from the sky and way up high
you could heart the planes
it was insane
those who do what they do
they try to tear down
everything that was around
there came down the wall
as i recall
it was just one part
they torn my heart to the ground
there's lives need refill
tho gone or stiil
but
WE WILL REBUILD
as i run in the sun
l;ike a sunfor gun
this i can say
it was no play
to look up
and see the flying cup
it was insane
turn out to be a plane
about to fall
into the wall
that day as i recall
my eyes have thoses water fall
my heart have heart aches
thinking what happen
ON THAT DAY
Electric poems reverberated,
Within the walls of a London abode.
A psychedelic haze fueled the gift,
That a creative heart was bestowed.
Far from his broomstick days,
Passionate strums…electrified the room.
Emphasizing the pain from within,
Recalling the days he strummed the broom.
Acid rock...illuminated the winding path,
That led his creative heart to fly.
Good intentions laced by corrosive thoughts,
Inspired the work…from his daily supply.
Guided by his artistic soul,
The frets…fretted to that day.
Captured by a recording device,
Were the anthems…that we replay.
What began in London ended in London,
In the same lonely…workplace room.
He was here that day, then gone the next,
In the blink of an eye, he was gone too soon.
A feeling so strong it can not be suppressed
A weight so heavy, it feels like an anvil on my chest
A love so great, I wonder how it can be
A burden i gladly carry for the sake of my country
A loyalty so tightly woven into every fiber of my being
I wonder how others can not testify to these same feelings
A heart that hears every cry, feels every pain
and takes immense pride in America's smallest piece of grain
In a country who's people will not remain true
I wonder why they find it O so hard to do
To truly love this blessed land in which you were born
T' would cause great pain if you were to leave and your heart should be torn
Of all my feelings not one is greater than this great sense of Patriotism for the land of
the free
For then only one word could ever describe me
....TRAITOR!
A hundered days is not enough
we need some
diamonds
a few good men or women
a few good neighbors, come it to that.
Elba is cold this time of year
I've heard it said that
home is where the heart is
or maybe whoever said that meant to say that
home is where the heart was when we were young.
Singing around a bonfire,
sausages popping open at their seams,
the smell of alcohol secreted away within someones pack-
just recalling makes you want to laugh,
But on this beach, in this place the sand grabbing at your boots,
the tilted hat upon your head holding purchase only through your force of will,
the ocean is always roaring, so that is no excuse for your misgivings,
and the wind will always spirit birds along upon its breath.
In the distance, do you
see the ship coming to sweep you back to war,
do you see the albatross shaped within the sales?
The rime of the mariner sounds inside your mind,
even though you were never a navy man.
looking out, in the cold, clear morning,
do you see the the wings unfurled,
the mast, charging upon them in a torrent?
Or is an Island as good a place to die as any?
LOVE IS LIKE A FLOWER BLOOMING IN THE AIR,
LOVE IS LIKE A PERSON THAT YOU WOULD NEVER WANNA SHARE.
LOVE IS LIKE A HEART THAT NEVER SEEMS TO SKIP A BEAT,
AND JUST TO LET YOU KNOW WHEN MY LOVERS HEART BEAT IT IS SO SWEET THAT IT
SOUNDS JUST LIKE MUSIC TO ME.
LOVE CAN BRING YOU JOY,
BUT ALSO PAIN THAT NEVER FEELS THE SAME.
SO FOREVER LOVE,FOREVER UNTIL THE END OF TIME,
FOREVER WILL LOVE TEACH YOU SO MANY THINGS IN LIFE.
LOVE IS REALLY NOT WHAT IT SEEMS,
BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY DIFFERENT PEOPLE WHO HAS DIFFERENT MEANINGS OF
LOVE AS IF THEY KNOW.
THEY SAY LOVE HAS A DEFINITION BUT IN LIFE NO ONE SEEMS TO SEE,
AND TO BE HONEST EVERYONE NEEDS TO SEE THAT IN A WAY LOVE FADES AWAY SO IT
HAS NO MEANING.......
