December 25 Praises to God Bible Meditations Based on Revelation 1-3
Key Verse – Revelation 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
PRAISE BE TO GOD FOR HE IS
THE ALPHA AND THE OMEGA
Praise be to God for He is the Alpha and Omega along His:
Faithfulness in flourishing our faith
Fervency in fueling our fortitude
Freedom in forgiving our foolishness
Firmness in framing our foundation
Festiveness in filling our futility
Revelation 2:18 Praise be to the Lord for having eyes
like unto flame of fire, searching our hearts against:
Pride by His power
Prejudice with His prudence
Perversions along His perfection
Pessimism toward His purpose and plan
Preferences upon His principled precepts
Revelation 3:3 Praise be to the Saviour for
knowing our works with our:
Experience but dry in service
Exposure but dirty in saintliness
Example but defiled in sacrifices
Existence but dead in spirituality
Exaltation bestowed by His salvation-security. Amen!

I joined the crowd last night to watch
The local Christmas tree
As it officially got lit,
A lovely sight to see.
Although it’s not my holiday,
The festiveness appealed
And as the neighbors gathered ‘round,
That spirit was revealed.
A choir was accompanied
By instruments of brass
And caroled with enthusiasm
No one could surpass.
The park was filled with families,
Hot chocolate in the air,
And in the moonlight, everyone
Was happy to be there.

The lump in my throat compelled me to believe.
that once there was a time of festiveness,
which has now turned into a vicious rhythm.
The unrealized desires are reduced to tears,
where the laughter of childhood turned into subdued smiles.
The severance of your own begetter,
aches just like dry spells in a well-plowed field.
One's good spirits become a cage of gloom for the other.
They thought they were emancipating, but who knew they were culminating in something that hadn't even commenced yet.

When the gathered families smelled
The aroma of sausages,
Hotdogs and spent firecrackers
On prior Independence days
I was sniffing the subtle scents
Of odoriferous flowers
That grew beyond the festiveness.
When members heard,” come and get it!”
From the self designated chef
I heard only sounds of nature.
When the people sat and said grace
For the food that was on their plates
I stood among the wildflowers
too intoxicated to feast.
