Winter is here,
Reigning snow at mid and morning,
Calling upon each and every,
Brushing the skies in hues of blue and red
Engulfing all in cool and silky breeze.
A sparrows nest,
All warm and cozy,
Ready for the coming frost,
The crooked trees, rid of leaves
With branches entangled keeps them warm.
Knitted blankets spread out fine,
Beneath it I do slumber,
Aroused with hot coffee in bed,
The winter spirits dressed and ready,
To begin this day on a blitheful note.

glimpse of blitheful calmness
Haunted the garden I nourished so well
A
sense of fulfillment lingered in my thoughts
I
grasped a positive, enigmatic idea
And planted it on this conceptual notebook
A
gratisfying radiance showers peace, I must confess
It gave immortality to my garden I protected-- it's quite swell
A
piece of cherishment hovered in my thoughts
I
clutched an audaciously, cryptic idea
And recorded it on this invigorating poem book!
