Languish not, oh my soul, in depths of loneliness
Lean on the Lord, welcoming by His love
Leading you toward victorious leaps.
Languish not, oh my heart, along deceit and lies
Learn from God with His truth of light
Liberating you by His vibrant laws.
Languish not, oh my faith, toward failure’s lingering
Listen to the Saviour’s Word, indeed lively
Lifting you up against commitment-lull.
Languish not, oh my devotion, upon care that’s lukewarm
Level-up toward service zeal and reaching-out loftiness
Let Christ lengthen your patience-line.
Languish not, oh my strength, on bed of losses
Loosen up against restless lamentation midst God’s Lamb
Luxuriate with the “Lion of Judah” with divine laugh.
Languish not, oh my spirit, in destitute so lowly
Leave hopelessness and gloom lurking
Look to the Almighty and joyously live.

In a golden instant

I transcend your lips
I love shall I never miss

In a kingdom full of perspectives
Much I marveled the ideal principle
Deep into that darkness hunching
Vision - tormentor of my dreams
When I thought of the Vision

I heard a designing, happy dreaming
Of binoculars that are mainstreaming
I had dreamed of storms screaming
The light seemed happy streaming
~
Deep into that darkness fretting
I crave the puzzled, preliminary prevue
All my soul within me besetting
Ahh, the beautiful, colorful rainbow view
Deep into that darkness buffering

Down the street at the corner, the sodium
Streetlight casts an eerie-yellow glow on the sidewalk
Below, a feint hissing sound emanating from escaped
Gasses. Up the stairs, just a few feet away, I'm narrating
A sequence of myself carrying a large kettle filled with
Chili, my look confident, my shirt spattered with
Bubbling sauce, unseen are the remnants of the
Bomb
Blast...blood-stained parts of a little boy's shoes, fallen
Off as he crawled home, not quite to the door.
Sleeplessness, a byproduct of artificial LED lighting,
Historians
Agreed
Where hand -held devices and
Computer screens disrupted tidal waves in our brains,
Leading to irrational decisions by our
Leaders, dooming
Civilizations not yet born,
New, 6-handed life forms were
Imported from other planets
Un-earthing gold and iridium, along
With relics from the 21st. century,
