Premium MemberJagged

Jagged leaves of jagged plants,
Jagged journeys of small ants;
Justice-like jagged daggers,
Jawbone jerking joke-braggers...

Jaggedness has its greatness,
Uniqueness; concatenates;
Jagged paths possess puzzles,
Frail fizzles, frizzles, dazzles...

Uniquely jagged seem plans,
Midwifery lacking birth-pangs;
Jagged routs in wild forests,
Leave humans endless tourists...

Jagged truths piercing bluntly,
Have fullness abundantly;
If straight looks can glimpse forward,
Jagged looks can glare inward...

Sumthang For Ya

they called Gilbraun Mantrioux
they wanted him to know
what was going on. A smile
came across the face of Gilbraun Mantrioux:
when he heard that the National Independent wrestling
champion had agreed to sign the match.
the promoters had inked the deal.
the fans could prepare, get those ducts in order
and come on down.
they choose the time the place and all sides have come to agreement
ladies and gentlemen we have something special for you
something that people in other places will either envy or
be apart of.
we will have a winner: champion verses champion
to unify the and recognize
the Worlds heavyweight championship.
from the center of the squared circle
under the spotlight these two men will represent there companies pride.
and battle in the main event
to recognize the Independent wrestling councils worlds heavyweight champion
some bodies gonna lose their belt. Schedule your vacations, weddings, that trip to Aunt Frizzles. tell your wife to make up with your girlfreind, and everybody come on down.

for Thirugnanamoorthy

Remorseful, the noonday sun
Frizzles with the stealthy wind
Under the rubbery mountain green.
A calmness has come to rest
From having tossed in its sleep.
The forest has taken leave
Of the hunted horn and drum.
No more the tapper late of nap
Scurries to the haven of a nest.
No more the rattle whisper fades
To nothingness in a lonesome rest.
No more, no more, for the heavens
Sleep and all the troops sleep too.
The sinewy python stretched past
Clumsily the ragged rock and branch.
The Owl has called its reveille at last.
And the forest sleeps with the wind
Gently fanning some whisper closer
And closer, every wave, a venomous flick
Of a serpent, a kiss of rest.

(Letter describing the situation in Malaya and denouncing
treachery, written in 1952 to Thirugnanamoorthy who was banished
by a British magistrate to Ceylon in March 1952. The letter never
reached him.)

Pop Art

Carbonated popsicle prose
Oh it glows with fun
Sudsy taste bud delighted
Splashing wonder wheel
Frizzles on the fountain tongue

A message to the stomach it sends
Fuzzy feelings and warm midnights
A toasty surprise in the storm
Keep it close my friend
