Honest Lies

Begins with an appreciation of ledgers,
Clear, true and definite in appearance,
While a long journey through the never evers,
Finding fallacy in every reverence.

As much As I can I try to never,
Subdue that darkness within, such pain severed.
Sweats and strength wasted as it recur,
Anguished in thoughts of constant repeats and anger.

Truth be told of tales so epic in yawns,
A few incantation of deceit. A Fraud!
How can I expect the precision when I am fabricating pawns,
Selling axiom like lush apples hiding all the rot.

The sanctimony of speech hassling for honesty.
Cage it in. Suppress with overflowing control,
Never again a lie or any casuistry.
In hopes to speak rightness and be bold.

An inventor. A story teller. A fictional character.
The emphasis of unjust letters that story unworldly.
Never a point of view. Always an actor.
Only the point from you. Yours Sincerely,

Clutching the premise of these various words and thoughts,
Baptising the impurity within thee,
For only I will know the the battle raging in from GOD.
My truth. I will always try. Believe me.

Mosque Crawlers

CIA & the NYPD’s got a thing for hassling those who
get down on their knees to “pray” to one kind of
fiction, as opposed to another---
in Jersey,
they got a way of always being around when
Jersey muslims are trying to dwell in a specific delusion
on their own, whilst good ol’ christians get nothing of the
sort---
saying that islam = violence
without recognizing the violence that
christianity
has thwarted (and continues to thwart) upon the world,
or for that matter
any religion, whose members at one time or another
have found reason to try & convert others to their way of
thinking,
be it with the sword or the ak-47,
is both ignorant & more dangerous than the supposed
terrorists that feds are seeking in one community,
forgetting the rest.

all religion inspires insanity
all religion allows a person to think that there is something greater
than this one world in which we coexist &
that the destruction of all humanity,
if needed by said deity,
would be a small price to pay
to get whatever gold star is promised---
if you are going to hassle one group of lunatics
for practicing their lunacy,
then you need to be hassling them all.

Married Life

Newlyweds experience such happiness and bliss

But once the newness wears off, they notice something's amiss

Hassling over financial frights and dealing with meddling mothers

The once joyous couple may prefer the company of Insignificant others

Police Close Children's Lemonade Stand

Police Close Children’s Lemonade Stand

By Elton Camp

In Midway, Georgia the cops got it right this time
They put a quick stop in the early stages of crime
And it wasn’t some robber who had got out of hand
They shut down children running a lemonade stand

Instead of the girls asking for money as a handout,
To make some of their own they earnestly set about
It was to the water park that the children wanted to go
So they went to work to help their parents make it so

They didn’t get a peddler’s permit at $50 per day
So the cops closed in on criminals that do that way
No doubt the citizens of Midway are extremely proud
That such dangerous lawbreakers in town aren’t allowed

The cops may claim that it was their sworn duty to act
And that the government its pound of flesh must extract
But this seems another example of authority gone wild
When it can’t even make a sensible exception for a child

Closing a child’s lemonade stand isn’t an isolated event
It makes me wonder where judgment & good sense went
Dangerous meth labs are in operation all over the place
To be hassling young children making money is a disgrace

Three Blind Mice

THREE BLIND MICE

I mean let’s get real everybody -
Sure as sugar, if I was a blind mouse
I wouldn’t be hassling any farmer’s wife or anybody
Armed with a carving knife in her house.

Even if the three of us felt strength in number,
“Did you ever see such a thing in your life?”
Should be “Did you ever see anything dumber?”,
Cos the only outcome can be mice-strife.

Bit like walking in Central Park with a sign-card
Saying “I am carrying a lot of money in small bills”,
And being surprised if you’re robbed hard :
Like taking candy from children’s tills.

And speaking of carving knives,
If you ask me I’d say they were lucky
To lose only their tails, cos when wives
Are spooked they can get plucky.

Lots of women frightened and angry
Might be moved to reduce these guys’
Testosterone permanently,
So they wouldn’t again attack and surprise.
