Train mind to devote and dedicate, devoid of distraction.
Channelize thought process on challenge, controlling cognition
Unclasp disturbance, unleash annoyance, chasing commotion.
Enlighten mind engrossing ecstatic static state of emotion.
Sow seed of sincerity and awareness to sprout with serene sensation.
Recognise stability of soul focusing on center of goal for perception.
Acquire mindfulness releasing restlessness asserting attention.

and channelize your hole
towards pleasurable moans

I see a definition of
Happiness
and that is something i love
