There is a man that I am aware of, who delights
In our 'old blood and guts' he says he'll fly that
Flag forever.!!! Now some may well think him nuts.'
Yet he quotes about lines of lin-iage and of an
Australian commonwealth law, of treaty called
For and ratified in Versallies 'is this all for sure?' He
Speaks of God king and country, of indissolluble
Rights.? And that we have a freedom to bear arms (indeed to fight) in our countrys protection, for our own lives..And those of familiy and friends ( now are we all kings in our country? If this is right lets get on the mend)
Is this what he is 'speaking today?' Is he right and
Sincere.? Should we lend him our ears.? Are there
Gems in the claims he portrays? Should we all raise (the duster) that is also called the 'blood and guts' that has seen us often to victory.' Is that
All it takes as such.? What if a tbousand law savvy? 'i am talking now credible folk' gave him some room, and consultation? To try his claims now.' To see.' will this all hold up? for there may well be truth in the bloke.?

New Years Resolution

My new year’s resolution was to lose some weight.
Cut down on take outs and use smaller plates.
So I joined a gym to try and get fit
But lost my breath on the stairs, so took the lift.

My favourite ambition is to learn to cook.
But my food never looks like the recipe books.
The end result is often inedible.
I blame the author whose work can’t be credible.

I’ve never been very good with my hands.
As whatever I try seldom goes to plan
So decided to persevere with some D I Y
But it all fell apart, don’t ask me why.

Attempted to try some art and craft.
But my serious endeavours just made my friends laugh.
Then decided to give some gardening a try.
Yet everything I planted just seemed to die.

Joined a local choir and attempted to sing.
But all people heard was a terrible din.
You could say my life’s a disorderly mess.
But everyone’s good at something, I guess?

Premium MemberHe Has Colorful Tales

what he says you have to try and swallow with a dump truck load of salt
sure, his colorful stories seem credible, plausible, some even probable
But I know him better than most of you, I am his relative.
His embellishments and entertaining exaggerations could appear
on Faux News.
For what he has to say teeters between alternative facts, tall tales and lies.

PRECARIOUS BORDERS

A republic finds itself in a wobbly state,
Governance shrouded by an opaque regime,
Some strands emerge together into a credible tapestry,
Many weaves yet to emerge from the loom.

Decades of simmering hostility,
Punctuated by spasms of bonhomie,
Sputtering out into recrimination—
These circumscribe our strategic choices.

The populace divided, a schism stark and deep,
Hawks and doves in stark contrast.
Neighbourhood's dangerous gaze, fixed.
A hiccup to thrive without peace.

A Requisition For Solutions

Two scales must balance
for unfaulty and accurate evidence,
the relationship between God
and Humankind must stand;
where impetus winds originate,
there must be a justiciable cause
to sustain such a destructible impact
on those cunningly swerving from right.

Solutions need to be wisely thought out
before the next catastrophe occurs unexpectedly,
whoever makes a solemn promise for prosperity
must keep it or be called a person of deceit.

Who can hold a notorious liar in contempt:
when he smiles and puts on an appearance
different from that of morality, from whence
remorse will emerge for being impudent?

How credible is the trust of a charlatan
when he's in a drunken state and stutters
to convince himself he abstains from lies
and thinks his name is Bobby, not Brian?

A requisition for solutions spare us many pains
to avoid the pitfalls that entrap the naive one;
cleverness and awareness are never out of line,
they're needed to sharpen our senses for gains.

The Art of Being Off-Topic

When you're intellectually credible but wicked to stupor,
The art of being off-topic marches alongside as your shadow.
As you spin tales, divert and mislead,
Truth becomes a distant, fading thread.

Each Way To Reach Success

No one in this world that does not want money
Only everyone's way of earning is different
The first thing to focus is happiness within the family
Everything else will follow
Manifest love and understanding
Slowly create, slowly earn, slowly done
Everyone has their own logic and mindset
Success requires self-made action
So is the poor, the rich and the famous
Everything has an investment
Whether it's money, energy or brain
Don't just sit around
And pressurize people around you to do that
Try to do it yourself first
Don't pressurize people around you
Because you want to be rich
You go to listen to people talking in various platforms
Come to travel to teach and pressurize others
Step by step follow the process
Everyone's success formula is different
If you have real knowledge, you must make yourself rich first
To be a credible example to others
Don't be addicted to the media
You have to analyze and separate
Which one can be done or not
If you want to know, you have to do it yourself first
Until everyone around you is stressed out to success.

Premium MemberHonest Politician Is A Semi-Oxymoron

Honest salesman is a semi-oxymoron
Just like an honest politician
Please do not laugh, all lawyers or
Accountants are not crooks. When the door
Is wide open a mouse, a rat, a cockroach
Would me more than happy to approach
Some politicians have tried to be better
And more credible. Some are men/women of honor
However, others are pathological liars
They are professionals who behave like traitors
They think that the "truth is not the truth". They're confused
Lies are lies. Dogs are dogs. Politicians play politics
Call the exterminators to annihilate the ticks
Liars always ignore the truth. Please, let's not mused
In politics, it is probably not easy to be too honest
Because so much is involved. Let's chase the pests
The corrupt politicians who are ruining everything
And destroying the dream. Let them flee. Let's ring
The bells. Not all politicians are crooked or criminals
That's true. I am not lying, just check the election polls.

Premium MemberWhere are We Going?

Hunted, gathered,
Now, humans reign,
Produce emissions -
CO2, methane,

Absorbing heat,
Driving storms,
Breaking all the
Climate norms.

Glaciers retreat,
Ice declines,
Ecosystems
Intertwine.

Coral reefs die as
Tipping points are crossed -
Mass extinctions,
Thawing permafrost.

Collapsing currents,
Can't count on
The rainforests of
The Amazon.

Infectious diseases,
Food and water scarce,
Should have honored
Agreement of Paris.

That's where we're going
But I have no fear.
My kid can worry.
I won't be here.

Credible education
To tell us how.
Behavior, policy -
The time is now.

Premium MemberThe Evident Answer

So peace and love era has gone, I remember it was
Ridiculed and forgotten - for the sake of what good, that came later?
What exactly was hindered so much that govt had to impose
Technological hell for the domestication of anything greater?
But how could peace and love interfere with impressive achievements
Of the modern technologies, or the economical dues?
I can’t find a credible answer that really withstands
A simple question above, telling me inconvenient truth
Were political animals so full of s..t that they saw
A deadly threat to the production of conflicts and wars
If peaceful and loving approach will be spreading out more
So they slandered all hippies and those whom they couldn’t endorse
Have a look what achievement we’ve got, what’s the current agenda
Who on earth would acclaim that its what the humanity’s for?
Once they stopped peace and love, now the message returns to a sender:
Those who ridiculed peace, pay our money to ridicule war.

Awkwardly Realistic

The arboretum is quiet today.
It is early,
yet too late
to spot a somnambulant space alien
emerging from the thorny bushes.

Do you believe?
I have seen the odd-looking sparrows,
with their razor-sharp teeth,
have fearfully
fed them the toenails of the toothless.

I have evidence,
my face can be read
like a well-used comic book,
the weirdness of reality
is writ there for all to see.

After a downpour
the small, ruined butterfly house,
drips shadows.
A darker than light creature
crouches there,
the squirrels dare not go near.

Trees here grow out of the soil
just as fast as they can.
The slugs cut through new roots,
they chew the rubbery innards,
of any overly anchored oak or elm.

Sunlight is jumping out of its nightly attire,
a superficial normality will soon return
to the slinking park.

It is time for my body to slip away,
beneath the nailed down boots
of a credible fiction.

Tomorrow, my 2-dimensional scream
will be featured on the cover of a coloring book -
it will come with edible crayons.

I'd love to drive
A DB5

Be slim and nimble
Have a 'Q' issued thimble

Own a PPK
Called Walter some day

Raise an eyebrow at death
No intake of breath

Be attractive to women
Wear tight speedos to swim in

Have the Maldives as back-up
Let the Amex card rack-up

Pout on photos when taken
Rather martinis were shaken

It's a fantasy game
As I just stay the same

Not a credible hero
Only seven more than zero

Premium MemberLindsey, Heart Start

Lindsey is Olde English for “Linden Tree by the brook”,
A tree universal, celebrated in many cultures being namely,
Doctor Tree, of Health, Feminine Arts, nook,
Of soothing calm, Light, Truth, an amulet tree,
Its deep shade is a knowing look,
Friends see another, marriages be happy,
For Heart shaped leaves do hook!

A Linden was at village centers,
Parks, Hospitals, court hearings,
Lining many noble’s garden shoulders,
Litigant conciliations endearing,
Testimony credible, curing opponent smolders,
Body ailments, “Quarts of Hurts” rearings,
Colds, skin blotches, spasms not enduring!

Volcanoes of bees, honey exquisite,
Perfume fragrance, edible leaves,
Salad makings requisite,
White or yellow tiny petal cleaves,
Linden shade hosts visits,
Motherly care, compassion sheaveings,
Fidelity, fraternity, matrimony, humble wits,
We need more Lindseys less poet leavings,
Lindens increase peace & alertness,
Be a Lert, we need more Lerts!
