I am on a journey to find the unknown,
discovering things, that are hidden within.
I’m scared and terrified but I must be brave,
what do I have to lose?
Will I find things about me that I don’t like?
Probably so.
But at least it will be the authentic version
of me.
Opinions of others that weren’t kind, that I
locked deep inside,
Will not reign over me, nor the dislike that
I feel for folk that harmed me.
I shall turn dislike into like and take back
my power.
I am on a remarkable journey to find and
rediscover the woman that I never really
knew…… ME

Always
Can’t stop listening to ‘Always’.
In all ways I am under her spell.
Don’t want to quit thinking of future days,
Because right now I am free from my personal Hell.
I am walking in the light for love is glorious.
It is not asking to take anymore from us.
We are speaking without words, telepathic understanding.
I think about her and she let’s me keep on dreaming.
Lost in a moment of purity.
Not harmed by the truth of what is.
Living in a head of fantasy,
Is walking through air blowing bliss.
It embraces me with loving arms.
She holds me gently to keep me from harm.
I am day dreaming of a life so charmed,
That nothing can cause me to fear what could be, or what was.

I’m still that little girl hiding in a box trying to rest
with my dirty stuffed doggy toy, tattered blanket
and ragged clothing dejected in these streets.
I’m still that little girl they judged and harmed
imposing their falsehoods and prejudice so I
stay forever imposed in the finality of a box.
I’m still that little girl who is agonizingly shy, sad
and so very lost while their main goal is to confine
me to a box so my gentle heart is never seen.
I’m still that little girl persecuted to the point
of no return. Every time I’m barely out of
my box their sinfulness shoves me back inside.
I’m still that little girl forced into a box of
wrongful ideations so I cease to be anything
but their erroneous misconceptions of who I am.
I’m still holding on resolutely to my sincerest hope
that my faith will rise me up out of this painful box
to show the evil ones that I am truly a Child of God.
Many of you will probably say that I have a lot of nerve,
but Rodney King in my opinion didn't get what he deserved.
What Rodney King deserved was another beating
not a money award totaling millions.
When he finally was stopped, with the police he did not cooperate.
Have we forgotten that he was involved in a high speed chase?
Would you have as much sympathy for him
had he run down one of your children?
His passengers cooperated with the police in every way
and not one of them were harmed in any way,
but not Rodney King. He acted irate
and that's when the so called police brutality took place.
The police then beat the ugly right off the face of Rodney
and now he's never looked better from what I can see
since he's now enhanced his appearance with corrective surgery.
If you ask me,
police brutality
was the best thing that ever happened to ugly Rodney.
I remember exactly the day we met
The most beautiful day of my life
I will never forget
Yet there is a question that still puzzles me
How can I go on living happily?
Not afraid of today but the day you left
As I watched you walk away, my heart melted as I wept
My chest ached as I lay in my empty bed
I must’ve cried so many times, the blood vessels burst in my head
My knees were so weak, and I couldn’t walk
My mouth was so dry, I couldn’t talk
My eyes burned like charcoal until the sockets dried
I was hurting deeply inside, I could’ve died
For love is so beautiful, with its blessed charms
How quickly it entrapped me, with its embracing arms
How sadly it turned deadly, until one person was harmed
I will never know why we were torn apart in my mind as well as my heart
However, at some point you cast me aside
The overflow of my emotions made me run and hide
I invested my time at a low-cost interest
I was shunned by someone so very selfish
Puppeteering my heart’s strings is what made you elfish
I promised you my love, then you deceived me
I wore my heart on my sleeve, and you still didn’t believe me
My love is so simple and pure I look to you for validation,
but I’m not received any more
All these months have been in vain
How can you smile while I go insane?
How can you give of yourself so freely and I still abstain?
How I want to express my anger, but I must refrain
I know in time I will love again
In a perfect world we could all be friends
I will cry no more and this is where the story ends

"I find it very hard that I should be the only one to suffer the most extreme penalties of the
law." - BILLY the Kid
- In an interview while on route to his execution in Lincoln County New Mexico where he was
sentenced to be hanged.
Back then it didn't matter who was right or wrong.
What mattered was who had the fastest gun.
The untamed Old West lived by a code back then. "I'll Die Before I Run."
An 18 year old boy wanders into town. All of the locals stare the young stranger down.
All of his instincts tell him to turn around, but he can't turn his back and run.
The youngster can't afford any fear. The kid's found himself much needed work here,
but the competition's greed is ruthless. That's why he wears a gun.
Young William Bonney was just another cowboy
looking for work to earn an honest day's pay.
He rode into Lincoln County, New Mexico as a simple hired rancher's hand,
but he'd ride out to become a legend one day.
Today he's America's most famous bad boy,
but he left us more legend than fact of all he did.
His legend continues to live on in stories, movies, books and song.
Who hasn't heard of BILLY the Kid?
BILLY the Kid's life of crime for many it seems
has been greatly exaggerated to the extremes.
He never robbed a bank, stagecoach or train.
He never harmed an innocent for pleasure or financial gain.
He was just a common stock thief. He'd steal horses and cattle
from corrupt, rich Cattle Barons who'd respond in bloody battle.
It was a lifestyle that Billy truly didn't desire,
but when your wanted by the law employers don't hire.

"Light the fires, we hunt a witch tonight,
under the light of a pale blue moon
We're the masters of all that is right
Join with the righteous as we sing our tune"
The woman a healer, with ancient spells
Living in the forest, amongst the trees
With herbs and crystals the future she tells
She is so disturbed, by all that she sees
Why are so many, now coming for her
It's not her intention to do them harm
Within her mind the images all blur
All of the forest is under her charm
"There in the distance we can see her house.
Wrapped amongst the branches of all those trees.
We will approach as quiet as a mouse,
then like lions we will do what we please!"
She steps out the door to address them all.
"Do not approach if you know what is best!"
The leader laughs as he makes his own call.
"We are here to put a stake through your chest."
With a wave of her hand, the trees all dance.
Gnarled roots start grabbing up from the ground.
All those evil men didn't have a chance.
The forest filled with a horrible sound!
Within the wood you can see their hands.
As well as faces contorted and dark.
They chose not to listen to her commands.
Eternally entombed within the tree bark.
Disclaimer: No witches, mortals or tree's were harmed during the
writing of this poem. In no way does this poem demonstrate a
belief in the occult but is merely for entertainment purposes.
It does however show that not all who believe they are righteous
Are truly righteous. Many things in history have been done in
the name of God by truly depraved and ungodly people. They
convinced many people to follow in their paths.

In the midst of all this confusion and despair.
The planet was engulfed in the Third World War.
A state of null and pond darkness, are we aware?
Yet we failed to treat all life as precious as our core.
A political doomsday fanatic, blinded by greed,
Mislead us astray where moral behaviors recede.
Beyond boundless criminal eructation, sans mirth,
We dug our graves, blind to our fate on Earth.
We harmed our parents as we were still embryonic,
Idle drilling and causing harm to others is a tonic.
We designed a huge grave site for all humanity,
Unable to snuggle down, reject the planet's vanity.
Red apples were stolen from bordering trees,
Invading lands in search of fresh wealth at ease.
Armageddon was foretold due to perils of the world,
A diabolical design for war and starvation to unfold.
Beheading, flaming, and jailing are all options,
Several religious groups fall prey to concoctions.
Gazing into the abyss of doom makes me squirm,
WWIII aims to leave us defenseless as mere worms.
People's heyday was once an era of full happiness,
Has now come to a cease, leaving us with sadness.
Nevertheless, we left our stamp on the planet,
Robots prevailed, and we lost mastery of the gamut.
Peace has been switched to turmoil and cease,
Man's fall, eulogy for the earth, grief for decease.
Power and terror divert us from the clear warning,
Now we can grasp the impact of our power warming.
Our major fears follow our pride and greed,
As we reap what we sow, we can't tout earthly deeds.
As computers rule, people watch with sadness,
We depend on cables and devices akin to madness.
Tragic tale of man's collapse and failure,
Let it serve as an alarm to modify our behavior.
The earth is a gift that we can nurture and not drop,
With WWIII, we learn from our flaws and renew hope.
