Golden Syrup Poems | Examples

Spring

The sunshine turns to honey in the spring
to drizzle golden syrup on the trees.
In yellow sheen it blesses everything,
so fuzzy bees brush pollen on their knees.

The bees keep bumbling into blossom rooms.
Their noise of humming buzzing fills my mind
to mix mesmeric songs with cherry blooms:
the sweetest sense of springtime love defined.

Suppose the stretching greens beside the pinks
forever kept unfurling buds beyond.
The countryside would fill with living links;
in softness, curling tendrils form their bond.

I hope the joy of promise in this light
will bring you comfort when it is the night.

Amber

Amber

Millions of years ago
A tree stood in the tropical heat
Then something happened
A wound opened
It just cut through the bark
Still the tree bled
A thick golden syrup
Swallowing all it touches
Until it reaches the grass below
The tree died so long ago
The syrup stayed on
Through heat and cold
Flood and drought
And it became a gemstone
Admired and loved
A treasure with a piece of ancient life
Something more valuable than gold
And it all came from a tree

Duck down dew ports in balls of honey. Well that's a marvellous mission statement to a golden syrup of tree. Nestling in a bridge arrives twenty two frogs who are laughing because of a rock formation. In a dramatic skyline there exists a very large zebra. Hahahaha and a pink fish painting in a door. Hahahaha and now the wooden floor is waiting for the advice from a frozen cat. *** ha ha ha *** carnivorous cakes xxxxx vertical verification code xxxx
