Great Questions
------------------------------------------------------------
By: The Questionare Extradinare'Coeus of Antecedent
-------------------------------------------------------------
what is conversment?
is it used to coney or inform?
While in love I made someone fall in love with me,
might at least one of would love the other if we were
ever to be together. Dolus Malus spoke this of whom?
Schoenber and DeBussy ae credited for this?
Introductions are nerve-wracking because they create
immense pressure to make a perfect first impression.
is this First impressions are not necessarily "fake," but
they are frequently inaccurate and superficial Pandora’s
dection was to trick who?
Is "gleípse me perissótero" Aristophanes called"trógontas mouní
an “abominable pleasure,” decribing the raunchy context of
which of his plays?

BOTH, HIMSELF, Modern Music
JESUS by Joan May Donnelly Ellis
Jesus, You are the Brightest Light of Love
A hearth fire ablaze on Christmas Eve
A child's uncommanded hug
The flicker from a candle's flame
A Hand whose touch leaves a glow
The whisper of a lip's caress
The shower of an autumn snow
Jesus You are the manifestation of my praise
A military stride illuminated by grace
The reception of delight when pure humor releases all care
You are the warmth of an appreciative look
As You muse from your rocking chair
Jesus, You are a revelation spilling forth and pouring Light into my soul as I meditate on You
You are fresh, You are clean, a poet's dream come true
Jesus, You are as welcome as a mountain stream I surrender myself to after a hot Summer day of toil in my garden
Jesus, You are regular visits to Adventure Land
A glove, snow white shifting silken sands
You are a boy running 20 miles to be with the girl he loves.
Jesus, You are a head sinking in a bale of new-mown hay
The healing power of a Palm Tree's sway
And Jesus, You motivate every good that I do.
Jesus, You are the juice from a blade of Kentucky Blue
The tremor following a California Quake too
And Jesus, You've got what it takes to cause the Universe to fall in love with You.
Jesus, You're the dawning of a Carolina moon
The Decider who dines with silver spoon
You're the Yellow Rose of Texas in full bloom
The revival of Pentecost.
Jesus, You are a Prince in housecoat and slippers on a front porch swing
A LOVE for better or worse that clings
You're the Composer of songs Your Angel's sing.
Jesus, You are brevity
An embrace that lingers long after You go.
Jesus, You are the One who never laughed
When the child's love letter was mocked by the elite class.
And Jesus, You make bearable the insults one suffers through
Forgiveness granted for the incomplete, inaccurate view
You're the only One worthy & the only One true
Potter me in word & deed more like You.
Eden grassy walls stood stark,
In the noble bowers, of bending day
luscious fruit-in tempestuous talk
The inaccurate gaze led them astray.
Eve with picturesque temptress voice
Put in Adam's mind the godly tyrant.
Repentance implicit in her silence
She joins the wanton seductive serpent.
Infectious with death before the fall.
crawl with silken skin on Eden grassy verge
A devil who speaks transforms into Belial
upon his wounded knees the beggar surge.
For weed and wort, paradise was thwart.
With disability, we live in the lesser part.
Erotic connotation the notion brought.
Death of paradise portrayed from the start.
A place in dive bars and witchy urinal air
We fell into something drabber and daring.
Such modern methods may yet backfire.
And generations may see lust-inducing.
A threat of the demonic realm insane pain
Haunting malady from the power of the air.
The creation reform movement formed again.
with the irresistible figure in the atmosphere.
Yesterday, at Maker Space, I completed
Embroidering the image of your second home,
And you were sitting in there alone.
I also added embroidery of the poem,
Titled 2024.7.29, the first poem I posted
The one being featured on the Poetry Soup home page once.
I also included a popular poem in foreign language,
Which formed the lyrics of a movie's theme.
It crossed my mind,
How would you feel the minute you saw it?
If I was you, I treasured every meaningful item,
Especially if it directly related to me.
It depicted your image, from green beanie,
Black and white stripe woolly scarf, khaki creamy jacket,
Blue jean and the runners of bright green soles colour.
One day, when you have a chance
To read my poems on the Poetry Soup website
Please be kind to make some comments,
Have my memories served me well?
Except for the grammar, was there anything I wrote,
Was untrue or inaccurate?
It was hard to believe but it was true that
Honesty and keeping promises,
Were not the best policies,
In the current society.
I couldn't help it. It was me.
Can not help and can not change it.
When you have an image of yourself inside your head
that image shouldn’t be an image that you have to protect
because if it needs protecting it’s an image to forget
probably protecting an aspect perfected
It’s inaccurate and untrue in this image just for you
which is not about you placing all those strengths of yours in view
as it’s equally important you’re aware of what you’re crap at too
live your whole life comparing yourself with last years you
The most relevant comparison is you comparing you
there’s no other way more accurate with an answer that’s more true
when you compare yourself with people you forget how you’ve improved
immaturity gets you moody when jealousy forms from what other people can do
And never ever rate other people on a weakness you can see
you shouldn’t be creating their weakness based on your belief
as what you seek is a desperate need to judge with negativity
make them look bad so you feel better but that is not a victory
You know you’re sad when you think you have control over your peers
people who become like that avoid facing common fears
terrified of finding out they’re not the image they hold dear
asserting presence helps them believe the false image they think they appear!
There’s nothing more impressive (than personality)
There’s nothing more attractive (than personality)
The truth is honest not pathetic (takes personality)
Ask a question don’t pretend to get it (development you’ll see)
Wrong believes it’s always right (tragic little people)
strength will reconsider sights (attractive little people)
wrong thinks changing isn’t bright (tragic little people)
Weakness is stubborn knowing best
because the personality protects the nest
your image of you adapts it never ever sets
you’re right when you’re wrong if it makes you reassess
THE BITTERSWEET OF ISRAEL
Angel stands guard ~ ready to save her child,
her guiding eyes so wise in soft dark room.
With psalms of life and love her song beguiled.*
~
Her feet would follow nigh, till the child’s tomb.
Behold, this son, with beating heart of gold!
Her guiding eyes so wise in soft dark room.
~
Is this the one foretold, the king of old?
Angel, this cherub, with six wings, throws kiss.
Behold, this son, with beating heart of gold!
~
This child will hurl all lies into abyss.
Her fingers softly touch the savior’s cheek -
Angel, this cherub, with six wings, throws kiss.
~
This Mary’s son will give strength to the weak.
(The guards of Israel ~ their babes ~ they cry!)**
Her fingers softly touch the savior’s cheek .
~
(And Herod seeks all babes – the weak, to die)
Angel stands guard ~ ready to save her child.
(The guards of Israel ~ their babes ~ they cry!)
With psalms of life and love her song beguiled.

Life seems
at times,
sometimes chronically usual
and sometimes more critically unusual,
Life seems to see a too large familial
and/or global space
between Winning outside less
and not Losing inside more,
Life unfolds feelings
differentiating between usually
and just sometimes
would be a healthier Win
for anger management
and depression
and manic bipolar issues,
polemics,
bipolarities Left against Right
too LoseLose negatively dissonant,
disassociating from authentic

health-wealth identity.
Yet,
in our next moment,
claustrophobic narrow ways
between Winning freedom and light
and not also Losing life and love
unveil a culturally treacherous walk.
A personal yet also political and economic stalk
through a narrowing last second
in LeftBrain dominating Time
reincarnating EarthClimates
All, or most,
Either winning or losing
attachment to detachment
attacking
future life of humble sufficiency Left-Right fortune,
seen through Earth's timeless creative RightBrain lens
casting past death
of Ego's immanently inaccurate
decomposing misfortune
denying untimely WinLose events.
Exhausting WinWin divine inspiration,
finding ribboned rivers of YangHeaded hope
between hearing Winning dipolarity
yet also not seeing bipolar Losing co-gravity
what Sacred EarthTime never RightBrain autonomously owned
or could eternally LeftBrain co-redeem alone
while co-advocating creation,
regenerative
creolizing
transubstantiations
between healthy Left
and wealthy WiseElder Matriarchal Right.
Bicameral life seems to see a larger revolutionary space
between Winning outside time more ecologically healthy
and not Losing inside sacred place
love multi-theological wealthy.
Lately I've seen a poem or two
claiming that Jesus wasn't born a Jew
but rather a 'Palestinian child'
a claim inaccurate and really quite wild
When Jesus was born, there was no 'Palestine'
That name was created at a later time
by the Romans to wipe away all traces of Jewish Israel
A tactic unsuccessful, it never worked very well.
Jesus was born in the Galilee, circa 4 BCE
and crucified 33 years later, about 30 CE, you see
When the Romans captured the Temple (70 C.E.) 40 years later --
That's when the revisionist idea of 'Palestine' first gained favor
Jesus was as Jewish as Moses, the Jews' greatest Rebbe
Those who don't get that, let them go study history
Parting my curtains that bright sunny morning
I took in the garden, my mood took a hit
My facial twitch surfaced again without warning
My lawn had acquired a nocturnal zit
They don’t stop at one: No, lots more were pending
An underground demon had just declared war
He’s munching my worms which needed defending
I’m having that critter... I’ve done it before
I picked out the nastiest, most evil trap
Designed to cast moley asunder
A trap meant to mangle that pointy nosed chap
... A trap that he simply dug under
I set a new trap filled with poison and worms
To kill him as soon as he found it
My wife tells me now that I’m King of the squirms
For that bloody mole went around it
I grabbed a big hammer and sat by a hole
A time to be patient... not slow
I was quick but inaccurate whacking that mole
And the hammer came down on my toe
I’m frantic, I’m livid, I’m limping around
To the shed where the tools were all put
Then, thrusting my garden fork into the ground
I stick it right through my good foot
I grabbed a grenade (which I googled and made)
I shoved it and crawled really fast
My lawn was destroyed like there’d been an air raid
I wasn’t quite clear of the blast
Two weeks have gone by and I’m head to toe plastered
My wife wears a mask against germs
She tells me we’ve still got that velvety bast*rd
And so she been buying it worms.
Teacher tried to teach his class that Christmas isn’t boring
Half the kids weren’t listening and one or two were snoring
He picked out little Lucy, she seemed the one most liable
He made her prove she’d listened to his lesson from the bible
Her little eyes were glistening, she’d only been half listening
But she had not been sleeping... and so she started speaking...
Two thousand years or so ago, to my recollection
Some bird called Mary suffered an inaccurate perception
She dreamt that God had had his way and now she eats for two
Her fella whined, no kid of mine is there inside of you
He said we can’t stay around here, we’ll have to travel far
We’ll bugger off to Beth Le hem ’cause she’s a little star
Well if they had a car, I guess it had no gas
For Joseph walked but Mary simply sat there on her a.s.s.
Anyway, they got there and the man who heaps the ink
Said this hotel has got no rooms, so Joe kicked up a stink
The ink heaper said settle down , I’ll do the best I’m able
I think you’ll find the manager, back there in the stable
Mary had contraptions, so her child came out a boy
She put him on the manager, which gave him peace and joy
Someone shouted ‘Who’s the daddy?’ (Quite an indiscretion)
Joseph frowned and looked around, Well, isn’t that the question?
Mary called in Jesus... three white men came instead
One had come with Frankenstein and two were off their head
’cause no-one knows what myrrh is and kids can’t play with gold
I guess I’d better fill you in before you get too old
You see the king of Harrods was killing little boys
I think his parents should perhaps have bought him far more toys
But Harrods is alive and well, that’s fishy and suspicious
’Cause when you live two thousand years, that’s the mackerel of Christmas
And when Jesus was older, folk had no food to chew
He fed them with some bread and fish, and that’s a mackerel too
So Lucy said to teacher, in a voice quite firm and scary
And that, Sir, is the story of the season to be Mary
