Finally it sets in, 60 seconds is all it takes for me to make
a decision about who's on this final destination wit me no
preminition, there are some choices I've made that I
could've handled differently but evidently it wasn't
meant to go down that way sometimes I can't even relate
to me, myself, or I so...I abide where I see fit but in the
midst of all this we call life I stand firm on the Rock, still
I'm so confused about this life I live on the clock. So I
guess I should just do what it does and keep pressing
forward, the time is now I'm this close to inheriting my
reward

Identity

I was not sure why I was here

or what I would become

I was not sure what would happen when each day was done

I did not know where I was going

or what I was going to do

until I gave my life back to you

you changed my way of thinking

you changed my dna

and my true identity is in Jesus every single day

he took out the old

and replaced it with new

so no matter what people think, say or do

I have assurance of who I am in you. Amen.

in life with out God we are unsure about anything we have no idea what to expect but with
God in your life you can be sure about everything, we know who we are and where we are
going.it is by Gods Grace that we are saved. he determins our steps and helps keep our
paths straight. let God guide you in life and enjoy the journey with so many gifts to enjoy
every single day. you can be sure you going to a good destination at the end. Amen.

I'm not who I use to be but that's the gift & the curse
right even when I did live the street life I was the light in
the darkness right, the soft spoken poet who was.
inspired by the black activist who taught greatness and
prosperity to the masses, the spiffy guy who counted it
lost to degrade or juggle a handful of women and not
because it was so wrong according to the Holy script, I'm
no actor but still I gotta stick to the script if I wear my
heart on my sleeve then why am I still in need of a
locksmith, I ain't shy I'll admit it I need help I gotta
addiction and sometimes the God in me seems like its
missing, I'm missing something, I can feel it in my veins, I
need you like my last fix only you can fix this broken man
I give you my all, I tried now my life is in your hands

A Breath of Fresh Air

The Lord is like a breath of fresh air
you need him to stay alive
the Lord is like a breath of fresh air
you need him to survive
every breath that you take is no mistake
God's love for you is real and is not fake
even if you did not know the Lord in your youth
i'ts never too late to know the truth
He gave up everything for you and for me
he gave his life so we could be free
Gods' forgivness to us he will always give
the Lord laid down his life so that we could LIVE.

with out oxygen in the air we would be long gone, Jesus is the one who gives us eternal life,
Gods' love nevevr runs out and it never runs dry, so if all the trees get chopped down and
the oxygen has all gone his love for us will still go on , he is the one who keeps us alive for
ever on earth and in heaven. if you have a dream it can come true, anything is possible
because God loves you. Just believe it, accept it and live it. he will never let you down.

The Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground, he breathed the breath of life into
the mans' nostrils and the man became a living person, Genesis 2 : 7

man does not live by bread alone but man lives by everything that proceeds out of the
mouth of the Lord. deuteronomy 8 : 3

The Gift of Life

Lord I thank you that i'm alive
it's a miracle i'm here as two syblins either side of my birth did not survive,
some of my family used to be cruel
and some people tried to make me feel it was a mistake that I was born
but I know you'd never leave me alone or forlon
you brought me into the world for a purpose
and you're the reason that I live
and my life and my heart to you i'll always freely give
some words hurt they can cut deeper than any knife
but regardless of what things they did do or say I thank you for the Gift of life
Lord you're the one that I adore
you are my rock and my strength and nothing can hurt me any more.

Lord thank you for your gift of life and now my children are set free too
we belong to you and nothing can seperate us from the love of you. thank you that my
children are born of you, they gave their life to you today Amen

we are all here for as purpose, each and every single person is special to God he loves
every one no matter what, don't let others tell you that you were a mistake, God brought you
here for a purpose and you are his world he thinks the world of you, he gave you life and he
will give you eternal life, and his peace he leaves you. SHALOM means peace but also
means total wholeness nothing missing nothing broken. Amen.

A Prayer For All Disciples

Come Lord
Fill us with Your love
Show us how You want
Us to live.

Our lives are in Your hands
And You give us comfort
You show us the way
You are the Alpha and Omega –
The beginning and end

You pick us up when we fall
You keep us safe when our
Enemies are near
You answer our prayers
In time of need

You are our life support,
Our Heavenly Father that will
Never let us down
You know each one of us by name
For we are your children

We worship You
Because Your life was
Sacrificed on the cross
To pay for our sins

When we knock - You open
When we call – You answer
And when we talk – You listen

We know that our choices
Have challenges
And our challenges have commitments
But without You Lord
We cannot overcome our challenges

We truly thank You
For your love that You give us each day

AMEN

Restoration

some people think life's a game
hurting others over and over again
I came from a broken family
I came from a broken home
and someties I was locked out on the streets to roam,
the brokeness in my childhood caused insecurities and brokeness in my own adult life
But Lord when I completley gave my life to you I was finaly free from all the pain and strife,
after 30 years I was complete and whole again
even through my most troubled times you loved me just the same,
Lord I carn't thank you enough for giving a new life to me and my family
words Just carn't describe how much you we do adore
and through your goodness our lives you did restore,
Lord you are more precious and more valuable than any earthly thing
you're the only one who makes our heart sing,
I am sorry for the times I may of been a litle bit defiant
I am sorry for the times I may of been self reliant
i am sorry for the times I may not of been the best that i could be
and Lord i'll be forever thankful that through your Grace and Compassion
that you restored me.

In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal Glory by means of Jesus Christ. So
after you have suffered a little while , he will restore, support, and strengthen you and he will
place you on a firm foundation. all power to him forevr Amen. 1 peter 5 verses 10 and 11.

when people shatter our lives and our world comes crashing down God never fails to pick us
back up and puts our pieces back together, even stronger than we were before, God gives
every one freedom of choice it's not his fault when people choose to hurt us, he Just loves us
and catches us when we fall. God loves us with an everlasting love, never will he leave us
never will he forsake us, my life was broken apart more than once but I thank the Lord
that he restored my life and made me the person I am today. Amen

My Life Is In Your Hands

My life did not mean a thing
and your the one who understands
how I was broken and empty until I placed my life into your hands
no matter what things have gone before
you have shown me that you love me more and more
even in the darkest place when I tried to do things in my own strength and tried to do my
own thing
you still came and took me under your wing
you have given me a life the way that it should be
you freed me from pain , suffering and from dispaire
and I'm thankful that you are there
thank you for all the things that you say
thank you for all the things that you do
dear Lord I surrender my life back to you

The Book For Life

our life is a story
a fantastic chapter in God's book
we find out about our charactor and how we will look
when we turn the page
we find that God is loving and compasionate
and he is not filled with rage,
people who do not know God don't relize what's inside
through anytimes of trouble he willingly helps us glide,
if everyone read God's book for life then they would clearly see
that God's book is real and there's a happy endind for you and for me,
if people who do not know God just took a few moments to read what great and mighty
wonders unfold
they would find a great story of truth to be told.

have you heard the saying don't judge a book by it's cover ?
all books can be misinterpreted, but if you read what's inside then see how the story ends,
forget about fairytales and eastenders and so forth the Bible is our book for life, dive in and
see where you end up, whatever questions you have in life I assure you that the answers are
in God's book for life. the same with people please don't be so quick to judge by outward
appearence for true beauty lies with in, how we are in heart and spirit and personality
counts more than looks , God loves everyone just as they come. we dont have to be
someone we are not, he knows everything about us he made us all unique and special,
everyone is one of a kind, a treasure and loved greatly. Amen

thank you Lord for you beautiful gift of eternal life and for the Bible our book for life,
read it , accept it, LIVE it, God said it I believe it that settles it, Amen

If I Believe

I fear my life is on the shelf or deep within my flesh;
I fear my life is over now before it’s even won;
I fear my life will soon be gone and it is not enough;
I fear my words will live in vain; I fear I am naive;
I fear my heart will break in half before the lightening flash.

Where is my birth? Where is my truth?
I sit in place. A life escape.
I type out words. They have no swords.
They sit apart. They cry for parts.

I seek the truth of proof of life,
I seek a peaced release from strife,
I seek a place my face finds ease,
I seek my home, I come for peace,
I seek the truth, my search to cease.

I find the book upon the shelf and read of god becoming flesh.
I find my life will never end and read of how o’er death He won.
I find my time may soon be gone but it will be enough.
I find the words are not naive and life is not in vain.
I fear no more the storm of life and trust my heart to God.

If I believe what I am told,
From words within this Book of old,
There is no death, just man’s release,
Eternal breath, and heaven’s peace.
