Kelogb 7 Say You Well

Happy new month

June came with heavy rain
That painted hot weather deign
July for the campaign

June has truly passed
Let not thy July aghast
For favor shall recast

July has now been born
Though six months for good are gone
Let not faith be forlorn

Happy glorious new month
New faith for the world billionth
A symbolic seventh

Where field is ready to
Grow all life seeds that pursue
The rule of aim anew

Congratulations all
On your way, may you not fall
But in grace remain tall

Prayer is not enough
Also worship for His love
As you request above

1000 Pulses

The window illuminates a cat-the snow falls,
the wedding white colored sky

is cut with the trees whose arms, fingers
gather the immaculate flakes.

On the chipped edge of the window,
the sleeping cat is curled into its body

like a ringworm, or the snake; if it rattles,
raises its head to stick its face

towards a sea of hesitation, the woman
cannot extend her hand to touch the snake,

nor comfort the cat. For when she touches,
her shadow is split and spread

as if it is sliced by the speed

of 1 billionth
of 1 billionth

of a second:

like the nanoparticles that rush
to penetrate rock. The stones

when crushed long ago
became the sands

of a time-worn shore
of a tranquil Mayan-like Sea,

that covered the entire Earth,
until the Spirits decided to have the ocean

recede and allow the Earth to birth lands
that will collect footprints,

no matter how fleeting. And the waters
reflect the light of the "Heart-of-Sky"

that released the quiet yearning snowfall,
on an anxious Mid-winter afternoon.

Just Over There

Open your eyes to the void
Waves of blinding light arise
Wild untold stories unfold
Just over the billionth mile

Beyond the ecliptic hemisphere
North of the heavenly equator
Elliptical orbs stream out of sight
In time life will come to order

Kaleidoscopes turn in on themselves
Focus their attention on unborn stars
Colors were born when God began
Just over there without question

Icicle Consumption In Progress

day 5,000 in time
it was yesterday
you made it real
i am still living in history
my heart's tattoo has been broken
day 1,000,000 will be tomorrow

if time was in a freezer, i would be the red snowman
if you were the thermometer, i would be mercury in search of somebody to love
if God was my throat, i would be the high octave in passionate need of your attention
if you were a gentle angel, i would be the bell that rings that pretty smile on your face

day 20,000,000 in time
it was five minutes ago
you made it permanent
i am still tongue kissing the cubic zirconia
my heart's center diamond has been removed
on the billionth day, i die slowly from icicle consumption

Lottery Tool

You got get-rich-quick dreams
dancing in your pillow head
Put a dollar or ten into the Lepercaun winners pot,
and magically enlarge
the government coffers a whole lot
That’s right ... exactly,
fatten the pockets of those swamp gator publicans
you love to hate
But one lucky lottery tool
is gonna get
an elevated, graduated tax rate
One out of ten million,
those odds don’t ghetto calculate too great
Half a billionth of a decimal from zero
You gotta dig so deep
with the open sesame,
lightning’s-gon-strike-me dull blade
to find the buried treasure
of Sierra Madre
Fantasy Island invasion
by another fugazi AU
gambling-without-a-parachute fool
So many rigged cash worms
on the hook of a lottery tool
Go get your carny, free-money giveaway fisherman soak,
as you watch the numbered balls tumble and turn
Place another dollar or ten on the next spin,
those empty lint pockets seem to never ever learn
Sharp loser rebuke given to a dull lottery tool ...
instant gratification deflation —
Leaves you with a million ways to cry the blues

Life Time

Each click of the second hand
    validates my life. It's seamless.
I'm here and now. Maybe not smooth
as time can be reduced to billionth
of a second. Slices of time we can't
even begin to imagine. An incredible
    number of snapshots! Life continues.
We desperately try to slow it down,
somehow tame time. This beast will
always end. We die into another womb.

Why Tonight

Why tonight?
Of all nights, knitted carefully by the slenderest of hands,
To form into a year, that springs into decades and centuries
And into a future with both of us gone –
Of all nights, that I have lain awake, asleep, disturbed, in love –
Why tonight?
Of all nights, why this night – when the moon shows nothing but its fullness
And bareness and disguise?
Why tonight?
Of all people, completing the billionth count, filling the shards of this planet we pity to call continents –
Why you?

The Clouds

Some clouds were in black,
some , in silvery white,
some close to mountains,
some sailed over heads right,
some traveled and wandered slowly,
some twisted fast with their might

The white egrets flew
close to the sea.
And, the eastern winds cooled
the leafy green tree.
The dancing peacocks spread their wings
while the swallows flew across.
And, the butterflies flew,
flower to flower, for nectar drops.

On my roof, I saw
the rays of falling rain.
And, heard the music of the month
that girls sang from their inner vein,
those glossy clouds,
shed their drops, counting billionth

Nano

Everyman man wants her
spending all of their earned worth

to build her monuments
to out do and out perform
each other

Everyman has dreamed of her
wrote plays and stories

Everyman has died for her
devoted scientific experiences
looking for her

Like Prince Charming
a life searching and seeking
and wandering life's path

Nano is coy
and small
one billionth of dark light

Nano sites in a corner
riding a train on the Milky Way Corridor

But everyman does not see her
They are blind to her presence and place

Everyman looks everywhere
Everyman thinks every thought
Everyman belies her myth
But everyman does not go inside
the box

Unlike Pandora's box
Nano is inviting
sits and waits
to be discovered

Mother 'N'

What do you think?
Am I mentally ill, or am I just in love?
Am I right handed or ambidextrous because I can not be left handed.
If the sun was neither, then it would’ve dropped a long time ago- killing not just us but the universe.
Am I growing insane or is the pressure getting to me?
Do I have 2 egos that both love to use the middle finger?
Is the third excluded because he’s the fraud?
Was the birth of that billionth person a waste?
You shake your head, I shake mine, but the cold water just crashes down from beneath the ground and you ask… is that possible.

Why not?
My “Mother” can do anything she wants!
Kill, conceive, birth, breathe fire, conjure up ferocious winds, split the earth in half, submerge an entire planet.
Derrick Brown once said” You’ll find me up there”
But my brain is full of such memories- that I just sink like a cinder block.

The witches and snitches all look the same, but “Mother” comforts me like the sweet scent of vanilla on my favorite blanket.
She, like humans, obliterates everything little thing in her path, but keeps the wonderful meals warm- like fresh soggy bread.

Am I insane?
No- just emotional.

God's Power

the sus is only an average sized star
but it amasses the earth 330,000 times greater by far
the sun with it's dymanic energy is approximately
93 million miles from earth
but from it's energy on a sunny day
it's heat can blister the skin for what it's worth

only about one billionth of the sun's energy
strikes the earth
this is only a small percentage of the sun's power hour after hour

who do you think is the creator of the sun
the Alpha, the Omega, the only one
the credit can not go to evolution
that's no the maker or the solution

let me break this down have no fear
if one could hold the sun's power for one second
it could still provide usage for the next 9 million years

just one more thing that I have to say
suppose the sun were to stop providing energy today
it would take another 50 billion years before it affected the earth in any way

so all of you who believe in the theory of evolution
just read your Bible you'll find the solution
