Back again into the swing of things,
Christmas holidays are over
young and old alike;
follow the rhythm
along with the day-to-day conundrum.
Dubbed as an essential part
that spirit deep within
draws one to keep aligned
to the dictates of human freedom.
It’s another episode, so to say
another chapter to leaf through
where life beins anew
to embrace what’s in store
for life’s journey we have here.
Truths that most people take
along with the transforming nature;
it’s love that matters all
to keep in the race and
say: “We will.”
Being called to serve like me, in particular,
called to be part in this world
encapsulates what it means
being a man of God
willing to sacrifice and
be of service to others.
i - usually bright and sunny
but like the weather
today
feel just a bit blown down and irritable
almost saturday
but really not soon enough for me-
feel like a small "i" today
a few weeks ago for sure I felt like a big "I" (if you know what I mean)
I have been taking my pills like i am supposed to
but like the weather
today
it's overcast and they are calling for rain-
want to just roll over and go back to bed really
but
i find myself plodding away at work
trying to get into the swing of things
mostly not
longing for my morning coffee break at the local coffee bar -
sometimes the mornings are the hardest
sometimes the afternoons feel like they are gonna just blast my head open
too much going on
multi tasking is not getting any easier as I age
and with this mood thingie
well...
you know.
