Trapped in a bowl to live
On display to be picked apart
Every move watched and discussed
Judged by their own reflection in the mirror
Disconnect from the mind hive
Ignoring and avoiding a good start
Their word farts making me disgusted
The way of their thinking is sheer horror
Trapped in this bowl their vice
Control and manipulation impart
The are trapped in what they constructed
In time their machinations will become their terror

My life a fish bowl
Two directions
Only one path
Confessing it is
Circling seeking acceptance
No matter the direction no real result
Tired of swimming in this same bowel
Tired of lacking structure
Tired of regret
Tired of resentment
Tired of rage
Tired of not belonging
How does one free itself from this bowel
Jump outside myself i die
So i continue to swim around and around
This bowl the obstacle of my pain.
Till i no longer see myself as the fish bowl but instead the fish.

Shaken fish bowl
You look upon me, at the bottom of the bowl;
Water’s moving am I though…
It appears, appearances dance;
Do I even have a chance;
While at a glance it seems I’m down;
Water’s moving then am I NOW drown
;
What’s shaken, not stirred;
Am I alive or am I dead;

I am stuck in this zombie’s land
Where bubbles squirt out of plastic ships
Depressed fish swirling around themselves
Opening their mouths so they can breathe
I am stuck in this void grave yard
Where the pink sea shell opens his big mouth
To show off his fake glittery pearl
When he sticks out his dark tongue
I am stuck in repeating waves
Two cubit by five, to be precise
Where suicidal fish, hitting their heads to the eternal glass walls
Where colored pebbles keep watching till we die
I am stuck in this sunless sea
Where the lamp is on day and night
The master brings us dried flakes
We feast on what he thinks is nourishing pile
He too is stuck in a heartless world
Where imprisoning colorful fish is fun
Where he has lost hope to keep human touch
To put his heart out, and get it back in one part
I ponder if my master has died since long!

Naked trapped in a fish bowl
on public display
Like some creature in a zoo
I waste my life away
Although I bang and scratch
with bleeding finger nails
upon the glass
but people just ignore me
and walk on past
''Help''! I shout''
''Please someone let me out''!.
I'm finding it hard to breath
I wonder if I'll survive
every day is a living nightmare
as I cling on to life.
Hell is a place I know so well.

I carried it, I married it
A jelly in a fish bowl
Wobble, wobble, wobble
What does it do?
Just dances, barely moving feet from the ground
Lazy lump
Shady stump
Giving martyrs a bad name!
Childish thing, making matters into a big scene
Making nothing out of nothing
My jelly in a fish bowl

look i didnt come here to be a sinner or a saint
im not any of that no i aint
im just me myself and i
you know just the regular kinda guy
i do have feelings and i do cry
but look i didnt come here to dream or wish
im gonna do something because im a dam smart fish
and im not gonna be stuck in a glass bowl
screw that, the ocean is my goal
we will put on music of the who
singing along and doing my work at the same time to
it reminds my that we are all strange and odd
and thats ok cause i dont want to be perfect like god
it would be so boring and dull
it would almost be like...living inside a fish bowl
dam
screw that im going to the ocean and thats my goal
