To Long Life

To long life I cleave
To sound health I hold
Its been a short long journey
So far

Looking down the years
Of *unrival-able* favour
From the unrivalled God

In my trepidation
down the years
The devil had landed
Punches...
Alas I have a strength
And shield who knocks
The knock-out blow

The graciousness of God
Down the years
Words alone can't express

When the chicken-poxes
of darkness struck
Dotting my body
Top to bottom
Like the dotted lines
The Rapha *raphad*
Himself in my life
Returning me to a new baby

Its a high level
Of despicability
That we ignorantly
Ignore the graciousness
Of God

My voyage down the years
Both in calm and tempestuous
Seas...God has proved himself
To be the ruler of the universe

All the days of my existence
Your name shall be on my lips
Despite every gridlock
That the devil will attempt to place
On my way...
Cause I have the all sufficient one
Backing me up
I know the battle is won...

Not by power
Nor by might
Have I overcome all
But by the grace of God
For that I say
And will always say
Hallowed be thy name.

Broken Heart Beat

I wish I could forgive you
My heart melts at the despicability of the crime
But you just won’t confess it
Wont prove it, you are wrong
My eyes lunge for your apology
My heart’s soul is so pure
It’s the reason it goes easy on you
And I try to remember
Yes you have screamed
Yes you have not cared
Then I think again, another pitiful excuse lies ahead
And I breathe and breathe and wish
Will anyone come?
One with such quality and fun
Such purity and coolness to never be gone?
No, I won’t kill hope
But I’ll strive towards the forsaken end
With the broken heart beat, just to
Just to see it again, a friend
