October 7 Praises to God Bible Meditations Based on Matthew 15-16
Key Verse – Matthew 15:32 Then Jesus called his disciples unto him, and said, I have compassion on the multitude…
PRAISE BE TO GOD FOR HAVING COMPASSION ON US
Praise be to God for having compassion on us:
Saving us despite our transgressions
Separating us from traditions’ trespasses
Sanctifying us according to His truth we trust
Satisfying us by His triumph along trials and tests
Supporting us upon His Scriptures of trustworthy testimony
Matthew 16:6 Praise be to the Lord for warning us
to take heed and beware of:
Leavening sinfulness
Lawless love so sensual
Leadership that is selfish
Laborious load lifting sickness
Light lifting stubbornness’ shame
Matthew 16:18 Praise be to the Saviour
for building His church upon His:
Purpose by His providence
Person with His peaceful presence
Power against persistent persecutions
Provisions toward progressive prosperity
Precepts midst His perfect plan of perpetuity. Amen!

Real and true biblical repentance
means a full turning around
from living in sinful disobedience
so you’re echoing the gospel sound
When you’ve repented of one sin
picture turning from sins of all
for a true heart burns to be holy
hating sin following the inward call
The experience of living in known sin
not wishing repentance of life
is to repent not of any fault
just to expect the judgement knife
So make sure you know how to
repent of your every known sin
cling to Jesus for forgiveness
fight your sinful nature so to win
(‘It is through many persecutions that we must enter the kingdom of God’ Acts 14:22.’
‘ He that repents of one sin truly repents of all sins and he that lives in any one known sin without repentance actually repents of no sin at all’ - A.W. Pink)

Key Verse– Mark 12:24 And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures, neither the power of God?
MY GOD, THANK YOU FOR EXPOSING MY ERROR
Thank You for exposing my error of showy spirituality
By Your revealing sovereignty
To prove me toward tested Christianity
Midst pretenses along beliefs’ uncertainty.
Thank You for exposing my error of deceptive relationship
By Your converting leadership
To turn me toward faithful stewardship
Midst prayerlessness along worldliness’ friendship.
Thank You for exposing my error of impure motives
By Your sanctifying directives
To straighten me toward holy prerogatives
Midst poverty along discontentment’s alternatives.
Thank You for exposing my error of shallow devotion
By Your empowering salvation
To transform me toward genuine dedication
Midst preferences along doubts’ confusion.
Thank You for exposing my error of subtle hypocrisy
By Your enlightening mercy
To illumine me toward sincere fervency
Midst pride along complacency’s deficiency.
Thank You for exposing my error of worthless engagements
By Your fulfilling involvements
To lead me toward heavenly investments
Midst persistency along commitment’s agreements.
Thank You for exposing my error of selfish interests
By Your faith strengthening bests
To uphold me toward good work-harvests
Midst persecutions along priorities’ tests.

SIGN OF THE TIMES
Stones will be thrown down. The temple succumbs like Lazarus.
Inconceivable evil hurled inside and outside satan’s circle.
Good perceived as bad and the reverse a similar fact.
Noah’s days before our rainy eyes, hankies blowing it.
Other christ, the false one, the devil incarnate arrives.
Feast of beasts will turn the world upside-down in defeat.
Torrential weather, hate and great distress to impress.
Heaven looks on in horror but not surprised.
Evening becomes the norm without moon or stars.
The persecutions worse and worser, God’s children cry, wanting
It to end sooner than later, having suffered and died, blood
Mixes like a cultural conglomerate - we knew the rat race
Eventide, on its plenipotentiary screeching wheel, couldn’t
Survive but for Jesus Christ — His victory secured at the cross.

The temple in line one is Jesus. In the final line His victory.
It's an amazing thing that I have
the word of the eternal God in my hand
this is indeed divine revelation
my faith in God on this I stand
God through this word keeps me true
having learned the holy scriptures so sound
firmly believing all it has revealed
continuing to believe doctrine to ground
My life's been changed by God's word
having now a righteousness not my own
one by faith dwelling in Jesus Christ
the word itself truly has been sown
The grace of God is my anchor
no matter the struggles life brings
I know HIs grace is always sufficient
flying down to lift me on spirit wings
Faith in God brings real transformation
changing one's heart to love what God loves
the word of God brings faith to one's soul
fitting so well into our spiritual gloves
("You, however, have followed my teaching, my conduct, my aim in life, my faith, my patience, my love, my steadfastness, my persecutions and sufferings that happened to me at Antioch, at Iconium, and at Lystra—which persecutions I endured; yet from them all the Lord rescued me. Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, while evil people and impostors will go on from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived. But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have firmly believed, knowing from whom you learned it and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.")

January 11 Heart for God Bible Meditations Based on Genesis 32-34

HEART THAT SEES THE FACE OF GOD BY FAITH
By faith, our heart sees God’s face with His preservation assurance
Surely lifting us up with His power’s deliverance
So that we can stand upon His pillar of righteousness-endurance
While overcoming discouragement along His grace of perseverance.

Surely overtaking us in our feebleness toward ministry-mount that’s stony
So that we can stay in His will along His Word more delightful than honey
While hotly pursuing after His approval that cannot be paid by money.
By faith, our heart sees God’s face with His preservation’s affirmation

While casting to Him our cares with trust, despite our limitation.
By faith, our heart sees God’s face with His preservation-filled mercy
Surely confronting us through His well-dealings’ excellency

O heart of Mother Mary
Mother of Eternal God and ours
Heart most worthy of love
Awareness of the most Holy Blessed Trinity
Deserving of all respect
Tenderness of angels
You are the heart of Father Christ
The most perfect image
Heart full of goodness
Compassion for our miseries
We are granted to know the eyes of our hearts
Turn them to the heart of our Divine Savior
Pour into them the love of our virtues
Inflame them with that Blessed fire with which you continually burn
Shut up within yourself the Holy Church
Please guard it
Be always its sweet refuge
Its tower against all its strength
Against the raid of enemies
Please be our way to Father Christ
The natural way of water
Runs by which we receive the graces necessary for our salvation
Be our aid in our wants
Our support in our distress
Our comfort in our temptations
Our refuge in persecutions
Our aid in all dangers
Specifically the last combat of our life in the hour of death
When all hell will be held against
To snatch our souls away in the most dreadful moment
On which our eternity depends
Oh then most tender Virgin
Please make us feel the tender sweetness of your maternal heart of Father Christ
Please open to us in the same fountain of mercy
A secure refuge
That we may come to bless Him with you in paradise
Forever and ever
May the Divine Heart of Father Christ
The pure heart of Mother Mary be known
Praised
Blessed
Loved
Honored
Glorified
Always
Everywhere
Amen
Exclaamation
Sweet Heart of Mother Mary
Be my salvation

In 1957, there existed a plan
To rid Rwanda of the Tutsi clan
Power they had, too much for one side
The foundation for, future Genocide
1960, the monarchy was gone
Will both sides sing the same song
Sadly not as the persecutions start
Ripping this African country apart
1973, under a new regime
Juvénal Habyarimana promised restrain
Progress and reconciliation proposed to be
For this country to unite, finally
1994, Habyarimana gunned down
His assassination, country drowns
This killing of him, the carnage starts
Population half, ripped apart
The killings horrific, no one spared
Machete slain, heads caved
Hacking, be-headings as families fall
As CNN tune in, the world appalled
The continuance, of the slaughtered tribes
Men, women and children you can't describe
Women raped, and the unborn slain
This horrific act of human pain
Most of the fallen, in their own villages dead
By another clan, they thought were friends
Indescribable to the world as our televisions show
The massacre of innocents, as we watch blow by blow
Where does it all end, can we try the same songs
How many more of these Rwanda wrongs
It appears to be a human trait
To kill each other for the sake of it
2 Corinthians 12:10 ~ "Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong."
~ The Holy Bible
When I'm bogged down by fears,
Then He reminds, "Be not afraid",
When I'm troubled with tears,
Then He tells me, "Don't be dismayed";
When future's bleak,
He comes along,
When I am weak,
Then am I strong;
When I'm filled with sorrows,
Then He assures, "Be of good cheer",
When I'm tensed 'bout morrows,
Then He comforts, "I'm with you, dear";
When cares exhaust,
He unwinds me,
When I feel lost,
Then He finds me;
When I'm mired in worries,
Then He whispers, "Be filled with peace",
When stalled as time hurries,
Then He confirms, "Wait, be still, cease";
When my feet slip,
He steadies me,
With His strong grip
then readies me.
