Listen to the heartbeat
Of this world
We're on borrowed time
The condition is...
CRITICAL!
A critical failure!
Jumpin' jelly beans look at the time
Those old stock photos were prophetic
MELTDOWN INCOMING!!!!!

I lost track
Was there a countdown?
Perhaps...
It all ends at midnight
Allow me to introduce myself
I am the lord of lies
Who speaks only truth
With each lie
I add another layer
With each truth
I destroy another layer
How many layers are left?
If you guessed right...
WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!
Sirens flash before my eyes
I've lost all pretense of sanity
Cut my arteries open
Because I'll bleed just like you
Rip off my fingernails
And shave off my hair...
I'm more human than a humanist
Courageous...
I laugh at my own failure
Delete! Delete!
Delete!
Delete! Delete!
Delete!
DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
LEEEEEEEEEEE
TUH
My past was written in the future
A future fortune of failing fractures
Fading foldout films and phonograms
I think I lost my nerve
Pluck, pluck, pluck
Oh no
I'm clucking like an ugly duckling!
In the end
I look upon the layers of reality
And I see more than you
Because I am greater than God
God bends his knee at my feet
I AM IMMORTAL
I AM PROMISED
AND I AM ALL CONSUMING
My disdain for this stupid world is known
Travesty after travesty
We never learn
From the pages of the past
I spit on this dumb world
Full of dumb people
Doing dumb things
With dumb motives
And who are you?
WHO ARE YOU?

CHINESE LUNAR NEW YEAR, DAY #1
By Leon Enriquez
Chinese Lunar New Year
The Dragon brings good cheer
Auspicious words ply:
Gong-Xi-Fa-Cai
May you live good health
Your way to fond wealth
~~~~~~~~~
May good fortune sum
Your happy outcomes
May fine blessings show
Poise and joy you know
May you walk with grace
With light on your face
~~~~~~~~~
May your kin and kind
Bring you fond peace of mind
May each day you live
Bloom good cheer you give
May you be happy
With calm flair cheery
~~~~~~~~~
May the road you take
Bring you joyful stakes
May lavish moments sum
Your abundant outcomes
May your path be bright
Through each day and night
~~~~~~~~~
To all we hold dear
Here’s to a great year
You and I now ply
A lovely rainbow sky
Love warms our hearts here
With lovely good cheer
~~~~~~~~~
As love draws fond joy
Fine peace we enjoy
May all of our days
Work well on the way
May faith and hope bring
Love that ever springs
~~~~~~~~~
This auspicious day
Love works the best way
May the year bring peace
With lovely increase
May we start each day
With kind words we pray
~~~~~~~~~
CNY 2024, Day #1
Singapore
When youth sets us beautifully aglow
to soar on the swift wings of a sparrow,
and altough the unknown may frighten us:
we will not stop from living out those dreams,
because we are the constant seekers
bolder than the soldiers of fortune
willing to stare in the face of events that'll follow,
be in the incognito and confront fate alone...
Our main reason for being here
is to accomplish unthinkable and amazing things;
to start where the smallest dream begins,
and make it grow by taking the giant steps of an achiever...
We should never fear the challenges that lie ahead,
but is it worth to step back and not speedly act...
imagining of the wonderful visions
of the the unseen tomorrow that
rampantly flourish inside our impatient head?
Will we fall from the flaming,crimson sky
and grope our way to a passing cloud above
with the certainty of having found love,
or will we quickly come down to earth and die?
Which one is better: being a disillusioned dreamer,
who can still dream,or a sullen-looking miser?
Our main reason for being here
is to love with grace and intensity,
and have the willingness to break down
the ugly and horrible barriers of alienation;
and finally let all thoughts flow in without diversity,
to discover who we really are...
She no longer wears a habit, our nun.
Does this make her less holy?
Certainly not.
She has been called penguin, our nun.
By those who have not been called to serve
And are confused by her faith.
She does not seek extra attention, fortune or fame.
She works selflessly
Helping others
She spends her life mothering children not of her loins
But all God’s children, for she believes we all are.
Sometimes uplifting them more than their flesh mothers
She works tirelessly, our nun
Even if we are not Catholic, we can claim her.
She belongs to the world, a proponent of Godliness and the trilogy.
Galvanised Atmospheric Innovation
Urban atmospheric galvanised creatures
Turbans that are stratospheric turning into teachers
Burdens that are esoteric and one of my personality features
Certainty that is generic as you’re hiding from the preacher
Stacks of written words surrounding me like an army of white confessions
Hacks that have been heard among pleas reaching for heaven
The exact and the absurd combine to form an episode of regression
Detract from the conserved and you’ll find a place in the recession
Renegade observers of the globalised extortion
Serenade reserves of the nobalised contortions
Parade of preservers combine to culminate a fortune
Charade of community creates a new social contortion
Wondering through terrain reserved for someone more emotionally robust
Pondering on ethics, integrity, morals, hope and trust
Sundering onward without knowing that your dependent on the physical laws of thrust
Plundering the earth with greed, deception, fame and lust
Multi dimensional landscapes that defy 6D comprehension
Conventional borders that correlate around the suppressed retention
Intentional reasons to confiscate the technology from the children
Presentational permeation that deny the attempts at prevention
Recollection brings a firm debate of colourised convention
Predilection for one to consummate the end of their detention
Introspection sometimes obfuscates the clarity of invention
While circumspection can just eviscerate the purity of one’s intentions
The End
Nature holds me to ransom with its cruelty,
look at me, if thou would dare,
a grotesque specimen unlike any human
thou has ever cast thine eyes!
what reason do you have to punish me thus?
I am born of the same womb as Clarence,
and my brother, the King!
Not loved, not respected, and ever an object
of ridicule, denied every courtesy that is
afforded to others in my house.
I am despised, not trusted,
a copper trinklet of dubious distinction!
But I shall not suffer the ravages of destiny!
I shall fashion my way, my own nefarious way,
and get even on life that has cast me into
this dungeon of existence!
I shall spare no one any mercy!
Why should I when I have been shown none!
Deceitful, cunning, sly I can be,
Shall cover my cabal mind behind
a facade of innocence, using the very tools
that justice provides the noble,
I shall get my brothers executed,
and marry for fortune.
I shall be king of the very kingdom
that has given me so much grief!
The stone walls of the towers will
one day tell my tale, and also hide my
vicious deeds!
Show me no love! I deserve none!
I ask you for nothing! Let me be!
History will write my chapter,
if truth be ever known!
But all that, after I have been king,
and long after I am done!
Year 1488
Daring to hide it in verses and score,
Ursula Shipton predicted her scrolls would not be understood until years after her body’s release.
Read aloud by an educated nephew, almost five decades after they were protected by a family of peace.
She may have been burned at the stake for her predictions of America’s Civil War, simply for being a she.
Her prophesies included horseless carriages, and men’s future unfathomable plans to conquer both the sky and the sea.
Understanding that a metallic monster, would change education, and the menfolk from farms would flee.
Pictures that feel alive – computers, U-tube, I-pads, video and their predecessor – TV?
Mother predicted all this and more. Daring to hide it in verses and score,
Nostradamus had protection of patrons, medical background, sublime.
Ursula Shipton knew her predictions she had best write down in decipherable rhyme.
England’s most famous prophetess, born in Norfolk, England in 1488, she dared not share her fire. Prophesized that women would cut their hair short, and wear trousers, practically three hundred years prior.
When I think of her brilliance at hiding her mystical savvy, hiding psychic self in her moods,
Her declaration that “men will live as hogs” makes me smile, predicting processed foods?
London fire seeing before the fact, she knew of the Catholic Church’s fall, the rise of Elizabeth,
Me thinks a comet is coming that will circle the earth for six days, six nights, causing us instant death.
A homely woman, she may have been, but her ideas were sound, as they came right in.
Daring to hide it in verses and score, Prophetess Ursula Shipton, forevermore!
(3/30/13)
I had written about my heavy heart and how you
Had become such a big part.
So with these thoughts going thru my head
I will lay my fears to rest.
There is so much beauty on this site, that it
Fills my heart with strength and might.
There are so many of us going thru aches and pains
That to abandon you would be a crying shame.
There is so much hope in the words of all poets
And insights never seen or touched before
Because we are the ones who open the doors.
There are times that we want our poetry to
Find us fortune and fame, but we know that
Our lives will not be the same.
We will no longer write from the heart or be able
To shed a tear and to wipe away others fears
I found that my search for truth lies within, and if we
Don’t pursue it; it will be a crying sin.
HOPE, LOVE, FAITH
When asked what there names were
one responded quickly and spoke with a very heavy voice
saying his stage name was "Rink rasher"
and his partners was " Fresh Meat"
he shook my hand and began a conversation:
while his partner stood silent with a frown on his face.
I was try to bring him into the conversation asking questions often he'd just grunt and smile. He was a star helmeted Jammer and a successful one.
But when he finally opened up
I found him to be friendly, nice and smart.
He knew the journalist terms from his failed attempt at journalism
darning his college days,
he said he found fame and fortune on his debut night as a pro.
After a botched attempt at scoring he had skated 31 laps before the bout had concluded. And was the success of the night!
He told me a story about a guy named "Carny" James a fight guy rassler who was a flute plyer and parttime zylophone player. He gotta jig with this RubMusic crooner.(R$B Singer)
well they were going into the studio
to record this jam: he asked me to come and critic his groups sound, I did a jornelist was there and asked me
to do the interview for the group since I had taken jornelism in school I did the mag-session as they called it.
Well the cooner guy's backup singers didn't show up
and he needed someone to say oo-ooh softly intune.
I couldn't carry a note to a grocery store much less sing he got me in tune and I did it.
I never thought anything about it but one day royality check started coming in and I realized I was a rockstar and a Derby guy. Then I got into rassling and these guy's from hockey started getting us into trouble. Hockey guys and Roller Derby guy's don't get along!
I spent my day shopping for rubies
searching for jewels, glittering red
love of Venus, in strawberry stones
fortune favours, that's how they said.
diadem of diamonds, splashes amber
fierce blaze of fire, polished in shine
red rose pendant glowing in whims
superstellar color, garnets crystalline.
Here's the real ruby, in its royal scepter
pale moonlight, russet autumn shades
crowned on this ring, an euphoric cherry?
No, it's just a fake, the tint masquerades.
Her wedding dress of red silk brocade,
poppies and buttercups sewn to the hem.
A matching ruby to flicker a misaligned fate,
a hardened heart buys, the blood red gem.
