Indecisiveness Poems

Do Not Gamble with Time

Do not gamble your time away
with the indecisiveness you play.
The heavier resolve you pray,
the longer will it take to pay.

Don't just waste your time today.
You have to move and chase your prey.
You may be worried about delays,
but beyond that, you will be okay.

Listen to what time conveys.
See what it wants to portray.
You are with time along the way.
Respond to what it hopes to say.

Uncertainty may come into play,
But never run, be bold -don't sway.
Embrace a heart that won't betray
between precious moments and what may.

When choices dance in shades of gray,
Of which nostalgia begged you to stay.
Summon courage, free from dismay,
to the unknown, forbids no foray.
Whatever beast may come your way,
Just do not gamble your time away.

Embarassment

She wears a quiet confidence everyday, like a scarf
stained with sweat because she never takes it off.
That’s what she was wearing the first time she ever asked me
for yogurt recommendations.
She saw me standing with my hand on my forehead,
eyes furrowed before the sprawling cooler.
She mistook my indecisiveness as thoughtful
contemplation. When I spoke to her all the words
kept tripping over one another on my tongue,
embarrassing as trying to use cling wrap without scissors,
embarrassing as walking anywhere with a suitcase,
embarrassing as waiting to cross the street or losing
your balance on the train.
So she took her sweat stained confidence
and draped it around my shoulders,
delicate as childhood, and I said,
“go for the coffee flavor, it’ll surprise you,”
“I love surprises!” she said as she
set it and my heart down gently in the cart.

Premium MemberCocoon of Dreams

Cocoon of irrevocable dreams,
protection from how everything seems;

Strong and secure the silk let’s us grow
pulled away from all distractions;
Simplified with nurturing
the thrill of confusion;
We are left sitting
hyper focused
on what’s real
pulling
 us;

A place brimming with inspiration,
protection from things without passion;

Held together as we gain control
of this raging charge between us;
yet not afraid to give in;
Coaxed by a divine shield
wings spread with a touch;
They just expand,
finally
 letting
 go;

Indecisiveness unraveling,
seclusion bursts with awakening;
Realization of what could be
A cocoon of attainable dreams.

River

I wanted to become better

but I didn’t know how

wanted to move forward

but didn’t know where

gifted with so many options

desperately wanting to do it right

i stood at the crossroads

dazed and confused

Contemplating and pondering

wrestling with my doubts

Left or right

In the end

I stood there forever

Time swept past my bones

Life left and moved on

And so I remained

Trapped by indecisiveness

Never moving forward

Premium MemberWith Her

I asked her un beso?
And then our lips crashed totaling all rationality
I asked her dos besos?
And then our lips became the missing piece of the puzzle
Our eyes collided again at the intersection
But no one is injured
Broken pieces everywhere but together somehow, we're whole
She asked me tres besos?
So, I leaned in again with no regrets, no worries, and just bliss
I know I can't afford to miss, this
And then her lips massage mine
Warmth, comfort, I'm high on you, and I can't leave without more
She asked quatro?
I responded si
Then in midst of war, stress, and indecisiveness we both jump off the cliff to grab whatever is next
Then we both lean in just enough to breath in, each other but not touch
Our lips are divided but I can still feel your touch, before we even kiss
Conclusion is to be determined
But we both know what is about to happen
She teases me and backs away
I chase her then retreat touché
We then let go of passion and grab each other
With nothing but love
My Lily, your dove
Let's go somewhere new and get high off each other just because
p.s. she is my addiciton I told her besame oltravez...

Tower

Lost in the depths of my mind
So many doors I could choose
Valleys and peaks
Make me shiver and weep
Paralyzed by indecisiveness, fear, and lack
Wanting for someone to pick up my slack
Energy low, you can tell by my flow
I’m searching for clarity
My light is dim, it’s hard to see
My eyes seem to adapt in the dark
He’s hearing my plea
Hope is close, just around the bend
Strength is here, always my friend
When it seems I’m all alone,
No where really to call home
Overwhelmed with each what if or how
Just know nothing can keep me down
I’ll find a way, I always do
I’ve been here before
This same door, this same floor
I will figure it out and feel peace once again
I’m built to be resilient
Get up, make a move
This is what it is to be young
You have nothing to lose
Any choice will be the right one

Exhaustion has became the conclusion to these missing pieces to the puzzle. Often questioning one's emotional state of mind.
Are you mad? making statements I got you, I have your back instead your words are void and doesn't match your actions. Your words
often reminds me of a light switch thats attached to these walls flipped on and off.
Your indecisiveness, thoughtlessness are
exhausting and draining similar like desolation in the land of famine, no where to
tread these wavering points of emotions and destinations.

Premium MemberWhat's In It For Me

Mounds of papers cluttered and gone
notes written in a time of indecisiveness
mental block keeping me from creating
countless sleepless nights trying to think
nothing is making sense
and yet I continue unable to stop to
collect my thoughts and go on
ideas come and go
like a freight train with no brakes
going through a red signal
flags go up and I ignore them
projects started with no end
Not a moment to waste
must not hesitate to accomplish
what I started because
all I want is to be able to write
to see a book with my name on it
That's what's in it for me

Golden Gates

The beauty of life's song is in between the silence of the notes
If you don't stop to listen you'll never hear what was wrote
Appreciation has a purpose and it's meant for the beholder
Like when a father asks his son to give only to hand more over
Loving life is just the start comprised of building up another
So love your neighbor practice patience and be like a brother
After all we're all in this together and noone gets out alive
Lead by example and work together your community is like a hive
Have understanding for one's anger and someone in tough times
That understanding will shine a beacon of trust for all that see to find
Indecisiveness doesn't exist in a world defined by character traits
So be someone revered, upright and just leading with Love to Golden Gates

Choice

In the darkest days of indecision
I lay in my lonesomeness
dazzled by the uncertainties of my desires.

Just then
I flashed back to the sweetest memory of your smile
driving me into the coldest of sweet sensation.

The feeling in a glimpse soon found an in-depth elation,
running through my spine, that lit up a smile
spreading fast like a ripple in the deep see.

At this point, it was clear
that I had been clenched by your deepest warmth of affection
which has subdued the entirety of my indecisiveness.

Like a light bulb, illuminating a gloom,
I felt a light of strength in my heavy heart.
The smile on my face became so deep
that I felt like a throng was gazing.

The thoughts of you became a catalyst to a swift transition
from the solitude that had almost eaten deep into my mood.
Overwhelmed with joy, and in silence,
I Affirmed: " it could only be you"

I may have made wrong choices, but chosing you is the best of them,
and I will always choose you in a million time.

Her Essence

It is purely my indecisiveness to blame

This heart she cherished miserably lost

Doubt treated love like a fleeting game

Remnants of her essence a pallid ghost

Guess Who,
One Clue,
Old As Dirt,
Sometimes Curt.
Tom’s Opinion

She preaches forgiveness and promotes divisiveness,
and isn’t plagued In her purpose by indecisiveness.

She’s had years of practice at spewing false claims,
A partisan politician who excels in fanning flames.

Any articles of impeachment she’s not apt to table,
and disagreeing with her, gets some west coast label.

It’s said when she gets mad she can throw a hissyfit,
and even if somethings good she still wouldn’t like it.

If found on her bad side she’s not slow to lambaste,
and like Churchill “she never lets a crisis go to waste.”

She’s like a bulldog in a hay barn taking a breather,
she won’t eat the hay and won’t let others eat it either.

Morning Thoughts On Fear
Written: by Miracle Man

Can being overly precautious lead to fear,
stifling our thinking, making us seem robotic.
Anxiety is the birth and its premier,
and apprehension makes life become chaotic.

Indecisiveness and stagnation fear has caused,
the media fuels negative emotions.
To defeat this virus that has current life paused,
we must quickly move past sanitizing lotions.

People cannot cope when filled with indecision,
being constantly in fear or reactive state.
The crisis we're facing we did not envision,
is prophecy fulfilling and our hour grown late?

Fear is spawned by the unknown
While unrecognized faith is living payday to payday
never giving thought to whether your job might end
and where your next meal might come from.

Ode To President Trump

Benghazi fatal fiasco where four Americans and NOT illegal aliens met their fatal end and for that reason was the impetus of me casting my vote for him and not for her.
Trump is a businessman and by hook or crook, the American people and its economic future are stronger.
The impeachment vote falls along party lines with the House leaning left and the Senate leaning right.
I am guessing people are afraid to align themselves with somebody who is been demonized by Democrats, whereto, I am not. As I speak on behalf of the Republican party, I am unashamed but have due respect for those who choose otherwise, because we, Americans, have the freedom of choice and we should be proud and not waver along the fence of indecisiveness.
I and my working family who does not live on government handouts will vote for Trump again.
God bless the American people
God bless America

My Muse

My Muse!

My muse is not an imaginary being made up by ancient civilizations saying that inspiration
for everything comes from supernatural beings different ones assigned to different things
instead it comes from inside of my brain
which derives from my creativity
my imagination
my fantastical thoughts
my intellect
my stupidity
my rage
my anger
my indecisiveness
my two year old tantrum throwing
my acting before thinking rationally
my truly raw and naked side of me
my selfishness
my introvertedness
my extrovertedness
my imbalances
my believes
my disbelieves
my wants
my desires
my goals
my dreams
my problems
my solutions
my uncontrollables
my unknowable
my travels
my mental disorders
my passions
my hatreds
my biases
my nonsenses
my nuances
my lovers
my ex-lovers
my interests
my disinterests
my attacks
my heart aches
my heart breaks
my successes
my failures
my anything and everything inspires me to write whatever comes my way
whenever I make it come to pass
by writing it into existence through my poetry and my poetic-proses!
