Descending,
I manipulate and manoeuvre for the updraft
Spluttering,
I spiral down, then briefly up again, to glimpse a glowing sky
Flapping,
I fall forever faster, flat-eagled
Plunging,
I watch the unwelcome gloom envelope my horizon
Tumbling,
I twist, turn and turbulate, ... then the thudding thump
Gasping,
I groan and exhale, a noiseless moan
Curling,
I recoil as innards become outward form
Emerging,
a base inside-out creature crawls and creeps
Tasting,
the tongue-tied intestines and the unseeing socket eyes
Groping,
a gruesome grub befriends the worm and slurps the slug-slime
Engorging,
as flaunted members flail blood and flick licky, sticky fluid
Reforming,
dim visions populate carnal shapes with awful movement
Gaping,
a fearful half-formed and startled face averts its gaze
Residing,
in deep gutter niches... these are my companion dwellers
Wallowing,
I sniff a redolent upswell of dank fissured earth
Disturbing,
I scrape, cleave and wipe away a smear of covering soil
Trembling,
I sense a warmth of body, a stretching of exotic wings
Enquiring,
I mutter clumsy overtures and crude enticements
Retreating,
I hear unmistaken rebuke and a sigh of disappointment
Imploring,
I elevate my utterances and seek a further hearing
Caressing,
I feel a welcoming and forgiving response
Pulsing,
the creature's cocoon gives way to nebulous female form
Ascending,
at first a cherub woman smiles playfully down on me
Transforming,
a stimulating and sensuous siren cavorts and teases
Uplifting,
wings gather me in for a swooping flight of fancy
Revealing,
from above, her intimate view of dwellers in the hinterland
Coaxing,
she fills me now with empathy and understanding
Alighting,
my body-mind lies prone beneath her
Tingling,
I feel her form and thoughts slowly enter and encompass me
Exploring,
I arouse and we gently probe between lips and sphincter
Delving,
I follow our rhythm of kiss, taste, touch and thrust
Wandering,
I experience our ambiguous male and female desire
Playing,
I laugh at how we tickle our innocence and sophistication
Loving,
I know for delirious moments what it is to be another
Consumed,
lost in coexistence with a like- but more extraordinary- mind
There is never an ending
to the spending
a world of paper
and plastic to collect
and horde
clothes
and cars
and homes
and jewelry
and fine wine
and paintings
stocks and bonds
vacations
and expectations
entire vocations
devoted to
disguising the numbers
the Caribbean masquerade
to volumes of recorded
purchases and voices
of invoices
making
discreet
choices
all
to extend
the accumulation
of dates
and names
places and faces
communications
and connections
at breakneck
speed
must fill the need
must fill the need
a shouting browbeating
broadband
handing over
fistfuls of cash
to make sure
make certain
only the best
the finest
the rarest
of air is not available
for
the underwater martyrs
the silent box dwellers
the empty bottle collectors
the wheelchair drifters
the SRO limbo sellers
the workers at
the bottom
of the
fast
food
chain
and the indigent gamblers
who line the halls
to knock on doors
of government departments
crippled by reckless
and corrupt state
administrations
choking the dwindling
sources
and resources
that have
nothing to do
but
count the days
and ways
to disappoint
disarm dismay
dispute the reputations
and applications
held in sweaty palms
eager
to begin living
to end the doubt
to end the not having
the counting of pennies
the slow heroin erosion
the unbroken hollowness
the whiskey-soaked
ravages of vacant histories
better-forgotten memories
of cold emergency rooms
to end being
in a world
apart
a world
of resentment
of fear and hate and anger
of dark empty streets
empty recriminations
empty promises
made to themselves
by themselves
harming themselves
or
arming themselves
to rob to steal
to maim
to take whatever they can
for as long as they can
to approximate
the wonder and magic
of having what you need
when you need it or want it
to not have to beg
to not have to humiliate
or be humiliated
to not have to watch
the ease of others
who have a casual
contempt for misfortune
and respect for nothing
but their own wealth
of deception
to breeze through
tall golden doors
to an unbroken string
of shiny bright todays
and tomorrows
to not have to
lunge for hope
and
never grasp it
in all ways
and forever
just out of
reach
SUDDENLY SOMETHING
Have you ever spent a night in a six by ten foot cell?
Well that’s where my FESTERING fears dwell
And no one with a prescription pad will write for a junkie born and bred
Did you ever wish more earth dwellers would all suddenly be dead
Look, there’s a pretty little miss, oh it’s daddy’s little girl
She dances on my feet when she starts to whirl
I told her to hold down her pleated skirt when she begins to twirl
My little girl with a smile and every tooth a perfect pearl
In silent supplication I’d sneak up to hear her prayer for that eve
I just wanted to hear daddy’s little girl pray and then I would leave
First she blessed the Almighty, his spirit and his soul
Making prayers come true was her sole and only goal
It could be a league of angels advising her on the right thing to do
Or sprites to make all things look like new
It might be little singing stars, from above came they for you
So your daughter can ignore an errant and off key dove pleased not to coo
She looks completely comfortable in a cloak and coat of cashmere
S**t, I’d trade an arm for her body no matter what she may wear
Whatever happens next is only though fate to be willed
And if you listen closely one can hear the breeze being stilled
Alas she grows nigh with hips swinging and lips moving
And then those loquacious lips emitted “would you care to have a tea”
I knew she could hear by heart from across the table
And then it was only silence, lovely her and me
“Look, me and that lady over there are wearing the same dress”
And so whatever she was going to do it may have to be under duress
“that lady has the a copy of my original,” and she was enraged
Something tells me your friends have never been caged
I’ve been penned up with a pen, pen pals and ten pencils, but only one isn’t too dull
You’d think out of all those pencils there’d be one sharp one to cull
So you’re daddy’s little girl no longer my sweet
But I’ll let y’all know when next we can meet
So when I first talked about being caged in a cell
if asked for the truth my story would be difficult to tell
Because each eye a gem, each tooth a pearl
So tell me sweetheart, are you still daddy’s little girl

Poem written near a Cemetery 1 of 2
On 13th February 2012
While moving near the walls of a cemetery,
I saw the glimpse
Of a bunch of some tiny wild flowers,
Blooming in the golden Sunlight falling on them,
They were waving their simile,
With every gush of wind,
On the monument of a deserted grave.
For me it was a new and exciting experience,
To enter in that cemetery of eighteenth century,
What had brought me to that spot,
Where those wild flowers were still smiling,
Remains a mystery
Every time, I think and rethink.
I saw hundreds of monuments and tombs,
After entering in that preserved cemetery,
Some were telling the story,
Of the grandeurs of its dwellers,
While others were there,
Standing without a crown or a story.
The grave on which, I saw those flowers,
Was not showing an appealing face,
Age had withered its luster and charms,
And time had left its marks on its face.
Being in the last line of that cemetery
It was waiting in the long queue,
For some kith and kin of Sophia Ress,
May come some day and
The face of that noble soul’s grave,
May once again obtain its lost glory and grace.
There I found those lonely wild tiny flowers,
Still blooming and smiling and dancing,
With every gush of wind,
Telling silently a beautiful story of its dweller,
As if, they were paying their homage,
While remembering her lost songs and images.
In the morning hours of the Autumn,
The tree leaves were falling,
Everywhere on the ground,
And some were even falling on me,
Either to tell the universal truth,
Of the inevitable departure of everyone’s one day
Or perhaps to accompany me,
In that graveyard of all those,
Who were totally strangers for me.
After watching that grave and
Appreciating those tiny flowers,
I explored each and every tomb and monuments,
Standing in the memory of those British,
Who had lived a royal life during those days,
When they lived here and ruled my country,
For a very long time.

Dear Thom the Train
Attorney Page,
Defender of all Creatures
here below
in these DisUniting States
of throwback uncivil disunion,
What is your root foundation
for a constitutional argument
that all living residents
of these remaining United Democratic States
have a right
to restoring healthy justice,
to resiliently retaining healthy life?
Is this sacred democratic Source
inter-related with values
like well-being
prosperity
liberty
public health optimization,
declarations of defensive rights
for all Creation
to freely seek democratic empowerment
and liberating enlightenment?
Non-royalist
non-fascist
non-authoritarian
non-patriarchal
non-colonizing
non-racist
non-demonizing
non-anthropocentric,
non-xenophobic
non-narcissistic
non-egocentric
and, thereby, pro-green new and ancient win/win deals.
I am not a lawyer,
as you can clearly already hear,
but more of a constitutional
polycultural historian,
So, how do you briefly argue
in courts of your licit choosing,
an evolutionary theory
of democracy still healthily emergent?
Starting with straight
white
patriarchal property owners
of
African and Native American
domesticated and feminized
economic and political
natural and spiritual slaves,
Moving multiculturally out
to include prisoners
and homeless shelter dwellers,
human
and now our imprisoned
and life-endangered dogs
and cats,
horses
and cattle,
birds
and guines pigs
of democratic tensions
intentions
extensions
of dominating fraternity
and liberating sorority.
History shows
where our constitutional democratic story began
with white straight male slave-owner privilege,
But, how do you predict where
and when this evolving
expanding
emergent cooperative health-wealthing
cooperative reality
should
or could
or would globally end?
Or,
it is your brief courtship win/win position
that we must expect no such end
to this multiculturally revolutionary
democratic 20/20 revolution?
Moving from more Straight White Patriarchal
independence days
toward more resiliently fulfilling
Earth InterDependence Days
and sensory moonlit nights
Of freely orbiting stars
and planets
from democratizing Positive/Negative
Yang/Yin Energy
Empowering health,
Enlightening true and beautiful
polycultural
trans-historic
epic green
democratic wealth.
Sojourners in a land not our own
seek we the place we will call our home
archetype of the promise you gave to Abraham
the future children they shall possess the land
Servants of the Truth dwellers of the tent
traveled upon your path wherever you them sent
faithful to your laws the life you for them choose
vast are your promises nothing here to lose
Happy is the one who listens to your voice
blessings you have offered who could refuse the choice
like Jesus laid down that life for Love that is True
the heavenly nature he hoped to give to you
And so in past are hidden all of our sorrows
but haunt they do the ghosts of our tomorrows
though dead and gone the memories of our past
their essences remain with us until the last
Like all those born we have fallen down
but you oh God have promised us a crown
hand picked you have only hearts of those be true
willing in Loves service your requests they do
Adoration for your wisdom clarity and light
hearts teaming with affection every day and night
a language the land of time forgot
touched by tragedy in the kingdom of the caught
Crushed and lost in the roads we have wandered
loyalty love and truth our characters been squandered
slaves to a system full of harmful thought
lack of loving kindnesses what the adversary brought
A dearth of justice , afflictions are the cost
removed from the garden all there we have lost
you have promised a return to the land of song
a paradise where all mankind will belong
We watch the events that have marked our time
your plan for the next age to bring all things in line
with urgency to keep the laws of Love in sight
for descending to earth is cast the Lord of night
Rejoice oh lovers the accuser from heaven banished
woe oh earth he comes a ravaging and famished
six millennia the blood of the prophets spilled
seeks now he does all of mankind killed
The only thing now holding back the winds
the sealing of the holy ones closing to its ends
our Son be hidden the rise of the false dawn
a century of warning has sounded the alarm
No more excuses lesson from our history clear
man has thrown away whats precious
and placed what is harmful dear
Politics and religions has laid the deadly snare
strangled and destroyed our ability to care
again this piece too long for Poetry soup
to finish this piece .....www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=412832645980
God is always the greatest- Sylvia Frances Chan wrote
And me-
God is the greatest
who said- Human or God!
if I say God is great
Yes, because of my belief
If any human, the believer says
Yes, because of belief
If any animal says!
Oh! animal can't speak like a human!
Oh no! animal maybe does like humans
But, neither human nor animal
God said- God is Almighty!
Yes, I believe the speech of God, the Holy Books
That's why God is the greatest!
And
Your truth dwells in a thankful heart- Sylvia Frances Chan wrote
And me-
O God
I know not what is "The Truth"
But, according to my realistic perception
I feel this truth in different ways,
Person to person, place to place, time to time
The truth seizes all differently
This Truth is Your mercy, O God
on every creation
O God
You live everywhere
but everyone cannot feel You
On average
O God
though Your presence, Your mercy
to everyone yet
everyone cannot realize it perfectly
O God
You are the greatest You said and I believe always
For Your greatness, generous blessings
Still, the dwellers of the earth live in peace
O God
I am thankful, grateful to You
I am surrendered
I believe- You live in every surrendered Soul
And when
In your love, I lost my existence
Without strenuous identity, I asked myself who I am - I wrote
Then-
I am the mirror
you look at daily - Me Poet Yeps Poet wrote
And me-
Maybe or
may not be
I- the mirror
where not I exist
the reflected one and that's you
yes, I am
you, or he
or all
or the self,
thru the all
or thru the me
I am all
Varieties form of ONE!
So I am everywhere within me
or within everyone and everything
I am
yes
the me
form of human
the physical structure I have
like a brilliant -sapiens
truly I live in
wondrous thought
contained by unshaped mind
craziness, captivation
time to time
there it cultivates various thought
shape to un-shape
imaginative, fascination
but I forget
I am not the body
the physical shape
which is made by the true me,
made by my thought,
made by my imaginative power!
In this imaginative power, I lost myself
Neither I am nor any natural being
And this imagination molds a belief
By which I said- I am you, he or she
And this form contains our creator as God

“Dwellers of the Ancients, is all be seeking The Fallen atop?
Well… be advised and turn back for to entertain he will not
It's been far too long since mortals have come before our sight
And above all, the coming of mortals is often the coming of blight
Yet, curious I am to see what wisdom does all sow to seek?
And mind me, is the outskirts to be still as unpromising and bleak?
Wait a leafy fall! Is that what I think the Amulet is what it is?
Is that really what I dare think to think what I really think IS?
And… The Sword of Sin, and The Bow of Azure and… and!
Oh my one and holy creator of trees and woods, the all-seer blends
I, Twit of the Sylvans have actually stumbled upon The Champions of Light
Me, the cleverest of all, the mightiest of both twilight and night!
The one who oversees and overrules the over-leaves and overall
The most knowledgeable, the most erudite and despite some say The MOST TALL…!
So, I’m Twit in my most humble nature to see to your needs
Your demands will Twit without question have them meet!
What’s it like being a Champion, The Knight of the Word?
Is the Mistress of The Word really ever once a berserker as of rumours heard?
Can the Mistress really heal with her bequeath powers? Though she
don’t look too well now!
Where is her overseer? The white owl that flies alongside around!
And The Defier, the one born just right after you died, remember?
You know, The Askance who ensave The Mistress from whence a berserker?
And of course, the Befallen Angel of Dreams who sacrifice for love
The one who now dwells in awaiting for you to return to serve?
What happened? After you died I mean... pardon Twit who say…
Where have you disappeared to all those time and to than return this day?
Its been more than a hundred years if my intelligent mind can remember precisely
And all this time to only be indulged in my duty given periods indefinitely
Pardon my nature Knight of The Word, have Twit asked much?
How would you like a Sylvan alongside to uplift as such?
Twit can serve in knowledge and in spirit despite being small
And in addition, Twit can assure all be welcomed into the Fallen’s ascendancy hall
So what do you say, Twit be one to join your quest in judiciary?
Indeed, yes?... yes it is… will you excuse me a peck and Twit be back in a jiffy”
Far from the madding crowd
I treasure the myths you gone through
Once I walk down the streets of legends
Even the weeping dusts reminds me of
Bloods, who immolated their lives to you.
Oh Calcutta! You live with a pride
For ages you are loved
They valued glory above life itself
When they speak of valiance
And guns are still fired in the air
Withal due respect of those souls
Who deserved their nascence
In the realm of your freedom.
Oh Calcutta! You live with an honesty
Not because of the madding crowd
Because you are blessed with eternity
As she flows with her gentle ripples
That streams the ambit of almighty purity
When I voyage down the river
I breathe the air of immortality.
Far from the madding crowd
I travel down the busy streets of the city,
The antique edifices still provides me with
The evidence of such superiority,
Walls still fends against the political conspiracy.
Oh Calcutta! You live with prosperity
Though affected by the madding political crowd
Once you were ruled by the dwellers
Now your sanity being destroyed immensely
By your own posterity
Living in the land of divinity
Of goddesses Durga and Kali
And they still feigned that they are native.
Oh Calcutta! You live with heritages
Not beacuse of the busy primal edifices
But you have the world known aged cantilever bridge
And over a century living the tramways.
Your marbles are still gloried by the dwellers
And they still wonder the hand pulled rickshaws
And admire for the age old alleys.
Far from the madding crowd
I still come across the pavements by the busy roads
Coins dropping with bimetallic sounds in the beggar's bowl
The vendors hallooing with prices on a rhythmical prose
And as I step ahead, I find my foot stuck in the crud mid of the road.
Oh Calcutta! You still live with diversity
Not beacuse of the poor and rich
But you still have few people left helping you in needs
You still have one culture you were born with
Hindu-Muslims celebrating together both Id and Autumn fests
Joining their hands with the christians when December ends.
Oh Calcutta! You still live with your beauty
Not only beacuse you have the beautiful bengali adorned brides
But you still have the chapters of noetic minds
You still exist with love and peace
Only when I find you far from the madding crowded streets.
Someone saw me digging through the trash this morning
And gave me five bucks
The embarrassed gin-mace of the nursing home volunteer
Plastered to his face
For the three seconds I could see it
Before he looked away
Everyone is more human than you'd imagine in these streets
So I bought two Blacks and a Hershey's Milk Chocolate bar
And I watched the candy wrapper blow into the drainage ditch
And I picked up a lighter someone had dropped on the ground
One those cheap, translucent ones that will melt
If you keep the flame burning too long
And I made my way back to the place where I sleep
Everyone is more human than you'd imagine in these streets
At the intersection, I run into Mike
Flying the, "Hungry" sign that I'd watched him make
With some recycled cardboard and a jumbo Sharpie
On the floor of my abandoned-building living room
Because he was hungry
And KFC hadn't thrown away anything edible in days
Everyone is more human than you'd imagine in these streets
Wiping my fingers of my snack's melted remains onto the cutoff denim
That I've been wearing for six days
I round the corner and see J trying to shake off the cops
That have him pinned against the security fence around our camp
Ryan tells me he has a warrant and an eight-ball of speed in his pocket
Sucks, he was supposed to see his daughters tomorrow
Everyone is more human than you'd imagine in these streets
When it's safe, I slip into my sparsely insulated corner of a Texas July
Sweating from the core-heat I've trapped against a discarded mattress
And remembering that I used to look at us
The way Five-Dollar-Dude looked at me this morning
Before I learned the hard way that we're just seeking some of the comfort
Enjoyed by the very condo-dwellers who frustrate our ability to obtain it
Everyone is more human than you'd imagine in these streets
And I'm not saying everyone out here is a saint
But I am saying if you need a dollar or a cigarette
You've got better odds asking someone camping under the overpass
Than someone with one hand on the door of their Lexus
And the other one smoking a Marlboro Red
And I think when you don't have anything, that Marlboro can tell you a lot
