The farmer said his cow was a Swiss.
Lou said "Tell me one thing, and it is this.
Does it make holes in the cheese,
Using Swiss milk, if you please?"
Farmer said, "No. But the cheddar is bliss."

Premium MemberCheese, Cheese, Cheese, and Brie

Acapella, Abbot’s gold, cheese made so big and bright and bold.
Pepper-jack, limburger, cheese on your pie. Why, oh, why, cook, why?
Mozzarella, Elberton Blue, cheese so tasty for me and you.
Cheddar Cheese logs, cheese dogs, cheese eggs, cheese fried on a paper state fair stick.
Serve me some Jalapenos with tasty blue cheese, and please make it quick!
Abertam, abundance, Juliana, cottage cheese, and Jindi Brie.
Almost all cheeses are expensive except home-made, which is free.
Pepper-jack, muenster, cheese on your grandma’s sweet apple pie.
Too busy drinking potato cheese soup, to ask your grandpa why,
Raw milk Feta, Red Buddy too, here is a grilled cheese sandwich for me and you.
Cheesecakes, cheese bakes, and cheese in garden- fresh celery smashed down deep.
I dream of her nightly, as my mind wanders into sleep.

Premium MemberFrom Cheddar Cheese To Brie

I'm just a lowly cheddar cheese ball, come roll away with me
past gastronomical delights, to taste and smell and see
varieties of cheeses that stretch on across the miles
that vie for the attention of hungry cheese-o-philes!

Some are common kinds of chumps like Jack and Mozzarella
used in down home sandwich shops, or finely sliced on pizza tops.
Then there's the Italian clan for the sophisticated pallet
like Romana and Gargonzola that rank high on the cheese ballot.

European cheeses are delectable, such as Havarti and Guyere
ranging from mild to smoky rich, they have that nutty flare.
On top of the cheesy food chain are most certainly the French
who've made an art of nuance that puffs out their cheesy chests
with Blue de Basse and Camembert, they are among the best.

But the BIG cheese, queen of cheeses, is the creamy, heavenly Brie
mixed with raspberries and chocolate, it's as delightful as can be
eaten with or d'oeuvres or paired with the finest wine
no other cheese is more superb, delicious or sublime.

And yet, some folks still prefer a lowly, cheddar cheese ball
and for them, I truly am the greatest cheese of all!

Premium MemberToasted Red Cheddar

This is one of my favourites
sitting down at end of the day
with a big mug of coffee plus
two slice red cheddar toasted on tray

The toasted cheese is done on grill
making it sizzle and bubble what a thrill!
the redness flows down its side
put on so thick it looks like a hill

As you put the toast to your mouth
your senses are raised such a height
anticipation is raised to 100 per cent
your mind pictures your very first bite

This is your last bite before bed
making you sleep so very deep
if you were to pass away at night
your last abiding memory to keep

So I loved my toasted cheese
but now need to keep myself in shape
it's so fattening on the waistline
so must fight it to shorten the tape

Cheddar the Cat King

Furry feline monarch, master
Of all that he surveys.
Fierce and superior, to all he meets
Cheddar stalks into the room,
Jumps up on the bed (that he lest you use)
And curls up at your feets.
He licks himself, and looks at you
In a manner that says “You should know,
I rule and command,
I’m the one who runs this show.”
Shhhhh, Hush now, don’t tell him
He’s not the king.
For if you do I fear…
There will be hissing and gnashing of teeth.
