Carnel Poems

Sleep My Beloved

In the night of the mystic garden
The light specks fill the space
The quietness give me a peace of mind the fog rises hiding in the mist
The elegant crimson moves the mood
Take my hand, close your eyelids
Listen to the tranquil lullaby
Speak your mind to me before the world crumbles down
Opening the gate of your heart
Look at me threw the shine of the moon
Your life, are memoriam is my romance
I hold it dear to me
Living in are fantasy. forgetting the pain
In life we stared at the walls feeling confined
Wanting to linger in spell bound's doorway
Wandering if we can cease the carnel lecherous nights
But who's to say where the feeling is going, will it whither away
It's just one extensive deep sleep dream
The imaginary light breech the clouds
Watching the sapphire skies flow over
Are hearts surrounded by signs that don't make sense
The winds whisper
Burning ghost flowers apprise a spiral
Remained out of touch restrained waiting for the will to be free
Laying softly to the originate suppressing all fear
You will always captivate my inner world
Now sleep my beloved

Lost Soul

The Way Of Death

 Only God and Lucifer,

 comprehend this quiet place.

 Where evil and corruption rule,

 for the lack of grace.

 Where night moves its shadow,

 like a stealthy sprite;

 and there is no thought,

 of the desirability of sight.

 Words, like leaves,

 flow softly across the ground,

 yet, never scratch the surface,

 of this hardened mound.

 The sun's warm rays,

 will not enter this domain.

 Nor shall seasons of virtue,

 its habitation gain.

 No light of wisdom,

 with its life giving air,

 can invade the solitude,

 of this depressing lair.

 No selfless acts,

 of love and kindness here.

 Deaths calmness rules,

 this God forsaken sphere.

 Time only brings increase,

 to this lamentable condition.

The rotting corpse inside its tomb,

 showing no contrition.

 Lying still, without concern,

 for any ray of light.

 Sinking down to nothingness,

 lost from heavens sight.

John 5:40 "Ye will not come to me, that ye might have life."

Rom.8:7 " The carnel mind is enmity against God...."

1 Cor.2:14 "The natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God...."

Only Two

If all the world's religions
were condensed into only two;
Would it help you in deciding
which proves false, which true?

Well, it's been done already,
a very long time ago -
In the contrast of Cain and Abel,
God's true worship to show.

One came unto God proudly,
by way of the works of his hand.
The other one came contritely,
in the way of God's command.

Cain's offer to God was bloodless,
signifing he felt no need
of the grace God has provided,
by Christ - Abraham's promised seed.

Abel came with the chosen sacrifice
shown in type and shadow before -
as Adam clothed with animal skin,
and the sacrifice the alter bore.

The worshipping of false gods,
is the most common one to see.
It is so natural to carnel thinking,
that nothing is ever free.

These are the two religions,
though, many shades of one there be:
that of works - but, not of grace,
grace is God's gift, work free.
******
Gen.22:8 Abraham said..."God will provide
HIMSELFa lamb for a burnt offering"...
Isa. 55:1..."come, without money, and buy"...
Ephes.2:8&9..."it is the gift of God: not of works,
lest any man should boast"...
Rom.8:7 " The carnel mind is inmity"....
1Cor.2:14"The natural man receiveth not"...
