"The wind is the pounding of my heart.”
--Constance La France
Sound of the wind drifting through the trees
Softly, I hear it; it is the pounding of my heart
Keeping steady rhythm, while I am remembering
The times we made pulsing love ‘neath the elms,
Branches hovering over us like guardian angels
Waving goldish green banners, whispering low
Like the purring of your sighs after a long kiss,
Your sweet breath on my neck, the elms knew,
Trembling like wind in a slow-moving tremolo,
Its leaves gently playing nature’s marimba slow
Steadily matching my heart’s rhythmic cadence
Ah, how I remember well those fond embraces.

(Picture Perfect)
Mere minutes until the end
This radiant perfection will not last
Shadows of trees will not cringe
They reach for the oily colour of
grass
Made by nat'ral green and white-
goldish gleams
Tranquility, what I barely grasp
This scene discarded by urban
steam
Moments like these, everything stills
Moon's quick to clean Sun's artful
spill
Silhouettes turuned b'ings now
desire
To consume skies left blue and black
'til filled
Abduction by time was rapturous
light
Twilight gives wings for euphoria's
flight
That moment of evening bliss is
gone
Now Night's inhabitants sing
reverent song

shes felt alone
shes felt unwanted
shes felt everything there is to feel
the only thing that got her through it
was a little girl, she was only two feet
she had brown goldish hair
and deep blue greyish eyes
she helped her mom wash dishes
after her daddy beat her up
they mom had many bruises
her daughter called her smurth
her daddy came from work one day
so like always she went to her room
and a few minutes later she heard a big boom
she opened the door
couldnt reach the handle
and she saw her mommy on the floor
curled up in a little ball
and red paint spilling from her body
and after that her mommy wasnt blue anymore
the little girl ran up to her mommys body
and when she looked up to say "what have you done?"
she saw something flying at her head
and she grabbed her mommas hand
and from that day on both of them were gone together
and they went to a better place called heaven
