very thin. I need a lift back to Earth. 'Paralysed everybody'. I said, 'have a nice day, everybody.' Dragon you must concentrate. (The mad author)<

Love Locked Down

For four years my relationship survived
On collect phone calls
Around which I scheduled my life
And Saturday afternoon visits
Leave the house at 11am
For the long drive through Sin City
Out of town and through the desert
To sit outside with the same familiar faces
All nameless
Waiting for our inmate's name to be called
And hoping our outfits aren't too tight, too blue, or too short
For four years
Our "date night" consisted of microwave hamburgers, mini bags of chips, and bottles
of soda
Purchased from the row of vending machines along the wall
Paid for in quarters from my regulation clear plastic bag
For four years
Our physical fulfillment came from
One kiss in
One kiss out
Holding hands across the table
Knees touching
This is what I looked forward to
The least lonely day of a series of lonely days
Summing up to four years
But eventually he got out
The dream each of those nameless faces was waiting to come true, was true
No more collect calls
No more prepaid accounts
No more rides to the middle of nowhere
No more strategic outfits or getting patted down or bags of quarters
We made it
Clueless of the coming fallout
The aftereffects
The struggles and expectations
Suddenly aware of the lies that we told ourselves to get us through
And that incarceration wasn't the only thing preventing happiness
All I know now
Is that the phone won't ring anymore at 8pm
And on Saturday I sleep in and do laundry
I don't go anywhere so I don't get dressed up
He is trying to figure life out
And I am still sitting around waiting
Only now the waiting is endless
We might be out of prison
But prison won.

Flushing Money Down the Toilet

Flushing Money Down the Toilet

By Elton Camp

More important than what we make is what we spend
There are so many wasteful things we need to try to end
Debt is a financial shackle that very easily holds us back
Pay eighteen percent on a credit card & much money lack

Change oil too soon & buy premium for an automobile
Is a financial waste that you will eventually come to feel
Smoking cigarettes blows money in more than one way
Cost of tobacco, medical bills and insurance that you pay

And then there’s the foolish use of an indoor tanning booth
It costs to use them and that they’re carcinogenic is the truth
Don’t use a cellular phone with features you will never use
Lower priced plans or prepaid phones it is wise to peruse

Buying brand-name rather than generic don’t think you should
For, in reality, in clothes, groceries & drugs, generic is as good
Don’t be afraid, on pricier items, to ask about a reduced price
Many stores will are willing to do it and will respond very nice

Quit buying some unhealthy, sugar-laden carbonated drink
That water is healthier and better always try to stop and think
At freecreditreport.com you will find you actually must pay
At annualcreditreport.com is really free, so please go that way

Another practice that the financial wise will always refuse
Buying unread magazines & gym membership they don’t use
Dining out frequently is, on your assets, a most terrible drain
Thus, it is far better when you eat, at your own home to remain

Why There Are No Snakes In New Zealand

The story is told of a Maori King bold
Who dared cheat the Prince of Siam.
I’ll leave it to you to decide if its true.
But if you're not convinced, at least I am!

This king was annoyed so he filled his bored void
By selling the fauna of his wee land.
He soon grew in fame, none dared speak his name,
He was the richest in all of New Zealand!

But this roll could not last; the fates swooped in fast
With an invoice for arrogant King Frodo!
A prince of yon borders sailed in with his order
For a half dozen snakes and some Dodo.

“The snakes are all gone!” Frodo said with a yawn.
"And we ate the last Dodo last week!”
Thus the king blew him off with a wave and a scoff;
“Look elsewhere for that which you seek!”

But the prince had prepaid! And he screamed out in rage,
“What is that in the cage with the hasp?”
King Frodo’s eyes narrowed, “I won that from Pharaoh,
And that, that’s a two-headed asp!”

“And though its not fair, it is simply too rare,
Now be off or I’ll soon have your head!”
But the prince made this threat, “Dear King you’ll regret!”
Then he left leaving Frodo to dread . . . . . . .

At daylight’s first gleam, you could hear Frodo scream
As he raced to the harbor to spy,
And lo, by the pier was a note on a spear . . .
“Keep my gold! . . . But kiss your asp goodbye!”

Premium Member Finding Christ

We find Christ, not because He is lost, but because we are lost.
It's not that Christ keep changing positions that we don't find Him.
It's that we are in such deep darkness and so entangled in the wilderness.

So often, in the early years of our Christian development, the context
of our Christian experience is centered around 'works of righteousness'.
Whether intentional or inadvertently, many of us are taught that Christ's
sacrifice at Calvary was insufficient 'alone' as a prepaid ticket to heaven.

Surely, I would have to add something to the cost of the ticket; perhaps
some righteous deed or God-pleasing act on my part had to be added.
In my case, it was five years before I learned that my salvation through
Christ had 'no context', 'no pilgrimage', 'no good deed or righteous act'
on my part to which I could attach to what Christ had already done for me.

I could never be good enough, nor pleasing enough, to merit eternal life.
But then, those heavy weights of religiosity and churchiness fell from my spirit. From then until now, I rejoice in the Grace through faith in Christ that saves me in spite of me.

Ah,This Economic Stress

All kinds of bills are piling up,
collectors keep on calling me...
making their threatening phone calls;
I would like to unplug the telephone wire
and have some peace at night...
but borrowing money is not one of the remedies!

My car insurance is due by the end of the month,
this paycheck only covers some necessities,
trendy attire and expensive dinners with friends must wait;
God forbid, I do oversleep and I am late...
portion of my earnings is a tremendous loss,
and in deeper waters I'll swim, never reaching shore!

My cell phone is overused and is too invaluable,
it could spare me some headaches on some stranded highway;
I'm thinking of switching to a prepaid one to save me a bundle!
Even my haircut must wait, once a month, not twice;
ah, this economic stress...is really testing my sanity!
What should I do from preventing those embarrassing lawsuits?

Finally, I called on some friends, whose situation isn't that bad,
they said they'd help me...since I helped them when they needed a hand;
interest-free and a long-term loan, and would like to know beforehand:
what I am going to tell those greedy and inconsiderate bastards from my bank?
" Keep your money in the vault, I refuse to borrow it and make you rich;
I have found a better way to improve my financial situation by making you itch! "

Veteran's Day

Veteran's Day
Tattered uniforms washed with borax and sunrays
still house the bulging proud chests of older youth
Who uncompromisingly gave away their modeled freedom
For un-apathetic ideals buried deep within the gabardine

Many found unknown treasures beneath their teenage joints
Some gave all and the deep rest welcomed them sweetly
With calloused arms that slowly softly laid them to honor
Many tears made a stream to heaven’s well and soul Lover

From a mystic distance He too opened His compassionate arms
As a divided earth tautly offered up her commended spirits
There are virgin rooms in His pure inn for principled patriots
They prepaid in advance with pierced pounds of flesh and blood

“Home, home; welcome to your true home” my master said.
“Don’t rob my heart of untested epiphanies,” my Lover cried
The silence of war has spoken loudly through rising spirits
Taps throws her nocturnal blanket over the faithful servants

Those beneath our soles know only peace and freedom
Never alone in birth, battle, bruises and brokenness
A family of integritites woven together in un-brokenness
Far above the man made divisions of cloaked legalites
Cold humanity sitting on the cuff of a slow moving rotator

Premium Member A Day In a League Fight

With the wasp women on her heels
Thackray needed to cut a deal
In order to keep enjoying sorority gourmet prepaid meals
Taking a seat to watch Jay
She had a lot to say
This is not a late night stalk show
It is some sort of garage I don’t know
Taking a shot of Claret wine
Worrying about being declined
Spirit going right through
Like hammers to a screw
There had to be something she could do
To stay out of trouble
In her fantasy bubble
“Maybe if I find a collection
I will not get a rejection”
From Jay
Manipulating her way
Feeling very bold
That is how Thackray dealt with that goal
Reflecting upon her model acting when it was on a roll
Wolves displaced from their home
Wandering around all alone
Getting into the night
Stuck in the blades still in a fight
Until the final ticks on the clock
When the steel men gave Wolverhampton a shock
A reason to seek refuge in Burnley
Using a glass as a tour net key
Citizens knew it was time to stop the bleeding
When Royals from Newcastle stop by for a meeting
It turned into a goal oriented beating
Netting five feeling real cool
Attitude very high in the sky blue
Solidifying being ready for the champions’ league pool

Premium Member My Prayer For Today

My Prayer For Today
July 3rd 2021
Miracle Man

Heavenly Father,
this morning, I bow in your presence once more this
side of eternity thanking you for another day and the blessings of life.
Today my heart is heavy for those who have been adversely affected by the
Pandemic this past year. Those who have lost their jobs and homes and feel they have no hope. Cause them to see that all our hope lies in you.
Refresh my mind with the names of all those who have requested prayer
for a loved one for one reason or another.
As Independence Day approaches help each of us to see that the freedoms
we enjoy were not free, but came as a result of others paying a price.
Just as my salvation came to me without price, the price was prepaid at the cross. Nothing comes free to one without a cost being borne by another. Give me opportunities today to share the testimony that you have given me. Make it easy, this day, for me to share what you’ve placed on my heart. Then when sun has set, and time of rest has come, give me a peace from knowing I’ve done my best this day. Forgive me my shortcomings and bless me as you see fit and I’ll forever praise you for it in Jesus’ name.
Amen
