My day-to-day life is pretty routine.
With the rest of the world, I blend in.
There’s a side of me that no one has seen.
It’s quite a story… where do I begin?

I know that it may be hard to believe,
But it began when I was very young.
From the start, it was easy to deceive.
I was a little hyper and high-strung.

I may have gotten away with a lot
Because I was the youngest of them all.
But to the bullies, I gave what I got.
The bigger they are, the harder they fall.

I know that it’s not much of an excuse,
But my siblings would always pick on me.
So, I learned psychological abuse
And tormented all of my family.

I would steal many of my siblings’ toys,
Knowing I probably wouldn’t get blamed.
The stuffed ones, I would completely destroy,
And I never felt the least bit ashamed.

As I got older, it did become hard
To hide what I’d ultimately become.
I buried everything in the back yard.
If they were ever found, I’d just play dumb.

But, no one ever discovered the truth.
I got away with it all of these years.
From just a little puppy in my youth
To a full-grown dog that nobody fears.

   	      Scrappy, pugnacious
                  a fighter from birth

              The wee lad felled giants
                 of super-sized girth

              Spectators cheered him on
                 there was no dearth

              of the bubbly downed afterward
                 and good-natured mirth

They say, ‘The Bigger They Are, the Harder they Fall'
of those who stand tall ‘n rigid, not flexible at all

Ya gotta bend with the wind and go with the flow
‘cos if you stand there stock upright
                                                         ~ Down you will go

Power and Fame

Power and fame requires discipline
No such thing as a lawless hero or heroine
The scope of celebration is the scope of condemnation
You cannot sway a nation to refute your apprehension
Once you are caught defying the norms
For you'll be in convict's uniform

May God help us in the day of applause
For it's then that the devil unleashes his clause
Feeding you with the facade that you're above board
That sin is premium life that many can't afford
That repentance is needless if you can pay your way out
And that piety is for those who can't throw their weight about

Hear the saying echoing through time's hall
That the bigger they are, the harder they fall
It is a witnessing that left very few exceptions
Drawing a large count of victims in its processions
A marching band playing and stomping into destruction
Will you be in the smaller or larger faction?

It is in greatness that one ought be most conscious
It is in convenience that ought be cautious
Some roam to free and become jailbirds
Having traversed outside all virtuous girds
But those that take it as a divine gift
Keep on the trajectory of lift

K. Muitherero.

I'M Tall

Look at me I’m solid
No, I’m Brocken
Look at me I’m laughing
I’m crying

When you know your wrong there’s noting left

Sometimes I sit around waiting
twiddling thumbs as
changes are taking

If I tripped would you stumble?
Let me drag you down
If I ran would you follow?
Hold my hand

The bigger they are the harder they fall
Well don’t you know I’m tall
Baby don’t you know I’m tall

Premium Member The Bigger They Are...

"The bigger they are, the harder they fall."
The above is not 100% accurate at all.
The experiences I've had with bully adversaries of my past
was, "The bigger they are, the harder they kick your ass."

Never Under Estimate Your Adversaries

In any law school, it is the first lesson taught
And not one of us should ever forget
A man with his hands tied, can still kick you on the chin
The bigger they are, the harder they fall cannot be forgot
Sometimes a long shot is the best bet
A sure thing is not always a sure win

The down and out with a prayer, is a super human
Don't judge a book by it's cover, it needs to be read
The rich will live high, in tough times will not survive
A wounded animal is no match for any man
Before you sleep, make sure you know your bed
That is if you want to stay alive

A barking dog is loud, the under dog has a fatal bite
When the weak get strong, the strong get weak
Blow hards are always full of hot air
And not left standing at the end of a honest fight
A body with no soul, has no mercy to seek
Much less any kind of prayer

Beaten, nailed to a cross, then rose from the dead
So that one day he will save us all
Wears the crown of crowns on his head
He can cure all of Satan's conspiracies
If you don't listen, you will take the fall
Never under estimate your adversaries
