WOMB WORDS

 WOMB WORDS

Womb ! Mother of All, what sayeth you
knowing activation before birth
births through girths, a Q ?

~ ‘I see rainmakers smoking pipes
drink from ostrich eggs fresh
then hike wearing silver Nikes
embryo cells magically multiply
hearing guinea fowl cackle on high
kicking sensations, baby legs sigh
atoms alight travel from mom to babe
life witnesses itself languidly lacing
almost due, a beautiful hue

womanhood elastic expands happy rosy
she is cow peace or yappy puppy cosy
who will give sweet milk, play with baby gay
while father on maroon
patterned mat prays every day’ ~

I birth in agony and ecstasy entwined
  welcoming a caramel soul
divine !

History of Paper-Hearts

Have you seen, with no word,
The immense, cold voids
,among the slender, patient buds,
Received hollow seeds?

Have you beheld the earth
Lay the masks of dreams upon itself,
And like a sullen cradle,
Crush them within its embrace?

Have you seen the old children,
Pitching their tents upon the graves of young mothers,
On that day when mist
Wept upon the bloodied bridal bed of light,
And thunder,
,In a gown of false sequins,
Wed the sky?

I returned to the my embryo,
And my hands,
clenched the throat of motion,
Hardly tight—
Hardly horrified.

Will you ever know
What day it is today?
What hour,
Or the count of endless kisses between two eyelids?
Will time ever wend its way—
That crimson fluid flow
Coursing sluggishly through your drowsy veins?

And my child,
With hurried crimson lips,
Sleeps, suckling the secret of existence,
Hardly deep—
Hardly silent.

That day,
In a dead-end alley,
A closed window wept.
A window whose claws,
Gripped the erected iron bars,
And was crying out:
“The history of our paper-heart has been written in straw.”

See me in the distant corner.
Imagine a dark room.
I’m in the fetal position.
I’m curled up in a ball.
Though, the lights are on…
You see…my legs a drag,
I boiled my hand, I strained
my hip. I’ll take one last stand.

Little Fetus

I’m just a little fetus, I’ve never lived, I fear.
I’ve been up here in Heaven for about a year.
I look down upon the humans whom I have no chance to meet,
I wish that I could join them, that would be a massive treat.
-
It’s not to be, I know it, I know I never will
But to be a real live person would be a major thrill.
A year ago they took me, I wasn’t truly born,
It hurt a bit at first, and yet my mother didn’t mourn.
-
After that it was all silence, and I knew that I had died
I know I was aborted, and I know nobody cried.
I’ll rattle ‘round up here, I guess, as bored as I can be
With not a single soul on Earth who might remember me.

Entirely Possible
David J Walker

Isn’t it entirely possible that
We have been walking away from
The endings of life?
Treading backward into a beginning
That has always been in hiding
In plain sight
Waiting for us to return?

Isn’t it entirely possible that
We stand on a pedestal
Watching
	One by one
each day crossing
	sun by sun
into each night

Isn’t it entirely possible
That we are the Son and
The center of a celestial universe
Hearing our own prayers
Knowing what’s in our hearts?

Isn’t it entirely possible that
We are the Gods in embryo
Waiting to be born again?

Don'T

i wonder how its been like
floating in my mama's womb
breathing in without a helmet
body shaping and reshaping
hear them waiting for my arrival
me wondering about chances of
survival
neither awake nor asleep
I'm high on a flood of hows and whys
creatures of light give all the answers and show me it all
destined to forget on my fall
wish I would know now what i knew
then............

Embryo

under the water
cramped forming
protected fence
limb buds spurt
attached to the chord of love
nourished by the red blood
we swim in the sack of life

Embryo

Before a baby's born
Before a fetus forms
The egg without a shell
Starts off as a single cell

Once the seeds are sown
And life begins to grow
Dividing in an ocean
Existence is set in motion

Cells split and clump together
Holding on with invisible tethers
Pulsating begins to start
As joining cells create the heart

Feeling the first thought
Of coziness and warmth
The distant sound of singing
A lullaby from the living

Sprouting little limbs
Pink fleshy little things
The light inside her womb
Prepares to leave its tomb

The canal opens wide
And everything's pushed outside
The gentle creeping wind
Crawls beneath the skin

The lungs gasp for breath
The air so cold and fresh
Vocals stir a cry
As alien colours amaze the eyes

Little person so fresh and new
So different from which you grew
Evolving from a small dividing device....
Behold the wonders of life!

Running From the Embryo

Heaped in the same organic embryo
Forget the last ditch effort
To choose beyond the pail
Trading thin-ice thoughts
For a politeness to perpetuate
The flimsy manner of excuse and apology

Your relationship to One
Like the poise of a rising Sun
That same energy to give or take
Stacking collapsibles or elbowing for some space

A New Embryo In the Western Galaxy

Saigon, an embryo, hidden in the womb of a galaxy,
Longs to emerge into the galaxy and blaze like a star.
Winding arteries dazzle, crimson joy,
Straight veins scintillate, a turquoise river.
A fetus, whose father and mother buried in sour blood,
Will soon sing the anthem of his beloved parents.

Saigon, a new born child, in a new Vietnam,
Blossoms once again after many dark winters.
Wars after wars, the sun in a long hibernation,
For the first time, flourishes in blazing orange.
Bees and butterflies dance the Tango,
And fireflies and comets light up the sad Milky Way.

Saigon, a new city, blessed with wonders,
Now, shines again like a star.
His spirit sways in blissful melodies,
And his new birthmark, forever, imprinted on each of his subburb.
Saigon, the yesterday child of Vietnam,
Soon, to be the future prince of an Asian kingdom.
