The stars above are as beautiful as you, love
That, I know of
The heavens above are pure and peaceful as doves, love
That is where I long to rove
Nightfall is as gracious as your eyes that shine high above
That is where I set my mind always, my love
My heart soars so bright as a hawk in the sky above
That is where I remain inspired and free, my love
Where is your love when I need it most?
Is it beyond the mountains and the coast?
Where is your love when I want it most?
Has it vanished like the seas and deserts’ ghost?
Where have our true love shared gone?
I couldn’t compare it to the wisest and mysterious of forest-dwelling owls
I couldn’t compare it to a morning’s run
I couldn’t compare it to the precious, burning rose or the wolf’s unique howls
Feel free to stare at my universe eyes -
There, you’ll find the truth behind the lies
Feel free to weigh out the pendulums of our lives and what’s left of it
There, you’ll find enigmas of bizarre imagination, sparkling alit
If anything, I’m apologetic
For acting pathetic and perplexed you to the core
If everything, forgive me please
Set you and I at ease and quit acting like disturbed bees
In their hives of busied lives
I’m sorry I let my guard down
I’m really sorry I had let you down
I’m sorry I have to wear this frown
I’m watching the time fly up in this town
I’m sorry I let my guard down
I’m really sorry I had to leave you speechless and breathless
Upon the cold ground of your devastating demise
I’m really down and about, so bring me up from my abyss
Sunshine, I wish you could simply undim my eyes
The clouds above are as beautiful as you, love
That, I know of
The sunshine below is reflecting upon your oceans of delight, my love
That, I know of
That’s where I rove
The moonlight in the surface of this well we’re in is shimmering anew, my dear
That, I do not fear...
For God is near
The enigmatic system
Will be brought low
By His heavenly Kingdom
That, I will soon know
That He loves us, despite our tribulant downfalls
That He lives in us and answers our righteous calls
Who can say otherwise?
The truth behind the lies
Will never conceal our stories of a strenuous, yet genius journey to the greater, infinite and meaningful afterlife
It’s the peace behind the strife that we aim to look forward to all our life
In the subtle twilight of our ephemeral existence,
when long shadows stretch across the landscape of our souls,
we find ourselves contemplating the unresolved mysteries of the world,
mysteries that elude science and sociology with their polished lenses and complex theories.
Our birth, our death, our existence in the present moment—
they are not enigmas to be deciphered,
but open gates to inconceivable realms,
valleys of self-discovery, empowerment, and hope for humanity bound in a common destiny.
In every breath, we hide a silent invocation,
in every heartbeat, we step deeper into the truth of our being.
But our culture has banished this magic, alienating us from the essence of our own existence,
turning us into consumers of cheap products and even cheaper ideals.
We are on the edge of a dark city; the clock ticks ceaselessly.
Our legacy will be judged harshly if we let this moment slip away,
if we allow the light within us to be extinguished by tin-can ideologies.
Let us not lose ourselves in the meanders of mediocrity,
nor surrender control to the least enlightened among us.
Instead, let us reclaim our place under the sun,
stepping boldly into the light with hearts full of hope and minds free.
The world is not an enigma to be unlocked,
but a living mystery, a symphony of life waiting to be lived.
In moments of silence, we touch the infinity of possibilities,
where hope and power weave golden threads into the tapestry of humanity.
We are not mere spectators in this grand theatre of existence.
We are the artists of our own destiny, each holding a light against the darkness.
Let us rise, awaken to the light within us,
forge our own path through the mystery,
and advance into the light of our becoming, guided by the inner star.

Moonbeams kindle ambrosian dreams
Love evolves on auric gleams
A gem in space, a costly pearl, a Luna
Fetching felicitous feelings, a fervid fawn
In this wassail ethereal area, hearts soar
I was awestruck by the lambent moon
Glittering gems, gilded in dull dust
Vanity surpasses a chimeric spell
A cromulent devotee, in awe
Emerald aureola, blazing high star
Heavenly memoir amphorae
Sew love from words in utter gaze.
Toed moon syntax tonight
In our bucolic spot, love will thrive
We are those who wield abilities of orbs
Sparse straps, splitting stripes
Love outshines crimson swirls
Sapphire adorns translucent tulips
Sturgeon Roe names cast in crystal
Sipping strawberries spoils serene seas
My love infused a porcelain spirit
Sketch my comely soul
Let me breathe your raspy hiccups
Believe me—beyond oblivion
Your Zinnia blooms gambol my heart
Gorgeous, lost in a well-woven nimbus
Fugacious felicity and fluff on fiery flowers
Rising flames, faint shooting, conflict.
Outside orbs offer otherworldly orbits
Deciphering diaphanous riddles
Could night cherubs grasp our grace?
Classic clear cloud cores
A balmy silk breeze hides enigmas
Covered below perseid colors
Your dulcet eyes sparkled dimly
Rose-tuned praise of cyan candidness
Via velvety vintage valleys, vivid verse vests
Beleaguer back the fire of our waltz
The moonlight lifts our mellifluous breath
Dreams soar in tangerine skies.
There’s a battle that is raging
For the future of mankind
Those choosing to deny it
Live in ignorance sublime
Like a kiss of death eternal
From a twisted Valentine
Deceit hangs in the air
Like a potent Turpentine
Surveillance states’ their aim
Information is the key
More value there, than cash or gold
A whole new currency
Incentivize our doctors
As, in time, we’ll pay their fee
As every vestige granted
Is never, ever free
On the brink of World destruction
With a populace irate
While religious factions act
On scripted policies of hate
Governments in cold collusion
Godless unions consummate
Endeared to chains of servitude
Beasts of burden copulate
They! Enigmas and anomalies
And walking contradictions
We, stand, soldiers of misfortune
On the road to our perdition
Neither paedophile nor parasite
Waste time on their contrition
Each candidate’s a nightmare
Spinning threads of cold sedition
Like lemmings to the slaughter
Or penned-in frightened sheep
Their acid tongues enthuse us
Not to leave our castles keep
Our crucifixes mounted
On Calvarys Hill so steep
Armageddon’s looming closer
Oh! How Jesus He must weep!
I often think about Earth's oceans- deep
and taking up three-quarters of its size.
Our continents are islands in the sweep
of water worlds- alive beneath our skies.
Great depths of liquid mystery are they;
home of the largest sea life we have seen,
like whales- or giant squid that hide- away
in deep, dark voids below the surface scene.
Some life within our oceans do defy
the rules of nature that apply on land;
all shapes and sizes- lights that glorify
with bioluminescence- colors grand.
So many unsolved secrets lie within
the darkest depths of this aquatic realm.
Like cosmic space- our oceans are akin
in holding mysteries that overwhelm.
A universe its own, our oceans share
enigmas of strange life formed long ago.
Of many species, surely we're aware;
yet, others far from view, dwell deep below.

In my residence devoid of winter
my mind virtually explores its reality-wonders
thus, with enthralling vicarious experience
I thank God for freedom to imagine
how it is to doze serenely
toward winter slumber
midst assailing below zero temperature
blanketing the room beyond chills…
Here am I persisting to defy coldness
enveloping season of enchanting enigmas
fueled by prayer place
warmed with divine compassion
heralding faith messages from God
hoisting hope*, insulated with fellowship
fiery against ice-kissed isolation…
around knitted family ties
intensified by gestures, verily kind
as love prevails to blossom
bearing fruits after Winter’s leaflessness.
*Psalm 78:7 That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments.
Oh, moon*, you're indeed a great fascination source
Drawing me nigh toward milky way's truth-out pours
Enthralling my heart for lofty adventure doors
To solve various enigmas of celestial course.
With your mysterious, wondrous transforming phases
Moon, you truly delight my bewildered senses;
Yet as a child, I have learned that your change-causes
Are being moved by One stronger than all forces.
*Psalm 136:9 The moon and stars to rule by night: for his mercy endureth for ever.

We live today in a world of great tumult
And of rising uncertainty and anxiety
Which pervade the world stage like a cancer
Despite soaring technological advances
Our environment and our home Earth
Are bearing an unimaginable burden
People are wondering what must be done
To right these wrongs and adjust our course
Before we turn the corner to “No Return”
Tyranny, Poverty, Disease, and War
Are still with us today since the beginning
Of time and are mankind’s greatest shame
God may be with us intellectually
But mankind must be self-reliant
To survive an inattentive, distant deity
People see answers to these enigmas
Sounds are made, echoes are heard
But nothing comes back in response
Frustration reigns supreme for many
Fear and anxiety multiple all concerns
There can never be easy answers
*******
Tyranny still reigns alive in many countries
As the actions of tin-eared dictators abound
And are on ample display for all to see
Poverty is still a shameful, terrible curse
Which afflicts the most unfortunate
And is paid lip service by the wealthy
Disease is a scourge still in our world
And still felt by those most in need
And never enough is done to change this
War is the ultimate insult to mankind
And its wide-felt swath and affliction
Plagues yet our modern, enlightened world
What to make of all these challenges
Is not easy for any of us to digest
And let alone understand why
Yet understand, comprehend we must
If we want a better world for all to live in
A Sisyphean task at its very best
Man still holds the key to make change
Positive and real for our troubled Earth
But can it ever be really so in the end

In the twilight of my thoughts, a dream is born about girls, enigmas hidden beneath veils,
Smiles that wear velvet masks, concealing truths like treasures,
They whisper love to you, but you will never know how many stories they've lived before,
Nor who sings their hidden desires in the shadows of the night, a dance of secrets.
It's their secret, carefully kept, regardless of the storms passing over the world,
Girls are like a beautiful and mad mystery, a waltz of illusion in steps of mist,
They tell you they love you, but at parting, they may shout their indifference,
For perhaps they are there for the glitter of gold, and you are just a fleeting dream.
When you're with one, know that perhaps four ghosts wait in the shadows,
Do not waste your time, nor give your heart as a flower into their hands,
For they will break it and leave you in the cold darkness,
Like a fairy tale unraveling under its own spell, an echo in a frozen wasteland.
Vagabond Reveries
I awoke one apple-ripe autumn afternoon,
While shifting my necessity to care, dreaming,
To gaze upon the twisting trail in reveries of untethered reality
A quest for halcyon enigmas that chased me into cloudy castles.
And glancing back over fields of maize and green apple trees
I dreamt of meandering - suntanned faces, gentle eyes,
Campfire stories told in stargazer mists on childhood summer nights
Country roads and country stores with squeaky hinged screen doors.
I saw through mists kaleidoscopes of skyscraping cities, living postcards,
Steaming, groaning, sweating-swaying -
Crowded avenues named aspiration and pipedreams of working faces
Pushed into honeycombs of question’s smoke reflecting my reflection.
Through gossamer fleeting fragments rumbled symphonies
In movements of freight cars and highway hum
Vagabonds of REM sleeping tugged at chugging feasts
Of my winter-spring planned fetes and wakes and festival jubilees.
A wispy scent of reminisce felt the rushing, ever rushing, sun
Dashing headlong ahead of earth in my wishing stars
Pulling earth like a dawdling toddler running into chimeras of
Fleeting dawns and uncatchable dusky time in taunted moonlit glee.
Stormy darkness of gypsy memories throbbed in lightning flashes
Illuminated my godless thundering regrets
On wild midnights stumbling through windswept briar tangled valleys,
Soul soaking rains of prodigal shame, and I remember waking to grace.
