Joe DeMino has biblical insight that is Holy Spirit instructed. I am impressed, intrigued, and encouraged by our Elder in the USA and here on Poetry Soup (PS).
I quote Jesus, from Matthew's Gospel (Matthew 23:12, also Luke 14:11)
"For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted."

Praises are for my God, my Protector and Provider
Saviour, Sanctifier, Sustainer by His grace-satisfaction
Ascertainer along truth's approval
Lover with His compassionate leadership
Mover of my faith maneuvered through His miracles.
Powerfully, the Lord propels my service-propped prayer
Settling surely redemption of my soul
Affirming His testimonies' assertions
Listening to my supplications expressed in His light
Mercifully meeting my needs every moment.
Peace my Saviour grants as I stay in His presence
Security around Scriptures' strength
Armor against adversaries and afflictions
Lessons biblically lifted toward building lives
Meaningfulness of my bliss' mirth.
Psalm 106:1 Praise ye the LORD. O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.

Nature nurtures blooms and blushes
With redbirds, bluebonnets, and bulrushes
And peacock-curtained cirrus evening skies;
That unveil a Milky seine before our eyes,
Alluring our awed admiration
With magnetic, majestic fascination;
Easily eliciting an emancipation
To unparalleled faux freedom;
Fostering fleet-flying feelings;
Sending stunned senses soaring
Inevitably inducing intoxication
Which connects our inebriated emotions
That persuade our treasured, deeply hidden internals
Into exaltation of the high supernal.

Living our life down here on earth
to purpose that God we should exalt
He is the one that deserves all praise
for giving us grace to effect living salt
For God sits exalted in His glory
the highest heaven His anointed abode
from there looking down on His creation
that walk struggling on the earthly road
Our wish should be for God’s glory
that it would so gloriously shine
over all the known lands and sea
for God declared all of it is mine
This is a plea from our hearts
those that would exalt our God
for He’s our king and redeemer
the one that reigns as sovereign Lord
(‘Be exalted O God above the highest heavens, may your glory shine over ball the earth’ Psalm 57 v.5 )

It's the wave that falls through your soul.
It's the lover's seed that fills her hole.
It's the chaos so welcomed in "hell".
It's the broken gift too precious to sell.
It's the burning need to find compensation.
It's the lack of any happy sensations.
It's the need to find a lover in this life
It's the cut so deep carved by the knife.
It's the fear to turn back at any rate
It's the cruel words that provoke hate.
