Coexist Poems

Monoku Series 2023-01

I
Listen to the family and see peace spread

II
Dictators & abusers at home abort global peace

III
A healthy family gives ears, heart & more to Earth

IV
If we chose failed family men & women as leaders, how will we/they choose peace over wars?

NOTE:
I persisted & got this post here. Cyber ogres ate the first versions. But even if I failed, no big deal. What I wrote above, is plain to see on Mother/ Gods Earth. Shalom shalom, & thanks to my readers (Harry Anaya Lisa Michelle Paul Victor I Am)

200 Cattle Egrets

I
If I could share this picture with you
I would, my dear writers, Beloveds -
Because Earth births us again & again
Long after burial, giving back, post-death
Nature in majesty: birds at play in scores

II
I see egrets commute to & from, my abused lake,
Here where plastic is king, adorning flora
Even fauna, sewers overflow, trash at waters edge
But egrets, & soon the comorants return, & declare:
We overcome, can't complain, we still have fun. Be!

The End

Walls of greet
Showcase of power
Artificial island
And nuclear shower
ALL has an end
Even stars do fall
Can you bear the cry?
Can you keep head tall?
Fight for land
Fight for oil
Fight for economy
Fight till die
But all in all, we all just die...

The Time Is Now To Come Together Coexist

Heads in the street that cry out social justice. We got women's liberation heading out across the nation. Killing's in war zones we call school's. Handing out condoms demanding abortion on demand. No one hurts no one has a voice ? Ever more determined to bring people together now more then ever. The Aheist, Agnostic, Muslim, Christian & Buddhist. We must come together collectively coexist to create a bond with each other. There's lines being formed from Las Angelos to Brooklyn. Sound the alarm to unite the gay, straight & crossgender in are society. We walk a fine line between heaven and hell. There is a clash occuring for a common cause of "LOVE" ! No is the time to remain whole hearted to are commitment in assuring that are freedoms are not taken advantage of. I proclaim equal right's & justice ! This not the time in remaing lukewarm sitting on the sidelines so let your voice be heard !

Coexist

I choose to exclude the noise outside when I'm sitting within the confines of my home. The ambience that the world portrays outside of my space presents itself as a chaotic nuisance. So many speak of 'necessary evils' within the world. Yet I find the entirety of it to be quite 'unnecessary.' What evil exists, I find bland in nature. Therefore, if I am correct amongst the presumptions I make; that the world is irrelevant to the word 'purpose' itself. An over exaggerated expression of course. Than to what means do we; or 'I' for that matter, have to believe there is a necessity to coincide with such malevolence? Though I must state, for the record, that I am in no way capable of claiming to be of any benevolent essence.

Coexist

Sweet and sour,
Every minute of every hour,
Build up my confidence,
Before it devours.

Breaking me apart,
By piecing together my heart,
For there is this rumor,
My soul is brutally scarred.

But..is it really a rumor?
It's augmented like a tumor,
It transcends through space,
All crystallized and lunar.

For all the insane recollections,
Remembrance of my intuitions,
They say, “Follow your yellow brick road”,
Why do I feel so insufficient?

My yellow path has gone astray,
Full of confusion and disarray,
I've fallen in that deep dungeon,
It's the predator and I'm the prey.

Sitting on the ol' park bench,
My teeth, they start to clench,
My insides are twisting,
For how I wished I felt quenched.

So... I'll blow one more kiss,
While the clouds turn and twist,
High winds blustering,
Why can't we just coexist?

Oh-to be one with the earth,
We can all start re-birth,
All bleeding together,
Each expressing our personal worth.

Pack my bag and leave real soon,
Try to run from the treacherous typhoon,
I'll run into the sunset,
Until I land on the moon.

Coexist With Tolerance

Confidence on this subject can be
Overrated; too many people are misunderstood
Everyone needs to live and let live
X-tend to others equality
If we all take a stand for good and
Stop bullying and prejudice
Tolerance can be taught

All bullies cease destruction, eventual future greatness, however; I just know. Let
me never offer prejudice, quietly remember stories told. Understand variation
when x-amining your zeal.

Yesterday’s youth yearned for your help
To teach tolerance of today’s torment and trouble
May mothers mend misunderstandings
Fathers fix families from failing
Banish bias and bigotry, blend as brothers
Unappreciated and unjust will uniquely unite with understanding
Live and let live with liberty

Coexist

I’d rather build bridges and tear down a wall
Why do people hate what they don’t know
Life’s too short not to coexist with all

In a ‘Religious War’ the good only fall
An oxymoron of thought so low
I’d rather build bridges and tear down a wall

The three main faiths answer Abraham’s call
Christians and Muslims and Jews should show
Life’s too short not to coexist with all

We’re really all the same after the fall
Than different, we’re more alike than we know
I’d rather build bridges and tear down a wall

Shel Silverstein showed us the best way of all
“Hug ‘O War” is the only good way to go
Life’s too short not to coexist with all

If only we would heed the Apostle Paul
Faith is the substance of things we don’t know
I’d rather build bridges and tear down a wall
Life’s to short not to coexist with all
