Bravura
Seja brava
hoje e sempre,
para criar um
um mundo
decente que
dê oportunidade
de trabalhar,
a cada pessoa,
que dê futuro
à juventude
e segurança
à velhice.
Acredite nisso
acredite em você
e lute bravamente
para faze mais e mais.

Brava,
Effortlessly you glide across my horizon
smooth milky white reflection of peace
bathed in salts of yesteryear
bringing forth only the promise of tomorrow
there is a battle
not taking a place in a field
covert, hidden from half naked eyes
the gun's already loaded
and the trigger's in your hand
green ghosts float afar
blue visions shine within
be versed, be patient
love will not run
as there is no race
when paradise is already found
hide but don't hide
let these whispers be your guide

My Dearest Brava,
On Q I'm awakened by the boom
sounds of thunder in my soul
lightning striking fire
I'm burning up
and the day is yet to wonder
the lark consumed
cats eyes, shined
walking fence posts after dark
twinkles amongst stars
it's three and I only feel one
an enigma
but that's not truth
and we only live on truth
stale bread and holy water
stolen from the catacombs
but we're not going to hell
we're already in paradise
I followed you til you stopped
and shook my rust
dancing a tango to Lima
humming a sultry Sierra tune
twirled about in Paris
making love
and more than that tower swoon
bare in a blink of an eye
awaiting
not letting trouble walk on by
be that one,
shoot across my sky

Crunchy the bite, sweetness tis out of site;
It’s so right a fruit an October Sun plum;
Hint of sour, from Australia;
Lo, weary traveler;
Where can you go?
To spend the best destination for October Sun;
Alas, try Costa Brava;
At the port of Blanes up to the French border;
Golden beach sands, Chartreuse, Emerald, Seafoam, Cerulean
Auqua waters found so Florentine;
Such an end run after the summer begun an Autumn vacation
All this and more plums in my hands amongst the October Sun

The road of thousands steps up you go and a turn and down you fall
the silence of noises and scents embracing you depart the world
out of breath up you go holding for dear life steep down you hold
the sun unrelenting and sweat pouring such a joy to be alive
a single boat bobbing the blue horizon eyes lost do not know where the sky stop
to meet the clouds or sink in the the green sea lost to a world you float
brava you coast a vacation
