For something so small
And so damaging
You sure go down smooth
The sugar coating slides down my throat
Into the empty abyss of my stomach
Where it dissolves and gets absorbed into my bloodstream
And silences all thoughts and numbs the pain
My personality is not multi-faceted
It is multiple people fighting for dominance
I sometimes forget who I am or where I am
In my own little ship
Sailing across the water
If I take enough ibuprofen,
I don't feel pain
The seas calm
But the waves come
Every time another mind takes over
At this point I'm overdosing
All of my joy and pain
Belong to another
I'm drifting into turbulent waters
And I can't swim back to the safety of the shore
I am just a little girl at heart
Trapped in a mental prison
The original mind I once knew
Has been gone for years
Our road has been long and has led us here
You want to leave but our affection pulls us near
There’s tension here from floor to ceiling
But we know deep down there is still that feeling
Our hearts are broken and now astray
Just love me for one more day
You ask me what can we do to repay
Just love me for one more day
I’m only asking for you to stay
Just love me for one more day
I can’t think of any other way
Just love me for one more day
We’ve had our tears and said farewell
Will we ever meet again only time will tell
If we do there will never be any surprise
To look at each other again with the same passion in our eyes
Our hearts are broken and now astray
Just love me for one more day
You ask me what can we do to repay
Just love me for one more day
I’m only asking for you to stay
Just love me for one more day
I can’t think of any other way
Just love me for one more day
Our essence travels through each others bloodstream
No one can ever stop our life dream
Separated tomorrow but bonded tonight
We share a soul forever until the last dawns light
Our hearts are broken and now astray
Just love me for one more day
You ask me what can we do to repay
Just love me for one more day
I’m only asking for you to stay
Just love me for one more day
I can’t think of any other way
Just love me for one more day
Braced to fight tough for triumph
Stockpiled testosterone
Fizzed bicarb in her bloodstream
Sucked bitterness alone
Flooded home, battle surmounted
Safeguard marshy roost
Maladvised maveric trudged pond
Stacking bags of no use
Swirling water swarmed by spiders
Fear erased from register
Starless, deserted street industrial
Duty lead dim endeavour
Depth defiantly rejected her efforts
Scream's echoing ignorant
Yelled "help" at selected emptiness
Six months pregnant Sigrid
Fortfied ego, throat sore, exhausted
Dry in her fortress upstairs
Concede agitated bruises encumber
Defences laid dull despairs
31st March
Dependence is not defeat
Fantasy sold on a 50’s bottle cap;
a party-girl side-saddle sits
on a double-edged crescent moon
up high—a silver scythe in glamour-night-sky
corners of her cherry mouth tilted up
her left hand raises her glass a toast to the stars
frothy head of champagne-beer flirts
with lips spooning the rim
right hand holds the bottle instead of reality
look! no hands on a razor’s edge
precarious hilarious
a redhead with bouncy-curls and a flouncy-skirt
boot-heels over head when she laughs and Oops! falls
clouds catch her without friction and pillow her fiction head ~
but you—with wild escapade eyes—fell hard
far beyond Earth with not a soft cloud to cushion you
glam-allure just a sexy lore a filthy lure
but once you’ve been star-dusted and angel-dusted
it’s all the same…
vintage Miller bottle cap
a perfect circle like the fattened moon face
leering through broken windows
shards glitter the floor like fallen constellations
your black pearl eyes two muddy puddles
life drained through rows of tiny needle holes
slip-knot above your elbow just tight enough
your pulse beats its fist against the restraint
pounding—pounding—pounding
impatient to be bled and fed
you and this dragon’s den a dilapidated pair
abandoned and without family
you share the blank stare of broken windows
veins collapsed like crumbled staircases
empty inside of empathy and dreams—
a junkie’s spot where shooting stars crash
embers in your bloodstream turn to dust
you cook in a rusted bottle cap by candlelight
candle’s glow your Sun in a dirty universe
you pull back on the syringe with your teeth
this house unused by the living—a cold corpse
but in the warm rush of your skin’s flush
your gaunt gray body melts like hot wax
pale horsehair walls a slouchy silent witness
... your soul escapes as it scrapes across the floor
flurries blow in through broken windows
whirl of wind whistles on its rounds like a jailhouse guard
rattling beam-bones jangling ghost-bones—
user-litter scattered
like broken-wish bones
burnt fingertips and a "High Life" bottle cap
all that’s left
vessels became bridges
ending nowhere
only gap is left
creating a great blackness
where deluded bloodstream vanishes
I'm out of my heart
in this story where's no place
for dismembered soul of mine
saying I would flood over lines between your thoughts
you're carrying on to live in the world
of installed scenes
leaving me fixating pillows as
substitute for embraces
Bring back that heart to me
you prefer lighter outputs
but no one recalls easier exits
they are immemorable
equalizing shades occurred in the desire to love and to be loved
somewhere along the way
we're regularly letting by that love
worth dying for
My heart needs me
The holoscopic image constructed
appeared enormous and interrupted me;
Constantly;
Traveling through the bloodstream
it simply wanted to nourish
yet nothing positive could flourish
save my terrified scream;
Anxious agenda always bustling,
I’m left begging for the solace of silence;
Constantly my thoughts are ransacked,
and slowly they eat away at me;
Burdened by the illusion of weight,
shoulders weary with the imaginary
collapse; The ironic contradiction?
I know the power is in my hands;
Constantly;
It’s up to me, it’s always been up to me;
Hesitating and second guessing
my own power and all .. that ..discipline;
But why? I know that it WILL work.
Stopping.. Constantly;
Aspects of indecision
flaunt a twice fractionated oblivion.
To be seemingly individually targeted
By all the wrath and perverseness
In this world
Personified by a heartless imbecile
I know
I know
It’s not okay
But, I plead with you
Beseech you, implore you
To allow
My arms and heart
And dozens of familiar more
And a plethora of friends yet to meet
To envelop you in a celestial hug
And gently press
The hope, virtue, and integrity
Still in this world
Through your understandably hardened skin
And into your bloodstream
To allow you to feel
The integrity and veracity of my words
When I whisper
It’s okay
It’s going to be okay
Gliding hands dancing on your spine
Playing melodies in your hair
Soft kisses delights in making discoveries
I see your soul clearly
I seize your face gently reflections shine
within the mind softly brushing
deeply plays a tender loving tune
fluttering beats touching shades of sunshine
All I need is my other senses to feel you
Sensitive sensations tantalizing inside
Blood pumping passion mysteries unraveling
rose of this soul softly whispers a jewel
in this deep nile let the stars be my guide
sparkling brightly winking delight
Ripples in turquoise waters running deep
Transformation in the subaqueous light filtering through
Indulge in a colorful spectrum of joyous release
granting loves magic in a shower of confetti
sparking magic granting wishes rising from the dust
lips the rose petals touching kisses softly
warm enchanting dreams in your inner beauty
Come lay here by me
Gliding hands dancing on your chest
Playing melodies on your lips
Soft kisses delights in whispering echoes
true the wonders of this world
whispering winds blowing sweetly calling your name
ocean waves rising unfolds kisses paradise
You are a clear vision
All I need is heart and soul to understand you
Instinctive intensity penetrating inside
Firecrackers soaring passion tales unfolding
melting in the embers of your beauty
sparks fly behind the mirror gems
opening in the chambers a ball begins shimmering
lighting up walls warmly in the four chambers
igniting sparks burning red flames join
silver dancing blue hotly holding beautiful
hands joined under magic spells loving like you do
Shimmers in moon rising and sun setting
Circulation in the bloodstream honey lemon love
Lingers in the aftertaste
smoldering embers of blue red flames

based on the song love me like you do
The more you touch the soul
of this unordinary man,
still untouched by love,
the sooner I feel confident
to meet the shining eyes
of an uncommon,trustworthy friend;
and the more you give of yourself,
the quicker I'm motived by kindness
and willing to share those intimate moments
when a rainbow promises no rain...
Live inside my bloodstream,
to reach your way to a delightful dream;
touch me with confidence,I'll be
as gentle as the spring' breeze:
to strip our sad souls of all unneeded lies,
and love each other in this earthly Paradise!
The more you touch the soul
of this unordinary man,
the sooner I see a sky without clouds;
not relying on hopes and promises,
but to have the inner courage
to be in the middle of the stage...
where many are afraid to stand
and reveal everything to the silent world!
Let's bond our destinies,
and live a life without bounderies;
we trusted fate to show us
an easier way out :
with no worries,heartbreaks or tears,
but we've finally found out
that we must learn to please,
and be satisfied with little joys!
The more you touch the soul,
of this unordinary man,
the faster I become whole;
I sought worthless fortunes
in the mist of aloness...
what would I have gained,
if I had blindly followed
the shadow of my own sadness?
All the dream lamps of the world have joined their rendezvous
In this porcelain time of the evening playing in my bloodstream
I am waiting when the river of nudity will bring about the coup
Filling the molecules of my embrace with the toxic moonbeam
My companion a scarlet wine merrily churning a crimson sea
Of all the soft snow the world can collect in my pulsating room
With the river wearing moon and stars in an embracing spree
Now I am prepared darling to raise poetry even from your womb
The alcohol first invites sweet clouds from its own peace and love
The clouds start doing embroidery on the dance of pink neuron
How smoothly poetic gladioli the moon weaves just look above
Sparkling lyrics look and wait in the silk skinned horses of Babylon
Love spreads around the wonderful hills like the hugging blue mist
Silkily numbing senses feel mom has returned from silky childhood
Not even a single jasmine on my wavy skin will now remain unkissed
Electricity exchanging moments fill poetry in the bowls of rosewood
Come darling fill unquenched glasses time is running out with moon
Let's drain last of the love dregs along with the kisses in each spoon
